1	Dark World Role-play is a Discord roleplay that takes place in the world of ''VideoGame/{{Deltarune}}'' and ''VideoGame/{{Undertale}}''. The roleplay has no specific over-arcing plot but has several different {{Story Arc}}s all going on at the same time.
2	The RP mainly focuses on Chapter 2's main area, Cyber World; however, there have been some developments in the Light World.

6	!! Tropes in this Role-play include:
7	* AbortedArc: Several arcs have been abandoned or Retconned due to the involved characters no longer being present.
8	* CerebusSyndrome: Once [[spoiler: [[KnightOfCerebus Gaster]], of all people]] enters the fray, the plot threads take a noticeably darker turn.
9	* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: It's not uncommon for characters to suddenly disappear without explanation, either due to lack of interest or their creators leaving the server.
10	* IntraFranchiseCrossover: Even though the RP takes place mainly in Cyber World, [[spoiler: Jevil also has found his way into the world.]] There are also channels for specific [[AlternateSelf AUs]], and channels so that those [[AlternateSelf AUs]] can interact with each other.
11	* KudzuPlot: Has many different PlotThreads going on at once at basically all times. It's become a common joke that in one channel, characters will be having light, wholesome fun, while in a nearby channel, the stakes are dramatically higher.
12	* EnsembleCast: Despite jokes about Lane being the de facto protagonist, there really isn't one, as everyone gets their own threads and plot lines they're important to. There's no cap on how many characters one can submit, although Lightners are restricted to one per person. Some individual users have upwards of twenty characters and counting, with the total character number being over a hundred. And that's not even taking [[AlternateSelf AU versions]] of characters into account.
13	* MoodWhiplash: That said, it's also not uncommon for things to snap from horribly grim to hilarious, or vice versa.
14	* NonIndicativeName: {{Downplayed}}. While the majority of the RP does take place in the Dark World, it's mostly confined to just Cyber World.
15	* OutOfFocus: With so many characters, it's inevitable that not all of them get equal focus.
16	* WeakBossStrongUnderlings: {{Downplayed}}. [[spoiler: Navy]] can't be entirely classified as weak. However, he still once uses B.T., Bolt, Beta, and Bits as weapons. The first three of them are very strong and could outnumber him if they weren't held under the control of the Blue Teeth at the time.
17	* WhamShot: A few, but the first and most striking is from [[spoiler: when Bolt scares off You Are An Idiot by inserting a [[ConnectedAllAlong Blue]] [[TransformationTrinket Tooth]] and ''actively threatening the hit man''.]] What makes this trope apply is that the moment was accompanied by an actual illustration!
