After hatching into a chicken, Toto is not very comfortable with his new life and wishes he was just an egg again, much to his mother's dismay. At the same time, an evil Warlock "Huevo-Brujo" egg from a ghost town in the desert who feels empty and wishes to have a heart due to being made of stone, reads a spell book which claims that the only way to gain feelings is stealing a chicken's heart and eating it. He sends his vulture egg henchmen to the city, where they find and kidnap Toto, prompting his friends to go and rescue him in yet another adventure with the help of the now-redeemed Coco and his reptile egg army in addition to other new faces while facing bigger dangers than ever before.

The sequel to ''WesternAnimation/UnaPeliculaDeHuevos'', ''Otra Pelicula De Huevos Y Un Pollo'' is noticeably DarkerAndEdgier than its predecessor and features more {{parental bonus}}es. Most of the cast members reprised their roles in the second installment. The second film was just as successful as the first one and especially pleased long-time Creator/{{Huevocartoon}} fans leading to more sequels being ordered.

The film was never released outside Latin America and has no English dub or subtitles until [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFfd7FzDC6o a fansubbed version was uploaded on December 15, 2023.]]

!!This work contains examples of the following tropes:
* AnimalTalk: This is more evident in the sequel, where Toto (as a chicken) yells loudly at the sorcerer human to take him away from the sorcerer egg, but all the human hears is just pure chirping. The animals also perceive eggs as sentient too. This makes sense, since eggs are laid by oviparous animals.
* ArtisticLicenseBiology: Like before, the film doesn't really tries to portray animal biology all that accurate. A notable example comes in the form of the Warlock Egg's iguana, who shows parental care for her unhatched egg, Iguano... Despite the fact that real life iguanas don't show parental care for their young besides guarding the nest when first laying their clutches and are unlikely to remember one egg out of their clutch or even tell them apart.
** ArtisticLicenseArachnids: Scorpions don't lay eggs, they give live birth. And even if they did lay eggs, they wouldn't be oval-shaped, they would instead be spherical in shape like other arachnids.
* BigBad: Huevo-Brujo/The Warlock stone egg, who wishes to obtain a heart by any means possible and has Toto kidnapped to get the latter's heart
* DarkerAndEdgier: The first film was a fairly lighthearted adventure outside of some brief sequences and most of the plot focused on Toto finding his way back home. This one deals with a far darker plot with Toto's life being now in real danger throughout the film on purpose. The film's antagonist, Warlock Egg in spite of his comedic qualities, is far deadlier than Serp, having whole slews of minions more dangerous than the reptile eggs and powerful magical abilities.
* TheHeartless: The Warlock Egg/Huevo-Brujo lacks a heart, and tries to get one by tearing out Toto's own.
* LovableLizard: Iguano's mom become this once she reunites with him, ceasing her hostilities in favor of chatting up with her child.
* MonsterIsAMommy: The Iguana that is usually ridden by the Warlock Egg turns out to be Iguano's mom and promptly ditches her master in favor of a catching-up chat with her child.
* ReptilesAreAbhorrent: {{Subverted}} with both the Reptile Eggs and the Warlcok-Egg's Iguana; the former had already made a HeelFaceTurn and help out the heroes in saving Toto, while the latter turns out to be Iguano's mother and ceases her hostilities to reunite with her child.
* ScaryScorpion: The scorpion eggs play this trope straight at first, being minions of the Warlock Egg who pose a big threat to the protagonists, but is ultimately subverted when they turn good.
