->''"So hear me out. I watch these guys called Creator/TeamFourStar that have these cool 'Vs.' videos that they used to do. So I figured, what if we do [[FollowTheLeader something similar to that]]... [[StylisticSuck but worse?]] But not something too bad. Just, like, [[CringeComedy kind of cringe]] -- but the [[RefugeInAudacity good kind of cringe]]. You look down, [[RagingStiffie you notice you're aroused]], you question why you want more. We take that, throw in a perfect amount of unnecessary shit, music, [[{{Fanservice}} fanservice]], and ''mwah'' -- plot."''
-->-- '''Kermit the Frog''', [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g74ZsCPQ1Hw explaining]] the premise of the [=DevilArtemis=] Universe to '''Perfect Cell'''

[[https://www.youtube.com/user/DevilArtemis/ DevilArtemis]] is a content creator who specializes in skits involving [[Anime/DragonBallZ Perfect Cell]] going up against a variety of different characters, taking over the popular concept by Creator/TeamFourStar during Season 3 of ''WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged'', but putting a new spin on it. He's also the current animator and voice actor for TFS's ''WebAnimation/{{HFIL}}'' series and serves a collaborator for recent ''WebAnimation/SXR123'' videos.
----
!!The following tropes have appeared here.
* AdaptationalBadass:
** [[Franchise/TheMuppets Kermit the Frog]] goes from a regular Muppet to someone who could even go Super Froggy Blue and Ultra Instinct at random points in this series. His current super mode is an ultra buff version.
*** The League of Memes arc reveals he's also a [[Franchise/KingdomHearts Keyblade user]], complete with his duel with Miss Piggy taking place in Kermit's own Dive to the Heart.
** Even applies to Perfect Cell compared to canon as he goes toe to toe with stronger foes than possible in canon and achieves the Ultra Instinct or get the fan-popular golden form. Other videos have shown him with a stand and another suggests he's made from the DNA of all ''shounen'' protagonists.
** Shallot got this treatment as in his first appearance, he revealed Super Sayian, Super Sayian God, Super Sayian Blue, Kaioken. And later appearances had him going Ultra Instinct and Super Sayian 4. His debut in the series was made around the time he got the basic Super Saiyan form.
** Joe Swanson is a Stand User and specifically uses Silver Chariot
** Shrek is now a former SealedEvilInACan, and serves as TheDreaded to nearly everyone.
** Miss Piggy is now a skilled swordswoman, and can also use [[Anime/{{Bleach}} Bankai.]]
** The Penguins Of Madagascar, thanks to an offscreen anime training arc, are a lot more stronger. We've yet to see what Skipper and Kowalski can do, but from what is gathered Rico can hork up ''a Gundam'' and fire lasers from his mouth, while Private achieved Super Penguin [[spoiler:and is revealed to be capable of [[Anime/AttackOnTitan Titan-Shifting!]]]]
** [[WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy Plank]], an ordinary plank of wood in his source material, has a superpowered form capable of kicking Cell's ass and can pilot a fighter jet.
** Mr. Satans formerly imaginary Super Saiyan form is now ''real'' in the [=DAU=]. [[SubvertedTrope It's still not enough to beat Kermit, who somehow blocks the attack with one finger.]]
* AdaptationalJerkass:
** Kermit's also more of an asshole than the usual NiceGuy he is. He's best friends with a murderous Bio-android, and even the android comes off as a nicer guy rather often.
** Mario in a number of appearances has come off as a quite massive dick, with the most recent occasion (thrashing Cell's couch, tv, and a few other things) sparks Cell to return the favor with the Mushroom Kingdom.
* AdaptationalNiceGuy:
** Cell is notably not as evil as his canon counterpart. While still a villain from time to time, he's shown to have his own standards and a genuine friendship with several characters.
** With the Dragon Ball Super Friends, this applies to Goku Black and Freeza to some degree who are content to hang around the house when in canon, their ambitions had very high death tolls.
* AdaptationalVillainy:
** Master Roshi was a DirtyOldMan, but he was no serial killer who buried his victims around his house. He has gone from this to a ShellShockedVeteran of the "Coochie Wars".
