After every last one has been collected, the ending screen shows the main character cradling the blobs in his arms, a demented grin on his face.]]

He casually compares the color red to blood, mentions several times that he cannot remember his time before the island, goes off on weird tangents and [[spoiler: reacts very violently to things that annoy him, like the broken radio.]]
