"I Can Make You A Man (Reprise)" by The Secretions
I hate this album for getting so awesome. The more awesome it gets the less I have to say.
Where to start on this one? You've probably noticed by now that I cannot do a good guitar track justice in description, which sucks because description is all I have.
The vocals sound like Elvis Presley, or at the very least Johnny Bravo, which works surprisingly well with a crazy, balls-to-the-wall guitar track. This band probably would've been a great fit for "Hot Patootie", but I love them on this.
I've been forgetting to do the whole "stack up against the original" bit, so I need to say—this is a very, very different beast from the original, and this works to its advantage.
In short: LOVE. LISTEN. ONWARDS.