** [[WesternAnimation/{{Shrek}} Shrek]] is an ancient evil that was sealed away for a long time. When it breaks, he vows to destroy the world in revenge for his swamp being destroyed in the Coochie Wars.
** [[Franchise/ScoobyDoo Shaggy]] is a megalomaniac who killed off the rest of Mystery Incorporated in a quest for ultimate power. [[spoiler:Though the latter is revealed to have been an accident and Shaggy's villainy is more a case of WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity.]]
** At one point, [[WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfJimmyNeutronBoyGenius Hugh Neutron]] made an appearance as a malicious eldritch being.
* AdaptationalWimp: PlayedForLaughs. In canon, Cell and Vegeta would wipe the floor with various characters that these shorts would depict them as the victims of.
* AffectionateNickname:
** Cooler is regularly addressed as "Pump Daddy C".
** Broly is addressed as "Billy".
** In one video, Kermit addresses Frieza as "Frank".
* AlmightyJanitor: Shallot somehow ends up in prison. The average power level in the series is very far beyond any average human law enforcement could reach and Cell confirms him to be one of the strongest fighters in the DAU. Compared to anything else, the police somehow capturing Shallot would definitely count for this trope. Not to mention Kermit states it was because he committed tax evasion.
* AndNowForSomeoneCompletelyDifferent: [=DevilArtemis=] has made a few videos more relating to Anime/{{Naruto}}, mostly focusing on the misadventures of Rock Lee and Neji rather than Cell and Kermit.
* AmbiguouslyGay: Zarbon.
** BlackComedyRape: Inflicts this on Cell a couple of times and a Pikachu once.
** CampGay: Considering all the times he's made a pass at Cell, Frieza, or mentioned wanting dicks, it's safe to say we can skip the "ambiguous" part.
* AllJustADream: In the "Perfect Cell Vs Zarbon", the whole event was revealed to have been a dream by Perfect Cell.
** The first encounter with Ugandan Knuckles was said to be this.
* ArtEvolution: The videos started off as still images from the anime(and other sources) before evolving to SFM, and then branching off to Blender. Super Friends went on a similar evolution, starting off being animated with SFM, the later parts of Season 2 being animated with [=MikuMikuDance=], and the upcoming third season is to be animated with Blender. The increase in art quality is lampshaded in-universe as a "budget increase."
* ArtifactTitle: Despite the presence of "vs" in the title of the videos, there's rarely actual fighting involved. In fact, the videos were meant to be based on Creator/TeamFourStar's videos where Cell faced off against various characters while waiting for the Cell Games to happen. Eventually, Cell states that the Cell Games have been cancelled.
** Lampshaded by Shallot in the Fall Guys video, followed by Cell stating the reason why he barely does this anymore is that he could just blow up most of his opponents in the span of thirty seconds.
** Also lampshaded in "How Pefect Cell Met Kermit", in which Cell stipulates that he doesn't fight his opponents in his videos with Kermit unless he wants to.
* AssPull: [[InvokedTrope Invoked]] regularly with the phrase "some bullshit", whenever a character reveals some sort of arbitrary advantage which allows them to overpower another character (usually Cell).
* AssShove: Perfect Cell suffers one in his "fight" with Kale (with a pipe).
** He suffers another one from GT Kid Goku ("DRAGON FIST!") in "Perfect Cell Vs GT Goku", which leaves him in a wheelchair.
** He gets hit by one once again this time by Kakashi with his Jutsu "One Thousand Years of Death".
* BarrierMaiden: Shallot's shark suit held reality together for a while until Shallot replaced it with [[spoiler:the Farmer.]]
* BadassBoast: [[spoiler:Slick Gogeta]] gives one out to Shrek, doubling down as a MythologyGag [[spoiler:to two of the original Gogeta's boasts.]]
-->[[spoiler:'''Slick Gogeta:''' I am neither Slick Goku nor Vegeta, I am SLICK Gogeta! I am the one who's going to FUCK YOU UP!]]
** Shallot also gets on in The League of Memes arc during his BigDamnHeroes moment against Wigglytuff.
-->'''Shallot:''' Here's something you probably don't know about Saiyans, we get stronger everytime we get our asses kicked. So my zenkai boost, ''is off the fucking charts.''\
'''Wigglytuff:''' [[DefiantToTheEnd Do you see me sweatin', boy?]]\
'''Shallot:''' Not yet, but you will be. And for the record? [[MyNameIsInigoMontoya My name is]] [[TookALevelInBadass Shallot.]]
