• A news post was once written entirely in Cog-ese to the point of being incomprehensible. (It was actually a Morse Code warning about a Skelecog invasion.)
• A Running Gag on the news posts is Dr. Surlee's distrust of mailboxes, which began one Toonsmas Eve when a mailbox refused to give up Dr. Surlee's package. They've been enemies ever since.
• One news post had Samantha Spade interview Dr. Dimm about Loony Labs' goings-on, while he tried to distract her by talking about DuckTales (2017)'s episode where Gyro Gearloose was mentioned as inventing the Cogs. Thankfully for those worried about a paradox, Samantha kept her head in the game despite her species' love of DuckTales and continued the interview.
• The Cogs say different lines when you use the New Friend command on them.
  [The Mingler] [Adjusts its tie nonchalantly] and [said 'is friendship legally binding?']
• The CEO battle has a different randomly-selected drink used in place of the Cogs' fine oil, ranging from Go-Bananas Blast to Toon Party Punch to an entire can of sugar. According to the TTR staff, there are 44 drinks total to choose from, with other menu items including everything and the kitchen sink, melted ice cream, and nothing but chocolate syrup.
• A late-game quest has Doctor Dimm turn the Silly Meter upside-down to become the Boring Meter, used to measure Cogs' boringness.
• The Remote Controls have Cogs telling jokes to heal the player, which can lead to situations like a Two-Face roasting himself or his coworkers. Every Cog department has unique jokes, which only adds to the potential hilarity.
