''Slush Invaders'' is a StickFigureAnimation series created by Gildedguy (Stick Michael) in 2012. It follows the Slusher Wing, which is suddenly invaded by hordes of blue Slush Invaders, lead by Big Blue. It is up to the Slush Fighters to defend their home.

The series currently consists of an introductory video simply titled ''Slush Invaders'', a game of the same name following the events subsequent to the video, an {{Interquel}} to the game called ''Slush Invaders Duel'', and a spin-off game called ''Slush Tile Rush''.

In addition, Gildedguy has adapted Stick Michael for use in the WebOriginal/RockHardGladiators system.

!!Slush Invaders contains examples of:

* AerithAndBob: Andrew, Sagar, Khanh, Thomas, Hang, and Waqas, to name a few.
* AlwaysAccurateAttack: In the first game, Stick JK will occasionally auto-snipe the enemy with the lowest health, dealing moderate damage to them.
* BackFromTheDead: [[spoiler: Big Boi after his demise in the animation gets rebuilt as a {{Cyborg}} in the game.]]
* BadassNormal: Standrew, unlike his peers, has no superpowers and/or weapons to his name, yet can send Big Blue flying with a single kick and is TheLeader of the Slush Fighters.
* BarrierWarrior:
** Sticorey can conjure barriers to defend other fighters.
** Azures are mooks who can create shields for the Blues, and Stickirby can copy the Azure's ability as well.
* BasedOnATrueStory: The ending scene in the movie, which was originally a series of Facebook comments by Gildedguy's college buddies when he showed them the animation.
* BigBad: Big Blue, hence his name.
* BossRush:[[spoiler: Tower 15 - Slusher has you fight previous opponents (including bosses) in one go. Good luck.]]
* CatchPhrase: Stick Sean has one that appears at least once in every game: "IM THE MAN".
** This is based off of a Facebook comment the real Sean posted concerning Gildedguy's animation.
* CombinationAttack: There are a '''ton''' of these in the game. The characters' attacks and abilities can be coordinated in all sorts of ways to defeat the opposition.
* ComboPlatterPowers: Almost all of the Slush Fighters have a set of powers that allow them to do insane attacks on multiple enemies whether they're alone or working as a team.
* {{Combos}}: Chains of combos can be made by attacking with various fighters in quick succession.
** Stick Brian follows up other Slush Fighters' attacks with his own, creating easy combos.
** As a ''Franchise/StreetFighter'' inspired character, Sthomas is best known for this. He attacks very quickly, and his Ultra Attack is called Super Ultimate Turbo Fighter 4 HD, described as a "flawless 45 hit combo." Humorously, it actually does very little damage.
* DemonicPossession: There's a ''very'' interesting take on it in ''Gildedguy Versus Bog''. It demonstrates a psychological battle where Bog enters Gildedguy's body and soul and repeatedly rips his armor apart in an attempt to rob him of all hope. Despite being driven to near-hopelessness and tears, Gildedguy's armor simply reforms again and again and again.
* TheDragon: Big Boi [[spoiler:Prime to Big Blue. Ressurrected as a gargantuan cyborg thanks to his death at the hands of Westick, Joshtick and Stick JK, he becomes the FinalBoss of the Slush Fighters Game.]]
* TheEngineer: Stick Waqas, who can build powerful rocket missiles. He gets an upgrade in Slush Tile Rush, where he builds turrets that deal continuous damage.
* FriendlySniper: Steric, and Stick JK to a lesser extent.
* GiantMook: Big Boi lives up to this trope. [[spoiler: Ends up getting upgraded to FinalBoss status at the end of the Slush Fighters Game.]]
* GoldfishPoopGang: [[spoiler: In Slush Tile Rush, Slusher (the last level) has you face off against previous bosses and opponents. After the false ending, Hard mode activates, and they begin to replace regular opponents.]]
* TheGunslinger: Several Slush Fighters carry guns, ranging from sniper rifles to blasters. Enemy Drabs also carry guns as well.
* ImmortalLifeIsCheap: Sthang was killed twice in the movie by a group of Drabs, [[spoiler:only for him to reveal that he is essentially a phoenix and can't be killed.]] He can still be contained [[spoiler:by killing him and then containing his ashes in a small jar.]]