** Also, nearly everything that comes out of Escanors mouth. Special mention goes to this one:
-->'''Escanor:''' You claim to be 'The Perfect Being.'\
'''Cell:''' (regenerating a lopped off arm) Brilliance at its best.\
'''Escanor:''' ''Who decided that?'' (charges up a Cruel Sun)
* BerserkButton: Ugandan Knuckles is perhaps the thing Cell most hated for a long while, but these days his reaction varies. This is in part due to the two sometimes [[EnemyMine being on the same side]].
** Cell is also often angered by unsolicited visits to, or destruction of, the Cell Games arena. Also when other characters crash on his property without paying rent.
** Gohan (teen or adult), on the other hand, remains the focus of Cell's hate, despite the Cell Games (and thus Cell's canonical death) not happening in this continuity.
** Kermit's is being called a ''Series/SesameStreet'' character.
** Giblet doesn't like being called "Gibby".
* BigDamnHeroes: The Super Friends are saved by a combined effort of Frieza, Cooler, and the Frieza Force in the final battle against Mickey Mouse.
* BlackComedyRape: Cell was unfortunate enough to face [[WesternAnimation/TheBoondocks Fleece Johnson, aka The Booty Warrior]] who just happened to be looking for "The Perfect Being with The Perfect Ass".
** Zarbon engages in this more than once, with his victims including Cell, Goku, and Dr. Gero.
* BobRossRib: "The Perfect TV Show" has Rex buy a television station and host a painting show in the style of Creator/BobRoss in order to (what else) challenge Cell to fight him.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Cell and Kermit are fully aware that they are characters in a series of [=YouTube=] videos and make repeated references to pleasing the fans either by releasing new content, abusing Shallot (who is [[AudienceWhatAudience or isn't]] aware of the audience depending on the video) or showcasing "[[{{Fanservice}} great big booty bitches]]". Often the fans are addressed directly, and occasionally [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou are even "killed" by the characters]].
* {{Bookends}}: Downplayed, but the first of the League of Memes to die (not counting El Hermano), Metal-Elay, attempted to use a ranged attack before getting struck down by Shallot. The last member of the League of Memes to get killed is [[spoiler:Shaggy, who also tries to use a ranged attack but ends up getting struck and absorbed by All For One.]]
* ButHeSoundsHandsome: Cermit (while disguised as Kermit) is unable to resist indulging in this trope when confronted by the real Kermit, claiming that Cermit is better looking than him. This alone makes Cell very suspicious judging by his facial expression. Cermit saying he and Cell were friends with Broly ([[SpotTheThread not Billy as Kermit and Cell like to call him]]) seals the deal.
* ButtMonkey:
** Yamcha. Even when the Cell Games were going to happen, Cell laughed at the idea of fighting him. Years later, Yamcha still doesn't know the Cell Games were cancelled. Not even Ultra Instinct is enough to have him win against Perfect Cell in his base form.
** Gohan. While still stronger than Yamcha, more often than not his appearances end with him being made fun and/or falling victim to some kind of misfortune, albeit not with the same frequency as...
** Shallot. Poor dude can ''barely'' catch a break. Almost all of his appearances have him being killed, maimed, or demeaned in some way. Best shown in the "Among Us" trilogy of videos, the first one being already dead, the second being ejected despite the imposter being Cooler, and the third being thrown into lava by Kermit. [[spoiler:Turns out he exploited and thus subverted this. Since he's a Sayian, all those times getting beaten up have given him several powerful zenkai boosts, witch also explains how he obtained all forms of Super Saiyan up to Ultra Instinct.]]
** Frieza. Despite being the ruler of half the galaxy, he constantly finds himself in the shadow of his universally popular brother Cooler, and often ends up in a humiliating position with Cell and the gang.
** Cell himself suffers from this quite often, as he is regularly beaten, humiliated, traumatized and even raped. Moreso since he is defeated by characters who logically shouldn't be able to harm him.
