However, he's shown to be a thrill seeker in basically every other sketch he's in, doing activities like mountain biking and rock climbing. If he's scared by everyday activities kids do on snow days because of the risk of serious injury, why doesn't he also have a healthy fear of rock climbing, mountain biking, base jumping, etc?

OTHER people doing dangerous things just creates more work for him.
Ortho is the only one who likes Ancef
Ancef aka Cefazolin is used to treat bacterial infections and is given prophylactically to people undergoing surgery to prevent surgical infections. It's obvious why Ortho likes it. However, given how often it's prescribed to prevent surgical infections, why isn't General Surgery also a fan of it?
- Ancef's other primary use is treating bone and joint infections. That's why Ortho is super-hyped about it.
