* AngstWhatAngst: Kiba seems fine and dandy [[spoiler:after being partially turned into Nomu and keeping the additional Quirks after her mind is restored,]] due to having no memories of said event.
* BaseBreakingCharacter:
** Sori Jaga when she first appeared, pulling OneManArmy on Yami's Grimms after Class 1-B spends 3 chapters surviving through them, all because she wants to work with Midoriya Foundation, [[PoorCommunicationKills but did not call beforehand and just trespasses the mansion's land]]. On one side, she is a professional bodyguard compared to a class of heroes in training, is a WakeUpCall to Izuku that there are villains of her caliber out there, and did become BandageMummy for a month from her injuries fighting the Grimms. On the other side, she is a very strong individual who is TooDumbToLive, and [[KarmaHoudini still got hired despite the panic she caused]].
** Yonda, [[TropesAreTools which is intentional in Kyodon's part]]. For some, her ManipulativeBastard moments make her a PragmaticHero and the issues she tries to solve are important enough to warrant her involvement. Others see her as TheUnapologetic WellIntentionedExtremist who comes out unscathed from her schemes because her punishment is too light or because [[XanatosGambit her schemes ends up successful in a way]] and has been hoping for her plan to fail or backfire due to [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome inexperience]].
** Hinata Dogauru, Kiba's sidekick who originally appears in the FlashForward side fic before her proper appearance in ''Go For A Walk''. To some, she is a great addition to Kiba by showing her character growth through Hinata and her Quirk complements Kiba's like how Kyosei's complements Fu's. To others, her presence makes Kiba too OP with Hinata's Quirk clogging the only weakness Kiba has left from [[spoiler:her (temporary) Nomu transformation's aftermath]], compared to Fu & Kyosei who need to rely on each other for a fight, Making Hinata's Quirk be more of a PowerCrutch rather than a power-up at best, to make a girl [[spoiler:with multiple Quirks]] unnecessarily even more powerful than she already is at worst. Others argue that the issue is more of Hinata being added to the main story ''too early'', preferring that Hinata & Kiba meet each other for the first time later in their life, such as being fellow students in the U.A. or when Kiba starts making her hero agency, for example.
* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Amai's classmates in ''In the Face of Death'' chapter go insane to the point of reenacting ''Literature/LordOfTheFlies'' 's [[spoiler:sacrificing a student to atone for what she done to Amai]] before unable to do so after hearing [[spoiler:the willing sacrifice's]] side of the story, all from getting scared from seeing Yami. [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere The class's homeroom teacher]] and later [[FlatWhat Izuku]] reacted to this appropriately.
* BizarroEpisode: ''Incorrect Quotes'', because the chapter contains nothing but MemeticMutation.
* BrokenBase:
** Izuku [[InvokedTrope rarely]] [[EasilyForgiven punishes people despite their mistakes causes great distress at minimum]] (from Yonda's ManipulativeBastard moments, Sori Jaga trespassed the mansion because she did not contact him for a job application, Ashido Mina joins the kids to spread Amai's [[FantasticDrug Mood Candies]] to people in the mansion without restrain, etc). On one hand, Izuku's nature is a caring, gentle person. Not to mention it is in theme with canon (Eraserhead [[StatusQuoIsGod never really expelled anyone from 1-A]] despite various rule-breakings, Izuku's recklessness during the second slime incident is rewarded with being chosen as All-Might's successor, etc), others see it as Izuku being too soft and prefers that the lightly punished people deserve worse or at least learns their lessons.
** Izuku finally punishes Yonda for [[spoiler: [[FrameUp uploading various videos to frame Bakugo to be eviler than he really is]]]] by giving her a cat to teach her responsibility and taking her free time. Some think that she was finally punished for her ManipulativeBastard-ness, others thought that the punishment is not harsh enough (not helping that her first thought after being punished is "[[IgnoredAesop I need to be better at covering my tracks]]")
*** Then there's Aka who [[spoiler: is responsible for Yonda's blunder that makes her current scheme get noticed by Izuku by using her [[PeoplePuppet Quirk]] on the {{Telepathy}} girl]]. Some see it as Aka's SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome. In contrast, others are concerned that this event will make her KnightTemplar mentality gets worse because she [[DarthWiki/WarpThatAesop learns]] that she [[spoiler:can avoid killing villains by framing them with her Quirk]].
** Ever since [[spoiler:The Sports Festival attack]], the story focuses more on Izuku gathering power, resources, and/or influence to strengthen Midoriya Foundation. To some, it is a natural story progression that the constant threat to his life and the kids makes Izuku prioritize their safety and stop the BigBadDuumvirate. To others, Izuku has gone WellIntentionedExtremist and the story diverges away from its "Izuku raises orphans" premise and [[DemotedToExtra gives the kids less story focus]] in general.