** Jigglypuff, in his path to evolving to Wigglytuff, is repeatedly pummeled by a baseball bat, shot, blown up, and smacked around because of Kermit's "training," not knowing that Jigglypuff evolves from using a Moon Stone and not from regular training.
* TheCameo: [[Creator/TeamFourStar Curtis "Takahata101" Arnott]] as [[spoiler:Nappa]] in "Gogeta vs. Shrek".
* CatsHaveNineLives: Explicitly stated as the reason Puss In Boots reappears after Cell murders him in a previous episode. Cell responds to this by [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill shooting Puss eight more times.]]
* CharacterCatchphrase: Plenty:
** Perfect Cell: "Ah ha ha!"
** Kermit: "Do it, pussy! No balls!"
** Shallot: "Ha ha, I'm a(n) [X]!"
** Rex: "Fight me!"
** Zarbon: "''Oooooooh ho...!'''"
** Ugandan Knuckles: "Do you know the way?"
*** "Ebola!"
*** *''click''*
** All For One: Referring to his "evil, devastating, unforgivable plan!"
** Shaggy: "Like, [statement] dude (or man)!"
** Wigglytuff/Jigglypuff: "I can't feel my fuckin' legs!"
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Cell initially acted as his original series' counterpart's [[OnlySaneByComparison confident mass-murdering smug self]] and to a lesser extent the Team-Four-Star Vs. Battle version, that was trying to keep his composure constantly exasperated by the increasingly inane acts of his opponents. It wouldn't be till later that he would act more in line with his more affable characterization that reluctantly embraces the oddness defined in the [=DevilArtemis=] Universe.
* CessationOfExistence: [[spoiler:Kermit temporally thanks to the Farmer. Though for the Muppet, he's appeared in the real world. It takes two months to bring him back.]]
* DisappointedInYou: Dr. Gero regards Cell as such a disappointment because he's been more interested in skits than destroying Goku.
* DistaffCounterpart: Cellette, a female version of Cell who after her debut appearance is shown to be rather mellow and more tolerant of Kermit's antics.
* DistractedByTheSexy: Cell ''and'' Mario after Bowser transforms into Bowsette.
* DwindlingParty: The eventual fate of the League of Memes in their arc. By the finale, [[spoiler:El Hermano, Metal-Elay, Wigglytuff, Shrek, Miss Piggy, Shaggy and All For One either dead or incapacitated. Android 21 and [[WhamShot Shallot's newly mechanized shark suit]] are all that remain.]]
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness:
** In contrast to how Cell is largely restrained in talking about his flings these days, early on he had a fling with Chi-Chi which Goku was very upset about. That has only come up since then in series of different videos by [=DevilArtemis=], done in large part to mess with Gohan. And later videos have him back to being buddies with Goku.
** In his first appearance, Mario's Italian accent was revealed to be fake at the end. This is no longer the case for any of Mario's appearances following this.
** From a visual standpoint, it utilized traditional animation clips for the first few episodes before gradually shifting to the [=CGI=] style that would define its identity.
* EvenTheGuysWantHim: ''Cooler'', aka Pump Daddy C. Both Cell and Kermit fawn over him whenever he shows up, and he even won the title of Thiccest in the Universe, which was judged by Cell, Pika Juan and Zarbon.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Even Cell felt Kermit went too far when he used the [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar Infinity Gauntlet]] to wipe out half the universe.
** He was also aghast about Kermit wanting to gun down all the baby Yoshis.
** When [[{{Franchise/My Hero Academia}} All For One]] attempted to recruit Cell to replace all the clean drinking water in the world with gamer girl bath water, Cell’s immediate response was to set him on fire. In fact, this is the basic setup for all of the "Perfect Cell Vs. All For One" videos.
-->'''Perfect Cell:''' We have standards, godammit.
** Just before that, Kermit thought that All For One’s plan was going to be to “ban anime titties.” [[EvenEvilHasStandards All For One’s response was to clarify his plan was evil, not insane.]]
* EvilTwin:
** Inverted with Cermit (Kermit with a C and a mustache) that while he wants to kill the original, has generally been less dickish and has helped Cell on a couple of occasions. But as far as Kermit's concerned, he's very much the trope.
