''Tower Bloxx'' is a video game by Digital Chocolate for MediaNotes/AdobeFlash and mobile phones running MediaNotes/{{Java}} released in 2005. An expanded version called ''Tower Bloxx Deluxe'' was released for computers running Windows and Platform/XboxLiveArcade in 2009. The game centers around city management. You select the tower you want to build (most of them require low-level towers neighboring them), then click on time to make the crane drop blocks and build the tower. As the city expands, more people populate it, unlocking new towers and the ability to place special roofs that bring in even more population if you do well enough.

!!This game provides examples of:
* AbsurdlyHighLevelCap: The highest reachable city level is 20, at 19000 citizens. This doesn't sound too bad, but it gets really hard to raise population after reaching level 16 at 9500 citizens, the highest local score being 10000, and the world record being 43628 by Dr. Kaushik Sengupta.
* AsymmetricMultiplayer: Co-op mode in ''Tower Bloxx Deluxe'' has one player stack blocks and the other player prod low blocks to make the tower less shaky.
* ColorCodedForYourConvenience: Every tower type has a color associated with it - blue, red, green, and yellow.
* DifficultyByAcceleration: Taller towers have a tendency to swing blocks faster.
* DoubleX: ''Bloxx'' instead of ''Blocks'' to make it sound cooler.
* EndlessGame: Quick Play, which tasks you with building the highest tower possible and trying to have as many people as possible in it.
* HitPoints: You have three chances. You lose one every time a block doesn't fall properly.
* LosingHorns: The stereotypical "wah wah waaah" place when you miss too many blocks.
* ParasolParachute: People who enter the building do so by floating with a parasol to it.
* ScoreMultiplier: When a block is placed perfectly, the combo multiplier goes up by 1. This affects the number of residents (which effectively function as points) added with every new block, which lasts as long as the meter is active.
* {{Starscraper}}: It's possible to build a tower with more than a hundred floors which is likely to reach space. The main game only requires forty-floor buildings, though.
