* ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolidPeaceWalker'' [[{{Fanservice}} furiously attempted to encourage this as much as possible]]. The first trailer alone depicted four Big Bosses, and at the end they got in a pink box (labelled "LOVE PACK") which jiggled suggestively, alerting a nearby guard. The second trailer involves soldierly HoYay {{C|leanPrettyReliable}}PR and masculine hand-holding and dialogue about always sticking together, between two Big Bosses. Not surprising, as [[EvenTheGuysWantHim even the guys want Big Boss]], and that includes Big Boss. The official website gave an innuendo-filled description of the Love Pack, saying "in the spirit of camaraderie, some may find it comfortable!". And also reveals that the characters giggle when taking items from each other, because it tickles. Big Boss is officially the gayest thing in an already incredibly homoerotic series, ''and for himself''. [[MindScrew We Think.]]
* ''VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}}'': Morrigan and Lilith are technically two fragments of the same soul. The game art depicts them embracing, naked. Also, it's ''not'' just the game art. In ''Darkstalkers/Red Earth: Maleficarum'' is a 2-page picture with Lilith once again embracing Morrigan while looking back at the reader with a knowing grin. (But they're wearing their [[{{Stripperific}} scanty costumes]] this time.)
* In ''VideoGame/BaldursGateIII'', it's revealed that the devil Raphael is so much of a {{narcissist}} that he has a pet [[SuccubiAndIncubi incubus]] magically disguised as himself ([[EveryoneIsBi and at times a female version of himself]]). [[spoiler:If you allow it to have its way with you and give it permission to add your body to its repertoire of guises, it'll turn into you at the last second during your encounter to mess with you.]]
* ''Franchise/FinalFantasy'':
** In ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII'', Cloud can visit a brothel. In one of the rooms he has one of his frequent psychotic episodes and hallucinates another him, crouched in pain by the hot tub. If you speak to the other Cloud, he berates the real Cloud for being in a place like this, and then leans in to kiss Cloud. The real Cloud passes out as their lips touch.
** And the Genesis Copies in ''VideoGame/CrisisCore''. [[spoiler:And if Angeal wasn't dead by the time, he and Lazard would have been candidates.]]
** In ''VideoGame/DissidiaFinalFantasy'', [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVI Kefka's]] MirrorMatch battle taunt resembles this trope (that or DistractedByMyOwnSexy):
--->'''Kefka:''' Who's ''that'' handsome devil?
* Played with in ''VideoGame/KingdomHearts358DaysOver2''. Roxas and Xion become quite close, and Xigbar even [[ShipperOnDeck gives Roxas dating advice to impress Xion.]] This quickly turns disturbing when it is revealed [[spoiler:Xion is a Sora clone. Oh, and she's been sucking the life out of Roxas the whole time, and she doesn't even know it.]] It gets even more ridiculous when you learn that Xigbar at some point sees Xion as [[spoiler:Ventus of ''Birth by Sleep''--and while not the same person as Roxas the two do look ''suspiciously alike'']].
* Mentioned in the [[Radio/GTARadio radio and newspaper sources]] in ''[[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIV Grand Theft Auto 4]]''. A scientist has cloned several copies of himself for sexual purposes. And one of his copies is [[NoYay underage]].
* When a Spy dominates an enemy Spy in ''VideoGame/TeamFortress2'', he will frequently say lines that border on HoYay... but it is important to remember that they are essentially [[PaletteSwap the same person.]]
* Breeding with Ditto in the ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' games ''may'' invoke this trope. (We don't know for sure because, if anyone's actually seen the HotSkittyOnWailordAction in person, they aren't admitting it to the protagonists.)
* In ''VideoGame/DigitalDevilSaga'' it is almost casually mentioned how Sera was [[spoiler:conceived of Jenna Angel's egg AND sperm. This is supposedly possible because she is a {{Hermaphrodite}}.]]