** This is how he operates in the Game. Hang is the only Standard Fighter who has HP, and his HP is miniscule. Every time he, he heals and buffs his teammates.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: Given the sheer number of members that make up the Slush Fighters you can expect a few to wield some unexpected weapons:
** Stickhanh uses soccer balls both in the animation and when he unlocks Pele attack in the game.
** Stagar wields a snowboard.
** Stick Michael (when he isn't Gildedguy), wields a neon green stylus.
* KatanasAreJustBetter: Stomar seems to think so.
* LaserBlade: Ben Stickobi has one. [[{{Expy}} As his name would imply]].
* TheLeader: Standrew, despite having [[BadassNormal having no powers to begin with.]]
* LimitBreak: Certain fighters can use Ultra Attacks if the Ultra Bar is filled up. Some fighters' Ultra Attacks need it filled multiple times to use.
* MacrossMissileMassacre: Stick Waqas can gradually build many regular missiles over time, then unleash them all at once. His Ultra Attack is a more extreme example.
* MainCharacters: The Slush Fighters. The movie focuses on them defending Slusher Wing.
* {{Mooks}}: The Blues. They are the standard mooks that engage the enemy hand to hand. They managed to overpower Standrew but barely stand much of a chance against the other Slush Fighters.
* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: A few Slush Fighters have different playstyles that could throw players off:
** The mouse controls the trajectory of Stick Luke's tomahawks, and the aim of Stickwart's gun.
** Steric, after his second upgrade. The player can precisely snipe by tapping his icon at the right moment.
** Staddison, who can remotely activate a flashbangs. Unfortunately, since the player's attention is most likely on Big Blue, the flashbang often ends up carelessly used or useless.
* MoreDakka: Westick, who wields an SMG, has this as his shtick.
* OneSteveLimit: Averted with two Stick Brians; the latter was renamed to [=BriStick=] after the movie.
* ThatOneBoss: Nhazul. He can slash with his sword to destroy your tiles, before punching to add 2 rows of his. And he blocks damage below 20! He's also an early-game boss. God save you if you encounter him, as you'll likely be stuck with low-damage fighters like Sthomas.
* ThePhoenix: [[spoiler:Sthang.]]
* PlayingWithFire: Stickyle and Sthang.
* PowerCopying: Stickirby can copy enemies' abilities. [[{{Expy}} Obviously]].
* PullingThemselvesTogether: [[spoiler:Whenever Sthang dies, he turns to ash, and then makes a fiery revival akin to [[ThePhoenix a phoenix]].]]
* RayGun: As a fan of ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBrosMelee'' and a user of Falco Lombardi's fighting style, Stedro can use this after achieving his objective reward.
* RidingTheBomb: In the first video, Stick Waqas builds three rockets and Stickwart, Stick Dan, and [=BriStick=] ride them into a building to rescue Standrew.
* RubberMan: Stick Matt.
* ShoutOut: Stedro's attacks are all from Super Smash Bros, such as Captain Falcon's Knee of Justice and Fox's Blaster and Reflector.
** There's a Decepticon logo on Sthomas' door.
** Speaking of Sthomas, most of his special attacks allude to various fighting games such as Street Fighter.
** According to the movie, Joshtick has [[VideoGame/CallOfDutyBlackOps Lightweight Pro]] as a perk.
** Stickirby in ability and name is one to Franchise/{{Kirby}}.
* SpamAttack: The combo Joshtick-Sthomas combo "Spamikaze" utilizes this.
** Stickyle in the first game, who would shoot a wall of fireballs across the screen at a consistent rate.
* SummonMagic: In the game, Stick Matt can summon dragon spirits, and Stick James can summon all inactive fighters to attack.
* SuperMode: Stick Michael's Ultra Attack has him armor up into Gildedguy, and he keeps the form for the remainder of the level he's in.
* SuperSentaiStance: All the Slush Fighters gang up on Big Blue at the end of the movie taking various poses, though Thomas has a signature one that often shows up elsewhere.
* SuperSpeed: Many Slush Fighters are pretty fast, but Sthomas stands out, with his ability to jump in quick being pretty useful.
** Also Stick Brian, who darts around and extends the others' combos.
* SupportingLeader: Stick James, due to him being the first one to [[spoiler:set off the alarm during the invasion]]. He can also summon all of the inactive Slush Fighters you have in your roster during a level in the Slush Fighters Game.
* ThinkingUpPortals: Stick Sean can use this to get himself or another fighter to attack quickly and/or get past enemy defenses. His Ultra Attack even has him use it to skip part of the level.
* WriteWhoYouKnow: Each and every Slush Fighter is loosely based off of someone Gildedguy knew in college.
