3	* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: The art manages to be creepy, funny and pretty at the same time, with a couple of pretty neat character designs.
4	* SugarWiki/AwesomeMoments: The chapter "Decision" ultimately ends up being one big moment of awesome. [[spoiler:Dr. Adler has offered to allow Bianca to cure those he infected in exchange that she allows them to be infected again if they go back to him under the claim of it being consensual at that point. Bianca responds with an epic ShutUpHannibal before throwing the cure into the school's water supply. An angry Dr. Adler then attempts to kill her only for Bianca to inject him with the cure then pull the fire alarm to release the cure on the rest of the school.]]
5	* FanPreferredCouple: A not unsubstantial amount of fans ship Bianca with Dr. Albright.
6	* HarsherInHindsight: Episode 32 ''Nostalgia'' has Sarah infected with an eye parasite that alters her perception in order to feed on the resulting positive feelings. Luckily Bianca noticed what was going on and promptly removed the parasite. During the Mushroom Parasite Arc, Sarah becomes one of the victims of the HiveMind. Not only does Bianca not even notice at first, when she finally does catch on it's almost too late, as by that point everyone at the university safe for Bianca and Michaelis have become infected.
7	* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments:
8	** When Bianca first meets Michaelis, she gets some samples from him. Since she know his true form, Michaelis fears she will tell everybody. She assures him that she won't as long as he behaves, which results in him becoming part of her group of friends.
9	** Bianca's first encounter with the bacterial blobs has them attempt to kill and devour her only for Bianca to spray Big Father with hand sanitizer. After that, Bianca could have ignored their pleas to help him after what they did, but instead chose to heal him. This results in the blobs becoming grateful enough to her to swear on not eating people anymore, and they even are among those celebrating Bianca's "birthday". Sure, their birthday present to her is literally garbage, but it's the thought that counts.
10	** In the comic "Dr. Adler", two girls start to flirt with Michaelis while trash talking Bianca. In response, both Michaelis and Sarah tell the two girls that despite how cold she acts that she is very nice. While Bianca denies being all that nice, the fact that Michaelis and Sarah stand up for her show exactly how much they care.
11	** [[spoiler:After being hit with heavy regret in the previous chapter, Bianca promises to be a better friend to Michaelis in "Unrelatable". Once Adler has been defeated, Bianca makes good on that promise by protecting Michaelis when he is being taken by a medical crew to be exterminated, telling them that he is her friend and requires medical care with Dr. Albright backing her up. Once Michaelis is better he returns to school and is quick to reunite with Bianca.]]
12	* JerkassWoobie: Bianca can be pretty cold and seems indifferent towards her patients a lot of the time. But she genuinely wants to help people. Which makes living and working in a city where everyone seemingly just wants to indulge in drugs instead of getting better and corrupt businesses can do pretty much whatever they want at the cost of their customers' and workers' health that much harder. Especially prevalent in the ''The Eternal Gaming Café'' arc, which has Bianca trying and failing to save people who slowly waste away in a LotusEaterMachine-establishment. And of course there is the potential reason [[AbusiveParents why she is the way she is]].
13	* UglyCute: Big Father's children. They are little blobs composed of unsanitary bacteria and garbage, yet they prove to be absolutely adorable.
