* ActingForTwo:
** Any "Congrats!" video featuring "Bill and John".
** The Carolina Hurricanes segment from "The Haters Guide to the 2018/19 NHL Season: Eastern Conference Edition" has [=NormalVoice=]!Tree trying to comfort Hurricanes Man as the latter weeps in the background after being fired from the team. When Hurricanes Man gets rehired in "The Haters Guide to the 2018/19 NHL Eastern Conference: All-Star Edition", [=NormalVoice=]!UT interrupts his hype speel with a reality check about Carolina's ongoing goaltending issues, their regrets over trading Jeff Skinner to the Sabres and Jordan Staal being sidelined repeatedly by injuries.
** "The Vancouver Canucks: Professional Hockey's Lolcow" sees him doing five different voices, among them general manager Jim Benning and an executive identified as "John" (likely assistant GM John Wiesbrod), when using [[https://benningonempty.tumblr.com/image/144305988567 a strip]] from the webcomic ''[[https://benningonempty.tumblr.com Benning on Empty]]'' to demonstrate how out of touch with reality Benning's regime has become.
* CreatorBacklash: UT regrets making any video under the name of Fat Mann Judgeth.
* InMemoriam: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFVRTvBGn2I "This Week in Sportsball: NFL Week Seventeen Edition (2022)"]] was especially hard on Tree. Not only was the NFL world dealing with the grave illness of Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin--who collapsed from cardiac arrest and nearly died during the Bills-Bengals game that Monday night--but a close friend of Tree's, former NFL player Uche Nwaneri, had died on that previous Friday. Tree dedicated the episode to Uche's memory, saying he would have wanted it to go forward. The final part of the episode is Tree giving a tearful farewell to his friend, ending with "Goodbye, brother".
* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: The original channel closed down, taking almost all the videos with it. When he reopened his channel, his fans made the smart move to archive his videos. [[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDCDA71B57FFB5937 This youtube channel]] is currently keeping said videos for public viewing.
* TheMerch: Mentioned the possibility in "State of the Tree: 2017 Edition". [[https://teespring.com/stores/the-fking-merch-store Finally launched in March 2019]].
* MissingEpisode:
** A lot of his videos he made using ''VideoGame/TheMovies''. Unsurprisingly, only a couple of his video game reviews are missing.
** "[=UConn(ed)=]", a short captions-only video he made looking at the collapse of the University of Connecticut's sports program, with a particular focus on their football program, became the first of his sports videos to go missing. It's believed to have been a music rights issue, as the song used was Music/{{MGMT}}'s "Little Dark Age"; the relevant album was their last under Creator/ColumbiaRecords, whose [[Creator/SonyMusic parent company]] is [[DigitalPiracyIsEvil notorious for pursuing copyright claims]] on any unlicensed use of their music.[[note]]UsefulNotes/{{NASCAR}} [=YouTuber=] [=S1apSh0es=] encountered the same issue with his use of the song in a short Fancam-style video for Mark Martin[[/note]]
* ScrewedByTheNetwork: The original upload of "This Week In Sportsball: NFL Week One Edition (2020)" was quietly (if temporarily) taken down by [=YouTube=] for "inappropriate content". It's unknown what the offending material was, as the site not only refused to specify what they took issue with, they failed to notify UT about the matter (while he was on a break, no less). He didn't even have the option of submitting an appeal. The upload has since been restored, and speculation was that the takedown was a mistake by one of [=YouTube’s=] automated systems.
