West and Gordon are assigned as escort to the Sultan of Ramapur and find themselves also protecting the Sultan's gift to [[UsefulNotes/UlyssesSGrant President Grant]] - Akbar, a sacred white elephant calf. En route to UsefulNotes/WashingtonDC, bandits board the train and steal Akbar. West goes after the bandits while Gordon tries to deal with the Sultan's threats to declare hostilities unless paid $1 million in compensation. Neither agent is very successful; they soon join forces and follow Akbar's trail, which leads them to a nearby gypsy circus.

!!Tropes present in this episode:
* AlliterativeName: '''Z'''oe '''Z'''agora, who runs the gypsy circus.
* AmazonBrigade: The Sultan's harem all carry pistols, and they know how to use them. The Sultan boasts that they shot a suspected intruder 14 times.
* BackupBluff: Artie convinces the bandits that he has an army surrounding them by setting off firecrackers. And shouting a lot.
* BodyguardBabes: The Sultan of Ramapur is accompanied by a bevy of beautiful, scantily-clad and well-armed female attendants.
* CassandraTruth: When Jim and Artie tell Zoe that they're government agents who are looking for Akbar to prevent an international incident, she thinks it's ridiculous at first. Then she realizes that ''because'' their story is so unlikely, it must be true.
* DeadpanSnarker: When Hillard tells Jim and Artie that he lost the elephant:
-->'''Artie:''' You ''lost'' an elephant? That takes talent.
* EverybodyLives: In keeping with this being one of the show's more lighthearted episodes.
* FakedKidnapping: The Sultan brings a fake "sacred white elephant" to give as a gift to President Grant, arranges for it to be stolen, and then tries to shake the American government down for a million dollars in reparations because he's bankrupted his own economy.
* FortuneTeller: Zoe pretends to be one while dosing Hillard with KnockoutGas so she can steal Akbar.
* GracefulLoser: The Sultan, after he's arrested ''and'' his people overthrow the monarchy and replace it with a constitutional government. Even after Jim and Artie turn down his offer of a bribe he still leaves them a "parting gift" of two of his harem girls.
* HotGypsyWoman: Zoe is a pretty straight example of the trope.
* TheInfiltration: Claiming to be an escaped criminal on the run who's looking for a place to hide, Jim joins the gypsy circus as an acrobat.
* {{Jerkass}}: The Sultan emerges as one even before he's revealed as "a royal ConArtist". When he mentions that the man shot multiple times by the AmazonBrigade was an innocent messenger, he thinks it's [[EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor hilarious]], and demands that Jim and Artie join him in laughing about the incident. Later, he makes it clear that he values Akbar over Ramapur's American residents, whom he seizes as hostages, including the ambassador and his family.
* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Hillard just can't quite manage to kill poor Akbar, not that he wants to--he just wants his boss to ''think'' he did.
* PullARabbitOutOfMyHat: A gypsy magician is shown struggling with this trick. Artie steps in to show him how it's done.
* {{Qurac}}: Ramapur, which is vaguely located somewhere in the Middle East.
* UsefulNotes/{{Romani}}: A whole circus full of them.
