* {{Adorkable}}: Especially when she goes off on impromptu tangents.
* AluminumChristmasTrees: In the "Church Play Cinematic Universe" video, she mentions how one song was obviously rewritten to insert the name "Captain Jack" into it over and over. The song is actually by late Eurodance musician Captain Jack, and ''actually does'' repeat his name that many times as the center of its call-and-repeat pattern. Cue a flood of VideoGame/DanceDanceRevolution players in the comments pointing this out.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: The end credits song to her Evermore video, a parody of the Music/TaylorSwift song [[Music/Evermore2020 of the same name]], manages to work the TroubledProduction of the theme park into a convincing lilting melody with beautiful vocals.
* CrossesTheLineTwice: Her analysis of the Connor Project Kickstarter in her ''Film/DearEvanHansen'' review snarks that, given the stakes the film puts on raising $100,000 to reopen an orchard, every teenager will kill themself if they don't make their goal. She adds that, if they went with a flexible funding plan, at least then only a ''fraction'' of those teens would commit suicide.
* FanNickname: When she wears her First Order hat, she's been called "Ginny Hux" by fans. Which is a joke about her Harry Potter fandom, red hair, and a CastingGag about Creator/DomhnallGleeson.
* HarsherInHindsight:
** In her video discussing D23 2019, she briefly discussed the Day One Creator/DisneyPlus release ''Series/TheWorldAccordingToJeffGoldblum'' and her dislike of the phenomenon of certain celebrities in their 60s-70s ([[Creator/JeffGoldblum Goldblum]] was 66 at the time) becoming [[MemeticMutation memetically beloved]] until he/she "says something that upsets people and then they turn on them so, so viciously". She recommended that fans be neutral about people they haven't met (and thus avoid BrokenPedestal situations), and wished him well despite her own lack of interest in the show. A few months later, in the week leading up to the Disney+ launch Goldblum stated in an interview that he would work with Creator/WoodyAllen again[[note]]he had a OneSceneWonder role in ''Film/AnnieHall'' and had more recently played a gig with his jazz band[[/note]] given the opportunity, which resulted in just such a backlash on Twitter. On November 7, [[LampshadeHanging she acknowledged this on Twitter with the post]] "Sorry about Goldblum I really didn't mean it so literally in the video" (though fortunately for him, his reputation wasn't significantly damaged by it, and show still did well enough to get a second season renewal).
** Her visible excitement leading up to ''Film/TheRiseOfSkywalker'' -- especially her bingo video, where she included an intentionally and especially innocuous expectation of "I'll like it" -- makes it really painful when it came out and she left ''very'' disappointed. Her review was entitled "Oh no! The Rise of Skywalker was real bad :(" and its video thumbnail picture includes the blurb "[[DespairEventHorizon I'LL NEVER BE HAPPY AGAIN!]]"
*** "If Rey is a Skywalker" is a little awkward as it breaks down all the reasons it would have been incredibly stupid and irresponsible [[spoiler:for someone to hide her on [[DeathWorld Jakku]] under the care of a cruel junk trader, especially when ''Film/TheLastJedi'' seemingly debunked it, only for ''Film/TheRiseOfSkywalker'' to reveal her parents did exactly that.]]
** One of the running jokes about ''Paranormal Home Inspectors'' was how "psychic" Maydine claimed to be having a hard time breathing as part of every reading. Then several people in the comments pointed out that she had since died of lung cancer, which she almost certainly already had at the time of the show.
** Her video on the Church of Rock's yearly Easter plays, which were all based off various popular movies, had her implore the audience not to go after the church or snitch to the copyright holders of these movies. Not long after the video released, a totally different church went viral for putting on an unlicensed production of ''Theatre/{{Hamilton}}'' to lead into a controversial sermon, which resulted in online backlash and a cease-and-desist from the ''Hamilton'' copyright holders. While the ''Hamilton'' production had far fewer alterations compared to the Church of Rock productions, many pointed to Jenny's video to put the history of church plays into context.
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: "The Spectacular Failure of the Star Wars Hotel" is a largely critical takedown of ''[[Ride/StarWarsGalaxysEdge Galactic Starcruiser]]'' and how it completely bungled its goals, but Jenny frequently mentions how [[TookTheBadFilmSeriously the actors and cast members were clearly putting their all towards making her experience a positive one]], dedicating a whole chapter to share all the friendly interactions she had with them. Even though her attempt at actually [=LARPing=] turned out to be a bust, she praises the cast members who recognized and clearly appreciated the effort, including one of the waitresses who -- after identifying that Jenny was carrying [[{{Kayfabe}} an alien "pet" named Skippy]] -- brought a bowl of water for him during dinner service. While Jenny is happy that ''Galactic Starcruiser'' folded, she also expresses hope that those who worked at it still continued to find good work elsewhere, and laments the likelihood that some of them did not through no fault of their own.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** Due to the popularity of ''Film/TheGreatestShowman'', an album full of celebrity covers of the soundtrack was later released, which created two of these in Jenny's review:
*** She describes the opening number as a Music/FallOutBoy knock-off. Later, the song in question was covered by Music/PanicAtTheDisco, who is often confused with Fall Out Boy by people outside of their respective fans.
*** The SignatureSong "This Is Me" is described as a song that sounds like the songs Music/{{Pink}} made after becoming a mother. P!nk would feature on the album like Panic! at the Disco, but Music/{{Kesha}} sang "This Is Me" instead.
** She jokes about the creation of a cinematic universe based on the ''Christmas Prince''. Then it actually happens when ''The Knight Before Christmas'' comes out and includes a mention of Aldovia.
