6	* AndThenWhat: Now that the clones are free of Neolution forever, Sarah is struggling to figure out what to do with her life now that there's no conspiracies left to fight and nothing to keep her mind off grieving Mrs S. To say nothing of Rachel, who skips town with a glass eye and an utterly blank slate for her future.
7	* ArtisticLicenseBiology: Rachel's new glass eye moves with her regular eye.
8	* BackForTheFinale: Mrs. S might be dead, but she still gets to appear in some final flashbacks.

37	* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Art ties up Enger, but after she's found by the other Neolution guards, she's never seen or mentioned again. Given that she's still unconscious when they find her and most people recover from being knocked out in just a few seconds if they're going to recover at all, she could well be comatose. Likewise for the previous episode suggested that Art was under investigation by Interpol for his involvement with the whole scandal, but was never addressed.
