11	* [[TragicHero Samurai Jack]] himself. Where do we even ''start''? In all five seasons of the series, Jack goes on a very long, difficult, and heart-wrenching journey, in an effort to exact revenge and achieve justice for all the wrongs that Aku has inflicted upon him and other people. As a child, once Aku awakens, he loses his home and his sheltered lifestyle pretty much ended. When he's in the future, he sees the ruins of his homeland and the only words he can utter is "My home...". In Season 5, Aku destroys Jack's final hope: the very last time portal in the world, which puts Jack into such a rage that he [[spoiler:accidentally kills three small rams who helped him to the top, and loses his sword]]. 50 years later, the weight of seeing so many innocents die takes a huge toll on him, and he TookALevelInCynic. He then reacts badly when [[spoiler:he kills his first human, since he thought she was a robot]]. When he tries to save the alien children who were under the control of the Dominator, Jack reacted very badly when [[spoiler:[[DisneyDeath he thought they died]], even attempting samurai-style {{Seppuku}}]]. Once he reclaims his sword, things seemed to be finally going his way, until Aku appears and finds out that [[spoiler:Jack's love interest Ashi is a literal daughter of his and hijacks her brain, forcing Jack to surrender. Finally, after being able to get through to Ashi, she then helps Jack return to his time, where he kills Aku and frees his home. But just when he was about to marry her, he [[RetGone loses Ashi]] due to her being born through Aku's essence.]] Jack ''really needs a hug''.

13	[[AC:{{Jerkass Woobie}}s]]\
14	While most of the show's villains are nothing but [[LoveToHate entertainingly]] [[HateSink despicable]], a minority of them turn out to actually be [[AntiVillain extremely]] [[TragicVillain pitiable]].
15	* The Viking (AKA the Lava Monster). He [[WasOnceAMan used to be a]] [[FallenHero noble human soldier]] with family and friends, but Aku massacred all of his loved ones, and [[AndIMustScream trapped him in a crystal prison]] [[AFateWorseThanDeath for all eternity]]. Even after having learned to manipulate the rock around him through sheer willpower to turn into a [[TragicMonster giant rock creature]], he is still confined in his volcano, unable to rejoin his loved ones in death. His only way of passing the time? Fighting and killing any other warrior who enters his lair, [[DeathSeeker hoping that one of them will eventually send him to Valhalla]].
16	* Princess Mira, an aristocrat-turned-mercenary who only wants to collect Jack's bounty for one purpose: to try and negotiate with Aku to free her conquered kingdom from his tyranny. But not only does Mira's plan with some other bounty hunters to defeat Jack fails miserably, but her whole quest was nothing but an exercise in futility, given that [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder Aku would never honestly consider]] emancipating any of his many tortured slaves.
17	* [[HitmanWithAHeart X-49]], an assassin robot who formerly served Aku. X-49 wanted to get out of his dangerous and immoral job, so he began living as a civilian and [[PetTheDog spent most of his time with]] [[MoralityPet his beloved pet dog, Lulu]]. But Aku has Lulu abducted and held hostage in order to force X-49 into [[spoiler:attempting to find and kill Jack. Unfortunately, not only is X-49 defeated and killed by Jack, but Lulu's fate is still (rather literally) left in Aku's hands.]]
18	* All seven [[LaserGuidedTykebomb Daughters of Aku]]. These young girls were raised without any real love by their {{sociopath}}ic AbusiveMom, who [[ReligionOfEvil brainwashed]] and [[TrainingFromHell trained them (by very harsh methods)]] to become [[DarkActionGirl warriors]] strong enough to (maybe) hunt down and kill [[BigGood Jack]] in order to impress their deity, [[GodOfEvil Aku]]. [[spoiler:All but one of them ([[SoleSurvivor Ashi]]) fail miserably and die trying, never experiencing any true happiness in their short lives.]]
19	** The leading sister Ashi is quite a {{Jerkass\| Woobie}} before becoming a regular {{Woobie}}. [[spoiler:After being the only one to survive the encounter with Jack, she's still so brainwashed that she doesn't even care that her family has been destroyed, all she wants is Jack's demise to earn the blessings of Aku. But she eventually comes to realize how completely wrong her beliefs were, and follows Jack to see [[JerkassGods what her god is really like]]. Ashi gradually befriends and even falls in love with Jack; but soon Aku meets them both, and then [[LukeIAmYourFather reveals that he is her father]], [[HalfHumanHybrid which makes Ashi an unnatural abomination]]. Aku corrupts Ashi into a [[TragicMonster demonic slave]], shocking Jack into surrendering to them. Although Jack is later able to [[ThePowerOfLove redeem Ashi]], allowing them to [[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong return to the past and destroy Aku]]. But they realize all too late that this means that [[RetGone Ashi will be wiped from existence]]. Ouch.]]

22	* The Talking Dogs. Yes, all kinds of canines were brutalized and enslaved by Aku.
23	* The Woolies, a sapient race of {{Gentle Giant}}s whose civilization was invaded by the Chritchellites, who enslaved these intelligent beings and forced them to behave like domesticated livestock under brutally humiliating living conditions for several decades.
24	* The Blue Aliens from "Episode XCVI". They were brutally massacred, and their children were [[BrainwashedAndCrazy forced into a violent frenzy]] by [[PsychoForHire the Dominator]], the mastermind behind this monstrous plan.

27	* Kuni, a little girl whose whole family was abducted and held hostage by a sadistic [[EldritchAbomination demon]], which then used the terrified child as bait to lure in more victims. Though thankfully, her story concluded with a happy ending.
28	* Prince Astor and Princess Verbina. When the princess explains to [[TheCaligula Aku]] how they're trying to save their own planet from alien invaders, he mocks them for it, before sentencing them both to enslavement for life. But at least [[TheHero Jack]] rescued them in time so they could save their own planet.
29	* The Emoji Family. They are a helpless, innocent family integrated by a mother, a daughter and a baby who fled their massacred town. They are running from an army of Aku's beetle drones, only to be surrounded. If Jack had not showed up in time...
