OOC: Sorry, I think I left it on too long or something but I came back to Spelunky the next real day and it was completely black. :.( (That's a tear, not a nose)

Day Twenty One

I may not be very detailed now on, but that's because I'm trying to explore more in a day. It's like each day here is 5 minutes! And I had also not gotten to explore the underground jungle at all before leaving, so it'll be grand when I reach it. Anyways, OH MY GOD A CAVEIN I NEED TO RUN BACK TO START NOW

Sorry, I had lost everything I did up until there. So, I will have to get back there as soon as possible. Sorry, no details of the first cave. I will point out silly things that happened though, such as killing a caveman (WOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!), killing a spider with an arrow trap set off by Trixie (I found her in the wreckage!), and encountering a skeleton (Once again, WOOAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!). However, no idol. I did make of with $16,500 and 5 hearts though.

As soon as I entered this cave, I found what else but a store! What the heck is someone doing business in the most unsafe cave since Nuclear Cave?! He must have terrible business. He doesn't look agile enough to reach the surface without help, so why does he even need the money? Nonetheless, I go inside to buy something. The shopkeeper introduced himself as Hor and this is his clothing shop. Should I buy something? I leave this up to my friends.

On The Phone: "Hey, umm, I found a store down here. A store. I know, he must be mental (I hope he didn't hear that), but he's selling some good stuff. So, should I buy something, or nothing at all, or more than one thing? The wares he has are a cape, $12,000; A rope (Why is it in a clothing store?), $2,500; Cleats, $4,000; and finally a pitcher's mitt for another $4,000. Oh yeah, and I have $16,500 due to a horrible cavein I narrowly escaped. So... decide please. Thanks in advance. Call me back."

A pity about your accident, Spelunker. Be aware that the members of C.U.L.I. are thankful that your life was not lost in the mishap. As for apparrel opinions, while we encourage that all labrynthe investigators should have a distinct look of their own choosing, we can all agree that a cape would look downright smashing on you. Now, we admit that it is oddly expensive, and it might be better to save up your resources in case this Hor fellow set up multiple establishments. But perhaps you will be able to utilize it for more than fashionable purposes; it could save yourself from a long drop straight into an arrow trap, for example.

And with that, we bid you farewell for now. Remember not to lollygag and rely on us forever, of course; we wouldn't want another cave-in occurring while you're busy telecommunicating!
