1* GameMod: ''Skylines'' features an extremely robust modding toolkit, and combining that with the game being made in the Unity engine, and modders can create just about anything.

3** One of the in-game radio stations plays music from other Paradox titles, including ''VideoGame/EuropaUniversalis IV'' and ''VideoGame/CrusaderKings II''.

Only after seeing the controversies surrounding ''Sim City'' did they and Paradox decide to put it back into production.
