Lobanov thinks that he may move back to Gleb, now when he broke up with Varya... but Gleb still can't forgive him for taking part in Varya's lies. Semyon now has to move back to Lyuba -- with whom he already burned all bridges not long ago. Meanwhile, Lyuba learns that Gleb plans to let Semyon in after all, but wants to teach him a lesson first, which would require her to tolerate Lobanov for just a bit longer. Lyuba agrees to take part in the plan, and tells Lobanov that he must make a renovation in her house. Lobanov tries to do as Lyuba asked, but everything he tries goes completely wrong and leads to disaster, making things even worse than before his involvement.

Phil's patient suffers from extreme amnesia. But Gleb considers this to be just his attempt to dodge draft. How he would prove it? By forcing patient to attend lavements, until he snaps and admits that he indeed has no amnesia. But Gleb can't force the patient to admit the truth even after eleven lavements, and it seems that he may be innocent after all (this also means that Gleb had lost his bet with Phil, who think that amnesia is real); but then Phil remembers that they may simply do electroencephalogram. The patient, realising that he is busted anyway, admits the truth, and tells to Phil that the real reason for dodging draft was not fear of military service, but fear that he may lose his girlfriend while he spends a year away from home; Phil plays along, but turns out that it's too late and the patient's girlfriend already cheated on him, without even waiting for him leaving; patient gives up and stops resisting.

Somebody called "Antonov" is here, and Bykov wants to avoid him, at all cost. Kupitman and Kisegach are aware about him and the seriousness of situation... except, the reason why Bykov and Kupitman tries to hide from him is that they have a long alcohol-related history tying them, and are afraid that another meeting would end with catastrophic binge. But then turns out that Antonov has no plans for serious alcohol binge, cause neither he nor Bykov with Kupitman are healthy enough for that. Bykov and Kupitman decides that even with binge being out of question, they can still drink together to welcome Antonov "appropriately": after all, he only visits them once a year... and then Antonov reveals that it was his actual plan how to make them drink without feeling guilty.

!! This episode provides examples of:
* AllForNothing: Phil's patient suffered eleven lavements (provided by Gleb, who decided to use extreme measurements to crack his cover story), just in attempt to dodge draft. Later Phil realises that there was even easier way do crack his cover story: electroencephalogram. Patient explains to him that he attempted to dodge draft not out of fear of military service, but out of fear that his girlfriend may cheat on him while he is away from her. Phil plays along, but the girl cheats on patient before the day ends, meaning that he has no reason to resist any further.
* TheBet: Gleb immediately recognises Phil's patient as inger, while Phil thinks that his amnesia is genuine. So, they have a bet about this; whoever wins, would ride on loser's back through a whole hospital. How they would decide who'd won? By forcing the patient to take some very uncomfortable procedures, like lavement (and more lavement, and more...), until he snaps and admits the truth. Patient survives eleven lavements, and it seems that Phil had won. He later privately admits that he's indeed a draft dodger, but has a reason to stay, and Phil covers for him, despite it technically meaning that Gleb had won.
* CrossingTheBurntBridge: Lobanov is too quick to assume that he would move back to Gleb and that he may stop being nice to Lyuba. Unfortunately, Gleb still can't forgive him, and Lyuba would not let him in again because he just insulted her. Now he must somehow apologise before her.
* DoomItYourself: Lyuba allows Lobanov to move back to her on condition that he wold make a renovation in her house. He completely botches it and ruins everything he touches, from a kitchen sink to a fridge to a closet. It is unknown wether he fixed everything in the end or not.
* DraftDodging: Phil's patient fakes his amnesia in attempt to dodge draft. Gleb immediately recognises that it's a lie, but Phil thinks that Gleb is too cynical.
* FakingAmnesia: Phil's patient pretends to be amnesiac to dodge draft. Phil falls for it, Gleb does not.
* ManipulativeBastard: Antonov is aware why Bykov and Kupitman tried to avoid him. He provokes them to admit and "apologise" (which leads to them getting drunk), after which he reveals that he planned to continue their binge outside of the hospital, but now this would not look like he did this intentionally. When Kisegach tries to stop them, they just grabs her and takes her with them.
* MovingTheGoalposts: Every time Semyon "fixes" something, Lyuba calls him and adds another request -- at worst time possible, which leads to him breaking something else. In the end, he just turns his phone off.
* OhCrap: Bykov and later Kupitman reacts with near panic when they notices Antonov, and wants to run from the hospital. As well as Kisegach, because she knows what would happen if they meet with Antonov. What's wrong with Antonov? He is their old drinking friend, and they fear that they may not survive another hardcore alcohol binge with him. Kisegach never drunk with them; she dealt with consequences of their AlcoholInducedIdiocy.
* OutOfFocus: Varya does not appear in this episode, likely still recovering from her breakup with Gleb.
* OverlyLongGag: Gleb tries to reveal Phil's draft dodging patient's lies by forcing him to do lavement. And another one. And another... But patient still refuses to admit the truth, even after eleventh lavement. Phil then remembers that there's an easier way to check him: electroencephalogram.
* Troll: As revenge for his role in Varya's lies, Gleb decides to not let Semyon back... or, rather, pretend to do so for some time. Lyuba joins him, because she is angry at Lobanov, too. Instead, Lyuba is free to exploit Lobanov to let him stay at hers in whatever way she sees fit.
