!!"The Loudest Yard"
* BookAndSwitch: Done without a book when Lincoln reads a comic he taped to his mom's butt instead of watching the workout show.
* ChangingClothesIsAFreeAction: Lincoln and Lynn switch clothes really fast.
* ContinuityNod: Hazeltucky is the town the football team is competing against; the kids once went there to use the community pool but were kicked out.
* CreatorCameo: A caricature of Creator/ChrisSavino is among the spectators at the final game.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Lynn has a big role compared to Lincoln's.
* DeliberateInjuryGambit: Lincoln tries to have Lola run over his leg to avoid playing football, but he chickens out at the last second.
* EarlyBirdCameo: The two burly Hazletucky players that appear in this episode would later be the main villains of the Season 2 Halloween special Tricked! Their names are also revealed to be Hank and Hawk.
* EpicFail: Lincoln manages to outrun the opposing team into the end zone. Unfortunately, he runs into the wrong end zone, scoring the game winning safety for the opposing team.
* HiddenDepths: It is revealed that Mr. Loud was once a breakdancer.
* IHaveToGoIronMyDog: At the final game, Lincoln and Lynn give the excuse of going to the bathroom so they can switch places.
* KarmaHoudini: The two large bullies face no repercussions for their teasing and poor sportsmanship. [[KarmaHoudiniWarranty However, they later would face punishment in Season 2 after being scared silly by the whole Loud Family.]]
* LaserGuidedKarma: After Lincoln accidentally wins the football game for the other team, his angry teammates chase him, which serves him right for losing the game, and tricking everyone into thinking he was playing the game when he wasn't.
* LazyBum: Lincoln for almost the whole episode; he would much rather read Ace Savvy comics than play a sport or do any kind of physical exercise. Not wanting to play football, he also makes Lynn take his place in the football game.
* OhCrap: Lincoln when Dad tells him that the whole family will be there to see him at the final game. He does it again at the end when he realizes that he accidentally scored the game-winning safety for the opposing team.
* RawEggsMakeYouStronger: Lynn prepares some raw eggs for herself and Lincoln during their training montage, but [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome Lincoln gets sick from drinking them instead]].
* RockersSmashGuitars: Luna does this after performing "The Star-Spangled Banner".
* RunningGag: Lincoln suffering from a Charley horse while trying to exercise. The bullies also constantly laugh, and spit in most of their scenes.
* ShoutOut:
** The title is a parody of ''Film/TheLongestYard''.
** While Lynn helps Lincoln train, he suffers [[ComicStrip/{{Peanuts}} Charlie Brown]]'s "football gag". It helps that ''Lucy'' pulled the ball away.
** Luna dresses like Music/JimiHendrix when she performs "The Star-Spangled Banner".
* TrainingMontage: One is shown when Lynn tries to train Lincoln for football.
* VomitDiscretionShot: Lincoln when he drank the raw egg.

!!"Raw Deal"
* AreWeThereYet: Lana asks this a total of three times in the beginning.
* BittersweetEnding: Lincoln ends up missing out on the park's exciting views and having fun with his family because of his paranoia. However, he ''does'' get the chance to see the long-inactive geyser finally erupt before he leaves.
* ContinuityNod: Lucy's fortune telling is brought up again.
* CreatorCameo: A caricature of storyboard artist Kyle Marshall appears as the gas station cashier.
* ExactWords: Much like with Flip's "booming" prediction in "Come Sale Away", Lucy's predictions are more literal than her siblings interpret; Lori "takes a long trip" on a big oil slick, Luan accidentally gets "blown away" by Mr. Loud with the air hose, and "doors are opened" for Lola by a ''Mr.'' "Universe", and so on.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: The dowl almost topples over from the weight of its antlers when Lisa shows it to the ranger, hinting that the antlers are fake.
* GoToSleepEnding: The sisters except Lucy and Lisa have zonked out when Lincoln enters the van on the way home, and he eventually joins them.
* HairTriggerAvalanche: Referenced and averted. Lincoln fears that Lynn shouting his name will cause an avalanche, but it doesn't actually happen.
* INeedToGoIronMyDog: The park ranger hastily excuses himself from the press conference by stating he left the iron on in the ranger station, after the dowl turns out to be a fake.
* {{Irony}}: Lincoln becomes so panicked about Lucy’s fortune about his day ending in tragedy that he winds up making the fortune come true, by missing all the fun.
* LeaningOnTheFourthWall: At the end, Lucy predicts that TheEndIsNigh; Lisa brushes it off as preposterous, only for the scene to cut to a "TheEnd" card:
-->'''Lucy:''' Told ya. The cards don't lie.
* LeftTheBackgroundMusicOn: The ominous music that plays twice (first when Lucy predicts Lincoln’s day will end in tragedy, and again when Lisa’s fortune comes true) turns out to be from a local radio station.
* MixAndMatchCritters: The dowl, an owl with deer antlers. However, it turns out to be a publicity stunt.
* MyGodYouAreSerious: Lincoln believes his father's threat of leaving behind whoever doesn't get into the van as an empty threat. It's not, and Dad almost drives off without him.
* NotSoStoic: Lucy is clearly terrified by Lincoln’s tarot card, and first tries to cover it up by ''[[OOCIsSeriousBusiness smiling]]''.
* OldFaithful: The geyser at the park used to be one of these, but it stopped erupting some time ago, robbing the park of its main tourist attraction. Hence the reason why the park ranger created the dowl. It finally erupts again at the end of the episode, and only Lincoln gets to see it.
* PottyEmergency: Lynn's fortune of having her patience being tested is her having to wait in line to use the gas station restroom.
* ProphecyTwist: When Lincoln is told that his day will "end in tragedy", he believes that something terrible will happen to him and spends the entire trip fearing the worst. Ultimately, nothing bad happens to him, but his day still ends in tragedy because his fears made him miss out on a fun time.
* SelfFulfillingProphecy: Lincoln’s attempts to avoid the tragedy Lucy predicted end up ''causing'' the tragedy; namely, him missing out on all the fun.
* ShoutOut: The park ranger looks suspiciously like [[WesternAnimation/YogiBear Ranger Smith]].
* ThrowTheDogABone: After all he went through, Lincoln finally gets lucky at the end of the day when he gets to see the park’s geyser erupt for the first time in a long while. It’s beautiful enough for him to declare the day a great success after all.
* VerySpecialEpisode: About fortune telling, which is for entertainment purposes only and shouldn't be taken too seriously.
