| 2 | * GrowingTheBeard: Chapter 4 is the first "serious" chapter so far in the comic and is the first time readers see that there's more to Susan than her being the off-beat quirky girl. Not that her characterization was bad beforehand, but showing just how human she really is both in regards to feeling awful about laying the smackdown upon the AlphaBitch and with her insecurities about herself rearing their ugly heads for the first time is where the writing went from being solid to really good. It helps that Chapter 4 is also the first chapter to mainly focus on other characters not named Susan and their various reactions to her fight with Ayame. |
