''Looters of Dystopia: The Weakest Go to the Wall'' is an HGame RolePlayingGame created with UsefulNotes/RPGMaker, and developed by Creator/{{OneOne1}}.

In the oppressive [[TheEmpire Omega Empire]] ruled by [[BigBad Emperor Duke]], Hatsuki tries to survive as an assassin for Psi, the resistance movement led by Edgar, while also pursuing a relationship with the kindhearted local doctor Bruno. Unfortunately for her, Bruno is opposed to violence, and thus she leads a double life. When Bruno accepts an offer to study in the Metti Kingdom, Hatsuki's sense of stability falls away, leading to a number of potential futures depending on the player's actions.

A censored version of the game was published by Creator/SakuraGame and released on Platform/{{Steam}}, under the title ''Killing Time'' ([[SimilarlyNamedWorks not to be confused]] with the [[VideoGame/KillingTime horror-themed FPS]] by Studio 3DO from 1995); however, this version was delisted in 2022. Another publisher, Shiravune (the people behind the Steam releases of ''VisualNovel/MarcoAndTheGalaxyDragon'' and the ''VideoGame/{{Utawarerumono}}'' series), worked on a new version more accurate to the Japanese original, released internationally through Steam on August 24, 2023 under the title ''Marauder of Dystopia: The weakest go to the wall''.

!!This game includes examples of:
* BlindIdiotTranslation: In the (now-retired) Creator/SakuraGame version, in addition to translating "Psi" as "Sigma" and "Chloe" as "Coroey", bits of text such as the description of Hatsuki's equipped outfit were not even translated into English.
* CantBatheWithoutAWeapon: Hatsuki's sprite still has her sword even when she's bathing.
* DefiledForever: At the start of the game, Hatsuki feels that she is unworthy of Bruno because of her history as an assassin. [[spoiler:If Hatsuki loses her virginity to anyone except Bruno, she loses any hope of a happy ending for herself. Even if she kills the Emperor and all four of the Wild Trumps, she ends up as a drug-addicted prostitute.]]
* DepravedBisexual: Tina runs the Empire's most elite brothel. According to one of the girls working there, she regularly forces prostitutes to service her, and her dialogue with Hatsuki makes it clear that she wants to do things to her.
* DespairEventHorizon: [[spoiler:On any of the non-virgin paths, Psi's hideout is raided and most of Hatsuki's peers end up dead, and thus Hatsuki herself falls into a deep, self-destructive depression.]]
* ElaborateUndergroundBase: Psi has a multi-floored base underneath a church, complete with telecommunications, an armory, and a general store.
* EliteFour: Emperor Duke has the Wild Trumps - Jack, Tina, Goeb, and Dan.
* EyesOutOfSight: Bruno, one of the few characters with their own portrait, has a dark shadow covering his eyes despite his hair not seeming to be all that long.
* TheEmpire: The Omega Empire rules the land of Omega with an iron fist.
* FaceHeelTurn: On the "Empire" path, Hatsuki is blackmailed into working for the Empire under threat of Bruno's death.
* AFatherToHisMen: Edgar serves as a substitute father figure to Hatsuki.
* FullCircleRevolution: [[spoiler:If Hatsuki kills Emperor Duke without remaining a virgin, the Omega Empire ends up being conquered by neighboring countries who decide to simply ''rebuild'' the existing apparatus for their own use.]]
* {{Hihiirokane}}: Hatsuki's sword Rougetsu and Edgar's sword Shura are both stated to be made from Hihi'irokane, which the game translates as "scarlet gold".
* HoneyTrap: One of Psi's top agents, Chloe, specializes in sleeping with targets, either to blackmail them or to assassinate them. If Hatsuki loses her virginity during the course of the game, Chloe trains her as a honey trap. [[spoiler:Of course, if that happens, Chloe herself ends up being killed.]]
* IHaveYourWife: On the "Empire" path, the Empire manages to get one of their operatives near Bruno, and thus they blackmail Hatsuki into working for them.
* ImprobableInfantSurvival: One of Hatsuki's first meetings with Bruno involved them saving a young girl that was the victim of an Empire carriage hit-and-run.
* JackTheRipoff: The Act 1 Boss is Jack the Reaper, a member of TheEmpire's "[[EliteFour Wild Trumps]]" that is also a serial killer of women.
* KickTheDog: The Empire Street mission on the "Empire" path is one long-ass dog-kicking session, as Goeb forces Hatsuki to publicly humiliate herself in exchange for getting to see Bruno again.
* LaResistance: Psi, a group attempting to overthrow TheEmpire through assassinations, espionage, and other secret missions.
* TheMole: Early into the game, there's a rumor of one within LaResistance, explaining how Hatsuki's gained a reputation despite her job involving stealth and not leaving behind witnesses. [[spoiler:Adolf has been feeding intelligence about Psi to the Omega Empire, compromising several of Hatsuki's missions.]]
* MultipleEndings: There are multiple different routes and conclusions dependent on if, when, and how much Hatsuki indulges in lewd activities.
* NamedWeapons: Hatsuki's katana is named the "Demon Blade Rougetsu".
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Hatsuki's nickname is "[[RedBaron The Black Death]]", and at the start of the game, she's one of the most feared assassins in Omega.
* SelfCensoredRelease: The (now-retired) ''Killing Time'' version published by Sakura Game had much of the more objectionable content stripped out or heavily censored.
* SchmuckBait: Jack the Reaper, upon being defeated, states that the empire forced him into evil work and asks Hatsuki to spare him. This is after a flashback in which Hatsuki was stabbed by someone that pulled the exact same trick, but the player can still choose to fall for it and get assaulted.
* TortureTechnician: Goeb serves as Emperor Duke's head torturer.
* WeaknessTurnsHerOn: In the virgin route, Hatsuki is attracted to Bruno because he's kind and gentle. [[spoiler:Subverted in any of the non-virgin endings, all of which feature Hatsuki berating Bruno for being such a wimp.]]
