The original ''Series/KamenRiderV3'', Shiro Kazami, followed whatever caused the change (like Spock Prime) and took on the name Tobei Tachibana who gives the younger Hongo the Cyclone, explaining why he's portrayed by Hiroshi Miyauchi now. |
