2	** Furrball, who alternates between being homeless and one of Elmyra's pets. There are times where he's Mary Melody's pet.
3	** Also Fifi, who lives in a junkyard and is usually lonely and upset because of all the boys running from her. It arguably gets worse when you realize that the writers often abused her because they hated how popular she was.
4	* YMMV/TinyToonAdventuresHowISpentMyVacation:
5	** Babs and Buster, because they spent their entire summer vacation floating down the river and were nearly eaten multiple times.
6	** Fifi la Fume, although her epic rant at Johnny Pew almost cancels it out.
7	** And Plucky. Dear Lord in heaven, ''Plucky.'' All he wants to do is go to Happy World Land, so Hamton's family takes him along. Little does Plucky know he is in for a road trip from hell. Hamton's family:
8	*** Brings their own food to a drive-in; Dad cuts Plucky off when he tries to order anything.
9	*** Leaves Plucky alone in a hot car while they sterilize a gas station restroom, with Plucky almost dying of thirst. By the time Plucky gets to a fountain, they're ready to leave.
10	** Speaking of the hot car, Hamton's father won't use air conditioning because it wastes gas, but Hamton's mom won't let anybody roll down their windows either, because "People would think we can't afford air conditioning!"
11	*** Later, the [[AdultsAreUseless clueless parents]] pick up a psychotic hitchhiker who is obsessed with pork/duck meat. How they make it to Happy World Land alive is a mystery for the ages, but let us not forget the ''coup de grace'':
12	*** Plucky and Hamton's family have finally reached Happy World Land, and Plucky is thrilled. Yet [[spoiler: the gang takes one ride on the parking lot monorail, turns around, and goes straight home, using the excuse that they don't want to overdo it.]]
13	* Tom and Jerry:
14	** The ducklings that Jerry helps. The first one is the duckling in "Just Ducky". He can't swim, which separates him from his mother and siblings, and Jerry tries to get him away from a ravenous Tom. But when Tom nearly drowns in the pond, the duckling learns how to swim in order to save him. The second one is the mallard duckling from "The Duck Doctor". He gets shot in the wing by Tom in hunter garb, and Jerry takes care of him, but the cat keeps shooting at the poor thing. Lastly, there's the duckling in "Downhearted Duckling". He laments on how "ugly" he is, and wants Tom to eat him for that reason. Jerry tries to boost the duckling's self-esteem, but all attempts failed. But the duckling gets out of his funk when a female duckling calls him "cute".
15	** Tom. Sure, he's a Jerk Ass sometimes, but every episode he's put through everything cartoon violence has to offer. One episode was when Tom's family went on a trip, leaving Tom with canned fish to eat. The problem? Jerry has stolen the can opener, for no reason other than to tick Tom off. If you have ever had an annoying little brother, you can relate to the poor cat.

17	** Iron Woobie: Tom sometimes get his moments.
18	** Jerkass Woobie: Jerry, for example, may be exceedingly vindictive to Tom, but he generally is only trying to survive, and Tom generally deserves what comes upon him.

20	** Tom, in a lot of the Gene Deitch shorts.
21	** Quacker in "Downhearted Duckling". He spends most of the episode sobbing his heart out when he thought he's ugly, and even attempts suicide several times
22	* Transformers: Beast Wars had Transmutate, a malformed, mentally challenged Robot Girl who died in a battle between Silverbolt and Rampage, the only ones who cared for her, when she tried to stop them from killing eachother. She was a case of a Woobie and horror in one.

26	** Waspinator may be a Predacon who never shows any ''truly'' heroic traits, but his eternal ButtMonkey status definitely makes him pitiable.

30	** Transmutate. She's a misshapen, childlike being who [[spoiler:died trying to stop her/its only friends from hurting each other]].

32	** Skywarp. Maybe it's the pantophobianote fear of everything, maybe it's the likelyhood that he gets picked on the most out of all the clones. Whatever it is, you just wanna give the guy a BIG hug (of course, he'd probably be scared of that too.).
33	** Sari Sumdac becomes one in the second and third seasons, starting when she gets kicked out of her home by the Corrupt Corporate Executive that had taken over her father's company and being told there's no legal proof she even exists. Ouch.
34	** Poor Blurr, whose boss turns out to be an undercover 'Con (Shockwave, no less), and who immediately becomes a Woobie when Shockwave apparently murders Blurr by crushing him into a cube!
35	! YMMV/TransformersAnimated:
36	* TheWoobie: Part of the reason Sari has avoided becoming TheScrappy is because ''her life sucks so much.'' (Come Season 2, anyway. Omega Supreme can't seem to catch a break either, and Ratchet's had it nearly as bad.)