** Played more straight with Giblet, Shallot's twin brother from ''VideoGame/DragonBallLegends'', though he's portrayed as more pathetic than evil.
* ExplainExplainOhCrap: Perfect Cell tries not to panic when the Farmer appears with a shotgun, until Kermit states that by the rules of the [=DevilArtemis=] universe, the weapon could erase you from existence.
-->'''Perfect Cell:''' Okay, now we worry.
* FusionDance: Present in Gogeta Vs. Shrek; aside from the obvious Gogeta but [[spoiler:this time with Slick Goku's power level and shades,]] and Cellmit makes a reappearance to stall Shrek.
** Shallot and Ugandan Knuckles are also capable of fusing to create, as Cell puts it, a "god-forsaken fanfiction fusion" known as Shackles.
** At the end of the League of Memes arc, [[spoiler:Shallet is created to combat the recently fused-with-Shaggy All For One.]]
* GroinAttack: Happens a number of times, with one key example being Jotaro's way of beating Cell.
* HypocriticalHumor: Perfect Cell mocks King Vegeta for naming both the planet and his son after himself. Gohan and King Vegeta retort that Perfect Cell himself named both the tournament and his children after himself.
* InsaneTrollLogic: "Perfect Cell Vs [=SSJ4=] Goku" has Ichigo calling Perfect Cell gay for refusing the offer of sucking his dick. Perfect Cell promptly calls him out of this.
* InLoveWithYourCarnage: Broly (Z version) ends up greatly overjoyed upon seeing a Berserk Kale smack Cell around.
* KarmaHoudiniWarranty: Kermit shot down Isabelle back in "Cell vs Bugs Bunny". In "Cell vs Doomslayer", the Doomguy appears just to beat the shit out of Kermit.
* MultipleEndings: [=DevilArtemis=] is fond of posting videos with these. Examples include:
** "Shallot's Revenge": Kermit gives the viewer the choice to either kick Shallot's ass or spare him. [[spoiler:Both endings have Shallot drawing a gun and [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou killing the viewer]].]]
** "Five Nights at Shallot's": Shallot is woken up in his bedroom by noise. [[spoiler:Checking the closet ends with Shallot getting shot by Master Roshi.]] [[spoiler:Turning left ends with Shallot being attacked (and likely killed) by [[Franchise/TheSlenderManMythos The Slender Man]].]] [[spoiler:Going to the bathroom ends with Shallot turning Super Saiyan while taking a massive shit.]] [[spoiler:Finally, the secret ending is an AntiClimax that has Shallot seeing Kermit talk to a wall, then stumbling across [[Manga/{{Beastars}} Legoshi]] kidnapping his pet rabbit.]]
** "Super Kermit vs. Giblet": After he is defeated by Super Kermit, the viewer can either "spare" Giblet by [[spoiler:letting Zarbon attack him]] or "destroy" him by [[spoiler:forcing him to watch ''Film/DragonballEvolution'']].
** "Kermit's Jedi Training": When Kermit and Yoda are confronted by Stormtroopers, the viewer can either attack the Stormtroopers ([[spoiler:with Yoda using his lightsaber and the Force to dispatch them]]) or surrender to them ([[spoiler:with Kermit, Yoda, ''and'' the Stormtroopers [[WhatTheHellPlayer insulting the viewer for apparently wimping out]] before making the viewer choose the first option]]).
** "A Day at Kame House": Searching for a Dragon Ball near Roshi's outdoor table ends with [[spoiler:Shallot getting blown up by a Saibaman]]. Searching the interior of Kame House leads to either visiting Roshi's forbidden second floor ([[spoiler:death by Roshi's hot dog]]) or having a drink ([[spoiler:being serenaded by [[VideoGame/LikeADragon Kazuma Kiryu]]]]). Searching behind Kame House finds Cell, Kermit, Roshi, Shallot and Music/SnoopDogg having a party; taking a hit from Snoop's joint leads to [[spoiler:a dance routine from Snoop]] while refusing it leads to [[spoiler:Kermit [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou killing the viewer with his spit]]]].
