Prologue: Welcomes and information

Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!

The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

Continue forth onto the next page, and hopefully enjoy your time reading!

I hate the upcoming gaiden with a passion. I enjoyed the desert, as I do all FE desert maps. I am a weird Fire Emblem player.

Remember Night of Farewells? Well, same thing here, except it's a spiral map. Including the Bolting Sages.

I honestly don't see much trouble with this gaiden.

Night of Farewells had you dealing with intricate paths and islands, and there was a Berserk Druid to complicate things. This gaiden has Boltingx2, which is more than manageable. The disappearing tiles are somewhat predictable as well, unlike in No F.

Also, good chapter for you to promote/train Miledy.

Looking at the map itself, it doesn't seem too bad, and certainly no Night of Farewells, but I do think it'll be problematic. Miledy will be quite useful here though, assuming there aren't too many mages or archers running about.

I think Night of Farewells is a lot easier than this because of the intricate paths and islands, which give you more options, but I realized a few things after my second run that might help in the future.

Namely, not to trust the displayed Bolting ranges because, after all, neither of them move, and second, to ignore the pirates at the beginning and Leeroy Jenkins down the path before anything starts to vanish.

You missed the Guiding Ring.

Also, exactly what was your logic for not training a dark magic user?