*** This debate resurfaces after Izuku & Ochako receive RelationshipUpgrade, and Ochako moves into Midoriya Mansion and steps up to be the mother of the [=OPCs=], with her appearance spent having fun and bonding with the kids. Some say "Finally!" and enjoy the abundance of SliceOfLife moments akin to the fic's early chapters. At the same time, more cynical readers think that, based on how rare it is to see Izuku doing anything that ''doesn't'' involve Midoriya Foundation in recent chapters, Kyodon makes [=IzuOcha=] happen just so they can dump all of the responsibility and role of being the [=OPCs=]' parents to Ochako so they can freely write Izuku doing Midoriya Foundation work as a way to do both the fic's original "Raising superpowered children" premise and the new "World-changing corporation" plotline.
** Kiba [[spoiler:keeping the extra Quirks and boosted strength she got from partially turned into a Nomu, with no recollection of what happened, instead of having it removed]], and getting a super suit to regulate her strength instead of continuing her training to control her strength. On one hand, people are okay with it, seeing [[spoiler:the extra Quirks]] makes her no different from the other kids whose [[spoiler:Quirks are SemanticSuperpower (Shina) or KeystoneSuperpower (Ken & Nara, Le, and Sakio)]], and the suit as no different than the other kid's PowerLimiter equipment (Kei's visor, Otoko's cloak, the gear on Gin's chest to absorb the chaos energy leaking out of his body, the metal plates that covering Okui's mouths, etc.), and that moving on from trauma & tragedy is part of this fanfic's theme. On the other hand, other people believe that [[spoiler:her new Quirks]] makes Kiba unchallengeable with little to no weakness to exploit and the suit [[StaticCharacter removes her flaws and stunts her growth as a character]] by turning her fear of losing control of herself due to her Quirk's BerserkMode and her journey to learn to control her strength into an AbortedArc, and the fact that she has no memories of this event is seen as a cop-out for the "moving on from trauma & tragedy" aspect of this fanfic.
* HarsherInHindsight: In Eri's Choice Arc, Izuku swears to Eri that he won't let D.O.C use her blood to harm people. Fast forward to after ''War of Omens'', Izuku reveals that he created Reset Bomb, based on her Quirk, as a backup plan against All for One, which he ended up using.
* HeartwarmingInHindsight: The ''No Punctuation'' Chapter becomes this after [[WebAnimation/ZeroPunctuation the series the title is based on]] effectively ended, as it retains the spirit of Yathzee's harsh yet fair criticism.
* HilariousInHindsight: During ''Fashion Show'', Kiba's chat refers to Tokoyami, among other things, as "Shadow The Hedgehog but bird" due to how edgy his look is. almost a hundred chapters later, we get Leden Ultimave, who is an {{Expy}} to said character.
* {{Squick}}:
** Fu's [[TechnicallyLivingZombie Quirk]] means he can live through {{Gorn}} and LudicrousGibs, and immunity from eating food that would be too much for normal intestines to handle, such as raw meat.
** [[ImpliedTrope If her words are to be believed]], Sori's childhood in Nekonanako Foundation includes eating cat food as punishment and being potty trained in a litter box.
** According to ''Truth or Dare'', there are Kiba Dakimakuras. Remember that Kiba is a real, underaged girl in the story's setting, body pillows are not part of her official merchandise, and Izuku seems to have done nothing to put a stop to it.
** Yaba eating an eyeball for a dare. Note that she is ''not'' one of the kids that [[ImAHumanitarian can consume human flesh]].
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot:
** Shadow Ruler!Izuku comes from the remains of his dream to become a Hero, despite his new responsibility as the [=OPC=] caretaker, that still lingers in his subconsciousness, and both Izuku and Ren eliminate it by pointing out that if one could only focus on their failures (unable to become a hero), they'll never be able to see what they managed to achieve and accomplish despite that (becoming a multimillionaire, becoming a beloved father figure, etc). Some readers, who believe that Izuku's definition of a "Hero" is too narrow, argue that Izuku should've instead convinced his Shadow Ruler that while he did not wear a costume and went around on constant patrols with a hero license, he did become a Hero by helping take down villains(and still is against the Meta Army) and saved lives. Other readers also argue that Shadow Ruler!Izuku could have been convinced that by giving the [=OPCs=] a new home, a loving family, and a second lease on life despite their dangerous Quirk, he had become a Hero in the eyes of these children.
** The story skips over Maria's trip through the city and finding Sue in a dumpster. Considering that Maria is a [[FishOutOfTemporalWater normal human from pre-Quirk era]], it would've been interesting to see her react to how much the world had changed and how a normal person reacts to a world that revolves around Quirks and superheroes.