* NoBudget: In-Universe example. In order to keep making videos, Kermit usually has to find ways to keep him and Cell from running out of money by using a lower budget for many of their activities which leads to hilarious antics. [[spoiler:One notable example would be when they ran out of budget for the League of Memes Movie near the end before the fight against the monstrous All For One and Shallet ends which leads to an AntiClimaxBoss where Shallet just kills All For One with a slap when Kermit describes the scene to Cell, leading to Cell bringing back Super Friends at the end.]]
* NoFourthWall: To the extreme. Most episodes revolve around Kermit and Cell trying to come up with episode concepts that will keep the channel running while steering clear of [=YouTube=] demonetization, with token attempts to maintain some level of creative dignity. Characters are aware of camera movements, vie for "screen time" and "main character status", discuss their popularity with the audience, appeal to [=DevilArtemis=] himself, and even ''weaponize the show's budget or lack thereof'', up to and including a gun that reduces the production quality of whatever it hits.
* NoodleIncident: The Great Coochie Wars served as one for a lot of time, little being known of it other than Roshi being a heavy part of it, Jesus being there for some reason, and the destruction of Shreks swamp. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tj1t0hUKDM This video]] has given us a glimpse of the Coochie War's aftermath and the impact it left on Roshi.
* OddFriendship: An evil biological android being best friends with one of the Muppets? Not a friendship one would imagine.
* OnlySaneMan: Cell finds himself in this role rather often with how both visitors and friends alike tend to act. Sometimes he ends up being an AudienceSurrogate in the process.
* OtherMeAnnoysMe: DBZ Broly and Super Broly don't seem to like each other.
* OutOfJobIntoThePlot: "How Perfect Cell Met Kermit" establishes that Cell agreed to make videos with Kermit because he was struggling to get by without his character being utilized in recent ''Dragon Ball'' media.
* OverlyLongName: Pika Juan's full name is Juan Carlos Santiago Dominguez Hernandez de la Santa Cruz.
* PaedoHunt: During "Kermit: Love X Love", Captian Falcon tries to make moves on Camie Utusushimi... until she pulls out a card that states she's a 17-year old student, after which, the police go after him.
* PayEvilUntoEvil: Parodied in "Another Hot Tub Episode"; Cell and [[VideoGame/ResidentEvil Wesker]] burn down an evil spa [[DisproportionateRetribution because it had no free refills.]]
* RageAgainstTheAuthor: InUniverse: Cell's reaction upon being informed by Creator/AkiraToriyama (represented by his ''Manga/DoctorSlump'' avatar) that the [[Anime/DragonBallSuperSuperHero new Dragon Ball movie]] will about Gohan is to burn down Toriyama's office.
* ReallyGetsAround: Android 21, who is said by the narration to have "legendary ways of being a thot". When asked who she slept with in the courtroom, just about everyone raised their hands.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech:
** Kermit is a master of these:
*** Delivers one to Cell in a "A Cold Epiphany", calling him out on how he has no right to be upset with Jr. training with Cooler when Cooler acts like a much better father to Jr. than Cell ever was.
--->'''Kermit:''' Cell, just save it. You may have given him life but you were never his father.
** Delivers another to Miss Piggy in the "League of Memes" arc, implying that her self-centered behavior is the reason why their relationship ended.
--->'''Kermit:''' So that's what this is about -- using ''my'' feelings as leverage to get what ''you'' want.
--->'''Miss Piggy:''' We'd be together again, Kermie.
--->'''Kermit:''' You're doing it again, Piggy. It's clear you haven't changed. That's a shame.
** Shallot delivers one [[spoiler:to the viewer in the form of a YouBastard, after [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou shooting them]] in each of the MultipleEndings of "Shallot's Revenge"]].
*** From the [[spoiler:"Destroy Shallot" ending]]:
--->'''Shallot:''' [[spoiler:Look at me, [[YouBastard you son of a bitch]]. ''Look at me!'' You think I wanted revenge against [Kermit and Cell]? Please. This was a trap for ''you''. They [[ButtMonkey do this every day]], but it's ''you'' who laughs at me. It's ''you'' who makes the Shallot comments, the ones that people upvote and laugh at for hours. But I'm done being laughed at. It's ''your'' fault. And now, [[TheDogBitesBack I finally get revenge]]. ''Goodbye''. [[PleaseSubscribeToOurChannel Also, like the video and please subscribe]].]]
