Despite the team getting a PoorlyDisguisedPilot in the pages of ''ComicBook/TheIncredibleHulk'', editorial ultimately passed on the series (Angel and Namora were also unavailable between the ''X-Men'' books and Jeff Parker's ''Agents of Atlas''). On the bright side, the pitch wast then retooled as a Buddy Comedy starring Herc and Amadeus and the rest is history. |
