* ActingForTwo: Creator/DavidDastmalchian voices both Calendar Man and ComicBook/ThePenguin in Part Two.
* InMemoriam: Part One is dedicated to Creator/NayaRivera who died before the release.
* PosthumousCredit: For Creator/NayaRivera, who died in July 2020. She recorded for her lines in 2018.
* ProductionLeadTime: The two films begun production before ''WesternAnimation/SupermanManOfTomorrow'', but they were delayed to release after it. [[https://www.cinemablend.com/news/2569137/how-matt-reeves-the-batman-affected-the-long-halloweens-release-dc-butch-lukic According]] to producer Butch Lukic, this is because after production was almost completed on Part One, Warner Bros. higher-ups told him that Matt Reeves' ''Film/TheBatman2022'' was adapting ''The Long Halloween'', and therefore Lukic's movie had to be either released some time after Reeves's movie or not released at all. Production was allowed to resume after Lukic's superiors gave him an update that Reeves' film's plot had been changed and was no longer directly ''Long Halloween''-based. Incidentally, this explains why Reeves's version of ComicBook/TheRiddler is a mysterious serial killer: he was originally written to be Holiday!
* RoleReprise:
** Creator/TroyBaker, who voiced the young version of the ''Arkham'' Joker seen ''VideoGame/BatmanArkhamOrigins'' and ''VideoGame/BatmanArkhamOriginsBlackgate'', as well as the tie-in film ''WesternAnimation/BatmanAssaultOnArkham'', also reprising the role for ''WesternAnimation/BatmanUnlimitedMonsterMayhem'', ''WesternAnimation/BatmanUnlimitedMechsVsMutants'', and ''WesternAnimation/BatmanVsTheTeenageMutantNinjaTurtles'', returns to voice ComicBook/TheJoker in this film.
** Creator/FredTatasciore reprises his role from the ''VideoGame/BatmanArkhamSeries'' and the aforementioned ''WesternAnimation/BatmanUnlimitedMonsterMayhem'' as [[Characters/GreenLantern1941 Solomon Grundy]].
** Creator/AlastairDuncan reprises his role from ''WesternAnimation/TheBatman'' and the aforementioned ''Batman Unlimited'' films as Alfred.
* TimeShiftedActor: In the second film, a younger Bruce is played by Creator/ZachCallison instead of Creator/JensenAckles.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen:
** Adapting the comic to animation was always the number one thing that DC wanted to do, but Creator/BruceTimm had reasons for not doing it immediately and James Tucker was already doing another storyline that he felt borrowed from ''The Long Halloween''.
** Originally, only one movie was planned, and even further back than that, this was originally meant to be another ''Batman'' series for DC Access.
** The artstyle was also supposed to be more closer to the comic's, but due to limited time, Lukic had it share the artstyle in ''WesternAnimation/SupermanManOfTomorrow'' and ''WesternAnimation/JusticeSocietyWorldWarII'' before moving onto those films, seeing as Tim Sale's artstyle wouldn't fit them and that these films take place in a SharedUniverse. If ''The Long Halloween'' had been just one movie, he would've kept the original artstyle.
** The Riddler was originally in the film like in the comic, but was cut for time and production issues. He and ComicBook/{{Catwoman}} would've had shorts connected to the movie, but they were also scrapped.
** TheStinger was meant to be a SequelHook for ''WesternAnimation/JusticeSocietyWorldWarII'', but because the two films were released OutOfOrder, it is now meant for the next film in this SharedUniverse.