*** From the [[spoiler:"Spare Shallot" ending]]:
--->'''Shallot:''' [[spoiler:You know, not gonna lie. You choosing to spare me? Wholesome. But don't pretend you didn't click the other video first. The best part about this is, I get to kill you twice.]]
* RuderAndCruder: [=DevilArtemis=] creates quite possibly the raunchiest pieces of ''Franchise/DragonBall'' media ever produced, containing many overt drug references and CampGay stereotypes.
* RunningGag: Anytime someone makes an innuendo, Zarbon can be heard making moaning noises in the background.
** "The Perfect Adventure" arc has some characters get baffled at the fact [[ARareSentence Kermit helping Ban find the Dragon Balls so he can get a pair of nipples]] is becoming an arc.
** Shallot wearing a shark suit. RunningGagged as revealed in the League of Memes arc, where he states he burned the outfit behind a dumpster.
** Sasukes actions tend to get blamed on his trauma.
* SadisticChoice: "Perfect Cell vs. The Omni King" has [[Characters/DragonBallZeno Zeno]] [[ApocalypseHow/ClassZ erase the entire DevilArtemis Universe from existence]] save for Cell himself and seemingly offers to bring it back only if Cell agrees to kill Kermit. [[spoiler:Subverted in that Zeno actually wants to kill ''Cermit'', not Kermit; Cell is then only too happy to oblige.]]
* SchmuckBait: Bugs Bunny tells Kermit that he can find "bitches" if he crawls into a cannon. Kermit hears female laughter coming from inside the cannon, so he climbs in. Guess what happens.
* SugarApocalypse: "Goku Black Vs Goofy" ends with Black and Zamasu razing Disney World and topping it off with Black killing Goofy with the Sickle of Sorrow.
* TakeThat: The videos mock ''Film/DragonballEvolution'' more than once, with Cell and Kermit torturing Giblet by subjecting him to a screening (which, according to Giblet in his next appearance, required "weeks of therapy"); the Penguins of Madagascar coercing Master Roshi into training them by threatening to show him a DVD of the sequel; and Mickey Mouse [[EvenEvilHasStandards slapping Goku]] when he suggests Disney produce a live-action reboot.
* TooKinkyToTorture: Getting pimp-slapped by Cell actually turns on Chi-Chi, to the point where she demands sex from him in response (and he accepts).
* TwinSwitch: [[spoiler:Cermit decides to take over his twin Kermit's place. It works, fooling Cell into blasting Kermit while Cermit walks away with Kermit's life. It lasts until Kermit comes back and Cermit outs himself before getting the shit kicked out of him by Super Buff Kermit.]]
* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: Cell and Kermit have done every horrible thing in the book and then some. And it’s all hilarious.
* UnwittingPawn: The League of Memes were implied to be [[spoiler:an entire team of them, as All For One's plan involved absorbing their power in order to destroy the [=DAU=]. Firstly, El Hermano gets absorbed after he unlocks Shaggy's true potential, and All For One seemingly absorbed the rest of the League's corpses (sans Miss Piggy) before finally absorbing Shaggy.]]
* VitriolicBestBuds: Cell and Kermit will jokingly trash talk and poke fun at each other, and sometimes put each other in physical danger for yuks, but they are still the best of friends.
* VisualPun: Joe Swanson uses Silver Chariot here. Makes sense, since, as he's paraplegic, he usually seen in a silver chariot (his wheelchair).
* VocalEvolution: The Dameon Clarke impression [=DevilArtemis=] has been doing for Cell since the start has been developed to the point where it is near identical to the real thing.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: A [[spoiler:mechanized shark suit]] is revealed during the penultimate episode of the League of Memes arc, but despite being heavily teased beforehand it plays no role in the arc's resolution.
* WhatKindOfLamePowerIsHeartAnyway: What [[Manga/MyHeroAcademia Shota Aizawa's quirk]] is reduced to. Since Cell and Kermit don't have a quirk or need one, Aizawa doesn't have any advantages. Even though his quirk did take effect, the only person effected was Roshi, whose quirk is that [[RagingStiffie he has a boner 24/7.]]
