Quack Quack doesn't move when Mr. Cat fires a missile at him, since the rules of the game state that he can't move while Mr. Cat is watching him, and he gets hit. This may seem like him being Too Dumb to Live at first, but then you remember that he knows he's indestructible and probably knew he wouldn't be harmed by it.
