!! Tropes:

* AnchoredShip: Chandel didn't want to hook up with Drapion for a while, because she thought he was like the other models from previous Seasons. Subverted when they eventually hooked up in Episode 5.
* ArtEvolution: The human sprites have been improved by the 4th season of the show.
* BattleAura: During the Season 3 finale, Rapidash and Manectric acquired these of their respective types during the last stretch of the battle. Same for the Season 4 finale with Chandel and Drapion after they both received their Final Smash at the same time.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Occurs numerous times in the series. At the beginning of Season 3, Episode 5, Rampardos mentions that one of the rooms he was in, looked like it was made in Paint.
* TheCameo: Kyogre appears in the first episode of Season 1.
* CannotSpitItOut:
** Chandy Chandelure in Season 4. After kissing Metagross in Episode 5, Phantump and Poochyena used this to blackmail Chandy into doing whatever they said, even though this could have easily been resolved.
* CerebusSyndrome: Seasons 3 and 4 took on a darker tone compared to the first two seasons.
* ContinuityCameo:
** Kyogre and any other ''Pokémon Legends'' character that has appeared as a cameo.
** Manaphy from ''Pokémon Legends'' is a co-host in place of Haxorus for Season 3.
** Heatran from ''Pokémon Legends'' appears in Season 4, Episode 13.
* ContinuityNod: Season 4 has them returning to Stick Figure Island (the island from Season 1).
* DaydreamSurprise: At the beginning of "The Mega Mecha Challenge", Nidoking has a daydream where he made out with Tropius, but it cuts to him kissing a Pillow.
* FanService:
** 'Hang 10 Final 10' has the Final 10 in Swimsuits for the challenge.
** Electivire, Drapion, Flareon and a few other male contestants have revealing clothing while in their human sprites.
* HeelFaceTurn: Tropius. She goes from a JerkAss in Season 1 to something of a hero, starting at Season 2, Episode 12, courtesy of Beautifly.
* MrFanservice: Any of the male models (Electivire, Noivern, Drapion), Flareon, Manectric, Volcarona, Jolteon and many other male characters, especially when they're in their human sprites. TAXC himself has stated that this was intentional in order to mock anime/manga who've utilized fan service for the opposite sex blatantly.
* TheSweatDrop: In most openings, it is used to express dismay.
