EPISODE 6, Epilogue 1 : Wrapping everything up
Battler and Beatrice's wedding ceremony, mostly. They've finally found each other, and the witch can now be put to sleep.
Back to Ange and Featherine, as Ange has finally finished watching all this and is a bit miffed not to learn what eventually happened to her brother. But she's been a good reader, so Featherine thinks up a good reward for her.
In 1998, Ange and Hachijo finally part ways (on good terms), with Ange set on resuming her former course towards Niijima. Meanwhile, Amakusa has been on the phone with Okonogi all this time, and their talk is quite sinister indeed : while the elimination of Kasumi and her few bodyguards seems to have been agreed with the head of the Sumadera family (Amakusa has one of his favourite weapons in a black bag in the car truck, probably a sniper rifle), Ange is clearly talked of as a liability, with the implication that Amakusa should let Kasumi deal with her.
We know that's not what happened in EP 4, but combined with the "Died in 1998" listing for Ange, it's quite chilling.
EPISODE 6, Epilogue 2 : Preparations for a new game
Bernkastel seems to have lost herself after running from the wedding cathedral. She finds herself guided to a room... where Featherine is waiting for her. While Bern's not pleased at all with meeting her former master, after a while she concedes to read the tale a last time for her. However, since Bern "has no love", her perspective will be quite different. (Featherine's only stipulation is that she has to answer everything.)
How will Bern's turn at Game Master for the 7th game turn out ? Find out in EP 7...