* Adding onto the Atlus, ''[[VideoGame/RaidouKuzunohaVsTheSoullessArmy Raidou's]] [[VideoGame/RaidouKuzunohaVsKingAbaddon series]]'' have a dimensional rift, allowing Raidou to meet [[spoiler:another version of himself: Raido Kuzunoha XIV--whose differences include scars on his face and speaking like a normal character]]. While they don't stay together all that long (because their meetings always end in [[spoiler:one sending the other back to his original dimension]]) fanon sometimes persists in shipping the two, mainly played for drama.
* In ''[[VideoGame/SamAndMaxFreelancePolice Sam and Max Season 2 Episode 1]]'', ghosts of Sam and Max [[Literature/AChristmasCarol travel to the Christmas of the Future]] to save their future selves from dying a horrible death on a river of lava. If Sam suggests haunting their future selves, Max says that they should, only if ''he'' haunts Future Sam and Sam haunts Future Max--"otherwise, it'd just be gross". However, he also hits on his future self--"Hey, sexy! I'll be back to pick you up later!"
* Modifying the visuals of certain games, such as ''Franchise/ResidentEvil'', can allow this sort of thing to occur. For example, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9WwEgCmQgI this video]] replacing both TheVamp Excella trying to flirt with BigBad Wesker in ''[[VideoGame/ResidentEvil5 5]]'' with Chris (although despite the change in appearance the mechanics for the original characters still operate, such as Excella's JigglePhysics applying to Chris's chest gear).
* In the "Old World Blues" DLC of ''VideoGame/FalloutNewVegas'', [[ItMakesSenseInContext you meet your own brain]]. With the right perk, you can flirt with it ("You're my brain and I'm your body! It's meant to be, baby!"). It is completely disgusted by the suggestion.
* ''VideoGame/TheSims'':
** Thanks to the Alchemy potions in ''VideoGame/TheSims3'' ''Supernatural'' expansion, your sim can brew up a clone potion, use it to clone themself, romance said clone and then, well, get it on with them.
** And in the ''Get to Work'' expansion of ''VideoGame/TheSims4'', your Sims can enter the Scientist career, which unlocks several new inventions for your own home, including a cloning machine, which can clone both regular household items and other Sims.
* In the Good Ending[=/=]True Ending Route of ''VideoGame/HyperdimensionNeptuniaV'', Neptune finally gets to see her alternate self, Purple Heart [[spoiler: via cloning (long story)]], and thinks that she's a cool, beautiful, and stylish woman. Sparkly eyes included.
* In ''VideoGame/TheBlackHeart'' Animus is a character who constantly changes gender during battle. If a MirrorMatch between two of them starts, the intro to the fight has them rather suggestively impaled while each sports a different gender.
* Highly implied with [[spoiler:The Luteces]] in ''VideoGame/BioshockInfinite'', who are [[spoiler:not siblings]] but rather [[AlternateSelf alternate]], [[OppositeSexClone opposite-sexed]] versions of the same person. The DLC ''Burial at Sea'' has a voxophone which suggests they're [[spoiler:considering ''having children'' together.]]
* Elphelt's [[FinishingMove Instant Kill]] in ''VideoGame/GuiltyGear Xrd'' involves her shooting her opponent with the rifle round equivalent of Cupid's arrow. This even works in a mirror match, with the Elphelt on the receiving end lampshading it.
--> '''defeated!Elphelt''': I-I'll just take ''anyone!?''
--> '''defeated!Elphelt''': If this works I'm going to cry forever!
* A cheat that was later deleted in ''VideoGame/SpiderManTheMovie'' allowed players to play as Mary Jane in the red dress from the Green Goblin's attack at the festival. The reason it was deleted was because the ending saw Spidey and MJ kissing--and if one used the red-dressed MJ, it resulted in this trope.
* In ''VideoGame/TheElderScrollsIIIMorrowind'', the [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld 4000 year old]] sorcerer Divayth Fyr has created four [[OppositeSexClone Opposite Sex Clones]] who he variously refers to as either his "wives" or "[[ParentalIncest daughters]]".
* In ''VideoGame/CrashBandicoot4ItsAboutTime'', [[spoiler:Dr. Nefarious Tropy and his {{Gender Flip}}ped alternate universe self flirt with each other. Coco, Tawna, N. Oxide, and Cortex find the implications disgusting, Dingodile finds it amusing, and [[IdiotHero Crash]] is just confused]].
