Viewers brushed it off because ObjectShows tend to change character designs without warning but it was made clear that any new designs in CFMOT were a result of Kratcy transforming their bodies which Lightbolb didn't take part in. [[spoiler:As revealed in "Look Who's Back!!", she was infected by a red tumour which slowly made her psychopathic and on the verge of death.]]
