17	* BoringButPractical: While they don't know the exact plan yet, RWBY knows that Torchwick is bringing a train loaded with weapons, Dust and explosives into Vale. With only a few seconds to act, Ruby...pulls out her scroll and tries to call ahead to Beacon and warn them. It's a good idea... but she's unfortunately in a ghost town with no working phone signal.