* A unique bit of throwaway interaction happens in ''VideoGame/LegendsOfRuneterra'' if both players play [[PirateGirl Miss Fortune]] at the same time.
-->'''Miss Fortune:''' Hey there, red.\
'''Miss Fortune:''' Well, that's one fantasy come true.
* Cartman's journal in ''VideoGame/SouthParkTheFracturedButWhole'' includes a series of [[TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior disturbing sexual and violent doodles]]. One of those doodles is two Kyles having sex with one another.
* ''VideoGame/TheUnfinishedSwan'': At one point in the game, we are shown an image relating to The King's backstory; He knew he wouldn't have much luck with finding a wife, so he decides to [[ItMakesSenseInContext paint himself one instead,]] [[ArtInitiatesLife which comes to life.]] The text that accompanies the image says ''[[OppositeSexClone "He had created a female version of himself.]] The King was in love".''
** Though technically, they both don't look too similar in terms of appearance, and might not even be the same person. [[spoiler: But if you consider the squicky implications of the text above as fully accurate, then that would technically make their son Monroe, [[PlayerCharacter the boy you play as,]] their ''[[FridgeHorror inbred son.]]'']]
* In ''VideoGame/RatchetAndClankRiftApart'', a game about interdimensional travel, this trope gets {{played with}} concerning Ratchet, Clank, and their respective [[DistaffCounterpart female]] [[AlternateSelf counterparts;]] Rivet and Kit.
** Ratchet & Rivet: It's complicated. During their first conversation through Clank's communicator, they both [[SpeakInUnison simultaneously express their awe over the existence of]] [[LastOfTheirKind another lombax.]] Then when they finally meet in person, their interactions have ''some'' shades of MeetCute as they act nervous around each other. Although, whether there was ''any'' sexual attraction between the two is left up to interpretation. Thankfully for some fans, it doesn't culminate to a full-blown OfficialCouple status by game's end [[ImpliedLoveInterest (for now at least)]] as their relationship is treated mostly as platonic or sibling-like. It's also worth noting that while Ratchet was on Savali, he would talk about how he wishes that his girlfriend Talwyn, who was not present in the game until the end credits, was there with him to appreciate the view of the Urfdah Mesa. This implies that he hasn't forgotten about her and could still be in a relationship with her.
** Clank & Kit: Similar to the above, but to a ''far'' lesser extent. They only have several brief moments in the entire game; When they first look at each other, Kit curiously flicks Clank's antenna on his head and they both laugh. Then when Kit becomes Rivet's backpack, akin to Clank with Ratchet, she gives Clank a thumbs up while he fondly smiles at her. Then much later, when Gary asks Kit what she thought about Clank, she says that she's relieved that "[her] counterpart is a good guy". She even agrees with Gary's statements about him being talented, resourceful, and very shiny. Nothing else happens after that. By the end of the game, their "relationship" remains entirely vague and it can be argued that nothing ''too serious'' was going on between them.
* ''VideoGame/RedDeadRedemption2'': During "A Quiet Time", you can walk in on a couple having sex twice. The second time it happens, Arthur is so drunk that everyone in the bar looks like Lenny to him, and he sees Lenny and a woman who looks like him having sex. He's understandably disturbed by the sight and bolts.
* In ''VideoGame/{{OMORI}}'', Sweetheart tries to marry herself at the end of her dungeon because she has never found a suitor who is good enough for her. Fortunately(?) she is stopped by the arrival of Captain Spaceboy, who wants to marry her. [[spoiler:Later on in Two Days Left, she divorces him offscreen because he wasn't good enough for her, and commissions the Slime Girls to make a clone of herself to wed because she is ''that'' much of a narcissist. Her narcissism is so strong that she refuses to marry [[MorallySuperiorCopy her absolutely 2ct clone]] because she thinks that nobody is more perfect than her. In the Omori Route, we see Perfectheart forcing Sweetheart to do menial chores to build character, though it's not clear if they're actually in a relationship.]]