** A mixture of this and HarsherInHindsight from her video on ''Film/{{Solo}}'': after going through her disappointment with it, she ended remarking "I know ''Star Wars'' movies [[TemptingFate inevitably make money]], but I hope it underperforms ''just enough'' so they don't waste resources on a sequel, and maybe they'll stop doing prequels and we'll get a good anthology movie." [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor These expectations ended up overshooting]] -- ''Solo'' didn't just underperform; it [[BoxOfficeBomb lost millions in the box office]], resulting in [[FranchiseKiller the entire Anthology series to be either iceboxed or outright cancelled]], including prequel films on Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi (though these projects were reworked as ''Series/TheMandalorian'' and ''Series/ObiWanKenobi'').
* MemeticMutation:
** "There make be snakes!" [[labelnote:Explanation]]From ''Trapped in a Island With Creator/JoshHutcherson'' when Kate (with a broken leg) becomes paranoid when Josh Hutcherson decides to look for food deep into the woods, and begs him not to leave her, shouting this at him. (She most likely meant, "There '''may''' be snakes!")[[/labelnote]]
** "I laugh at my mom ... WHEN SHE CHOKES!" [[labelnote:Explanation]]A paraphrased sentence said by Naomi when she talks about laughing at other people's pain in ''Insanity'', a {{Creepypasta}} self-published fanfiction about the origins of Literature/JeffTheKiller.[[/labelnote]]
** ''Trapped in [a/an] [Noun beginning with incorrect letter for the indefinite article] with [celebrity]''. [[labelnote:Explanation]]Before the review, Jenny points out that ''Trapped in '''a''' Island with Josh Hutcherson'' is grammatically incorrect, but ever since the review, commenters often CallBack to the name of the fanfic in other fanfic reviews. A popular one was in Jenny's review of Music/OneDirection[=/=]Film/ThePurge crossover fics in which a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74KAGEe-IdU&lc=UgwRrv_kbdo0IKHGeQJ4AaABAg commenter wrote]], "''Trapped in '''an''' Purge with Niall Horan''", whilst [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74KAGEe-IdU&lc=UgzRr-park0Npwjt8754AaABAg another wrote]]: "''Stuck in an Suicide Forest with Team 10''".[[/labelnote]] This even became notorious enough to inspire spin-off Wattpad fics attempting to [[FollowTheLeader emulate the original story's style]]. Some even ''starred'' Jenny!
** Big Man! [[labelnote:Explanation]]In ''Trigger Warning'', veteran-turned-college student Jake Rivers' 6 foot 4 frame is [[BeigeProse only described]] as "big" and/or referred to as "big man" by both the story and the characters he interacts with, whereas everything else is written in clunky PurpleProse. Jenny latches onto it pretty quickly as an unintentional RunningGag.[[/labelnote]]
** 30 dollar plastic wands [[labelnote:Explanation]]A suspiciously specific detail that the creator of ''Film/EscapeFromTomorrow'' mentioned in every interview when describing what he doesn't like about the Disney Parks, to the point that Jenny speculates his own daughters just really wanted a 30 dollar plastic wand and he's still bitter about it.[[/labelnote]]
** During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, [[https://twitter.com/JennyENicholson/status/1271267475963838467 this tweet]] became very popular, as a criticism of many people's casual attitudes toward the virus.
--->''We're gonna have to retire the expression "avoid it like the plague" because it turns out humans do not do that''
** Jenny's video on ''Series/TheVampireDiaries'' spawned several:
*** [[DullSurprise "Noooo! Jenna!"]]
*** [[Series/ChinaBeach "The series that brought women to the frontline..."]] [[labelnote:Explanation]]While binge watching the series on the CW’s website, ads for the DVD box set of ''Series/ChinaBeach'' would play incessantly. Jenny mocked this by playing the first line of the commercial intermittently during her video analysis.[[/labelnote]]
*** ''[[Music/TheSupremes Through the mirror of my mind...]]''[[labelnote:Explanation]]The first line of the song "Reflections" by The Supremes, the theme tune to ''Series/ChinaBeach''.[[/labelnote]]
* MisBlamed: Jenny blames [[PeripheryDemographic Bronies]] for making the Franchise/MyLittlePony toyline focus on just the [[Characters/FriendshipIsMagicTheManeCast Main Characters]], as well blind bag figures and other figures with plastic hair. In reality, both of these had happened earlier in G3, meaning Creator/{{Hasbro}} was just continuing on with an already successful strategy.
* OlderThanTheyThink: In [[https://youtu.be/4fVOF2PiHnc?t=2985 ''The Last Bronycon: a fandom autopsy'']], Jenny stated that Creator/{{Hasbro}} was mainly making toys of just the '''[[Characters/FriendshipIsMagicTheManeCast The Mane Six]]''' over and over, in order to [[PanderingToTheBase please Bronies]]. In reality, this idea predates Bronies and ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'' by a few years, as this had already been done earlier with the Core 7 retool of G3; Hasbro ignored almost every pony aside from seven of them and only produced toys for them. The Core 7 era was a ShortRunner, however, so this mistake is understandable. She also claims that the [[BlindBagCollectables Blind Bag]] [[https://youtu.be/4fVOF2PiHnc?t=3010 pony figures with plastic hair only came out in G4]]. There were [[http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Blind_Bags blind bag ponies]] and [[http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Tiny_Tins ponies with]] [[http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Ponyville_Ponies plastic hair]] in [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyG3 Generation Three]].
* {{Squick}}: In "The Last Bronycon: a fandom autopsy", she takes the time to single out Bronies who created sexually suggestive fan art of the child characters in the show - and even sold it at conventions. The video has a brief clip from a con showing body pillows displaying Apple Bloom and Scootaloo[[note]]elementary-age child ponies[[/note]] with bedroom eyes. Quite a few of the con clips also have the body pillow displays blurred out...
