* AccidentalAesop: Jade losing sleep due to accepting Edie's challenge to not nap for the whole day in "Sleepless in Paw-Tucket" starts to come off less like sleep deprivation and moodswings, and more like a metaphor for drinking and the negative effects it can have.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: The animation of the series is beautiful, and not surprising considering it's animated by Boulder Media in Ireland, who's works consist of ''WesternAnimation/WanderOverYonder'' and ''WesternAnimation/TheAmazingWorldOfGumball'', instead of the usual DHX Media.
* BaseBreakingCharacter:
** Trip is this for some. Some find his antics and the jokes surrounding him to be funny, and that he adds a unique "little brother" dynamic to the Littlest 6, while others find his SmallNameBigEgo shtick annoying, and consider him to be a one-note character with his neverending compassion for rapping.
** Some find Roxie to be either a cheerful and hilarious addition to the main cast, or just simply annoying and her personality too similar to quite a few other {{Creator/Hasbro}} show characters in the past ([[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Pinkie Pie]], [[WesternAnimation/LittlestPetShop2012 Minka Mark]], and [[WesternAnimation/PoundPuppies2010 Niblet]] to name a few).
* FandomRivalry: As with many reboots based on popular franchises, this series has gained a huge rivalry mostly within Website/FourChan boards (so much so that it feels you get shunned if you even post anything about the show) from ''WesternAnimation/LittlestPetShop2012'' fans, who were upset that this show is a SpiritualSuccessor to ''LPS 2012'', declare it as inferior to it, or just plainly see it as nothing more than a little kids show. There are quite a sizeable amount of people in that fandom that actually ''do'' like this show however, and vice versa (although some do argue that this show is closer to what the franchise was meant to be in comparison to what the other show was). [[TakeAThirdOption Alternatively]], there's a rare VocalMinority that feels this show is even ''better'' than the 2012 series.
* FanNickname: The title of this series is frequently abbreviated as [[FunWithAcronyms "AWOOO"]].
* {{Fanon}}: Many fans agree that Gavin is AmbiguouslyGay (or AmbiguouslyBi), even if he hasn't had any blatant HoYay moments thus far.
* FanPreferredCouple:
** [[LesYay Roxade]] is extremely popular, even being acknowledged by the voice actresses of both themselves.
** Joot/Scade is popular thanks to the ShipTease in "The Wheel Deal." Even Petula (albeit [[SarcasmMode sarcastically]]) calls it a "new power couple."
** Quidie also has its fans. [[https://shipping.wikia.com/wiki/Quidie There's even a wiki page on it]].
* FridgeHorror: The realization that if you lose your key to the Human World, you may never get a chance to see your human ever again, is not pretty. Sure, you ''can'' always ask for a replacement, but it is a very tedious process that may take weeks or even a ''month'' before you can ever think of going home again. "Homesick as a Dog" demonstrates this fear perfectly, nearly sending ''Roxie'' [[BreakTheCutie out of all characters]] into a depression over the fact she may never see her human again. The hostility of the gatekeeper really doesn't help matters either.
--> '''[=McGraw=] Macaw''': Have you got your key?
--> '''Roxie''': Oh no. Where's my key?
--> '''[=McGraw=] Macaw''': Can't go home without your key.
--> '''Roxie''': But I ''have'' to go home!!
--> '''[=McGraw=] Macaw''': Then you'd '''better''' find your key.
* HoYay: [[HoYay/LittlestPetShopAWorldOfOurOwn Has its own page.]]
* LGBTFanbase: Definitely has one due to the amount of [[HoYay/LittlestPetShopAWorldOfOurOwn Ho Yay]] that the show features.
* MemeticMutation: [[VideoGame/{{Undertale}} Sans Quincy]].[[note]]In one episode, there's an animation error where Quincy's whole pupil is black. It was pointed out on Twitter and was memed shortly after to resemble Sans.[[/note]]
* {{Moe}}: Oh boy. There's so many that you can look no further than the Littlest 6 themselves! Even writer Kelly D'Angelo when asked said that Roxie is ''canonically'' cute, though ultimately all of them are.
* SugarWiki/MostWonderfulSound:
** Petula's various cute snorts.
** Anytime Jade sighs.
* NightmareFuel: Trip's story of the Pet Catcher in "Spooky Tails."
* ParanoiaFuel: What started out as an innocent trip to the fair, turned into tons of pets getting stuck 80 stories high on a ferris wheel ride. Quincy perfectly explains it:
--> '''Quincy''': Okay Quincy. You got on a ride because it was nice and slow, and had no sharp corners, now you're stuck 80 stories up, and a swift breeze could knock you right out of it. [[MirthlessLaughter Haha, haha! That's funny! Haha!]] ''(screams and faints)''
* PeripheryDemographic: Not too surprising considering {{Creator/Hasbro}}'s [[WesternAnimation/PoundPuppies2010 various]] [[WesternAnimation/LittlestPetShop2012 past]] [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic shows]]; although it's not as big as any of them.
* PopularWithFurries: Seeing as it's a ''Littlest Pet Shop'' series, this show's unsurprisingly successful with the furry fandom.
* PortmanteauCoupleName:
** "Roxade" for Roxie x Jade.
** "Joot" or "Scade" for Jade x Scoot.
** "Quidie" or "Eduincy" for Edie x Quincy.
* ToughActToFollow: Coming off the well received 2012 ''The Littlest Pet Shop'', this one had a bit of trouble getting most onboard since it's predecssors focused on humans and pets while this one just stayed with the animals. It wasn't a bad show in the slightest but it's timing wasn't great due Hasbro not giving enough time for the 2012 series to cool off and let the dust settle before going into this show, leading into fatigue with the [=LPS=] series which resulted in a shorter run. Hasbro doing some company restructuring at the time when the show was running didn't help either.
* ViewerGenderConfusion: ''Yes'', Chip Guineavan is a male.
* TheWoobie: It's really hard not to feel bad for Roxie when she loses her key to the Human World in "Homesick as a Dog." It's clear she loves her human dearly, and [[spoiler:if it weren't for the key being found, she wouldn't have reunited with her for a whole ''month'' at worst.]]
** You do tend to feel bad for Quincy in quite a sizeable amount of episodes, considering he is a NervousWreck who would faint at just the sudden sight of his shadow. He does get a few moments where he faces his fears and/or acts bravely towards solving a situation he's in, however.
