3	An oceanographer named Ellen hires Halluel and Malluel to help her study sharks at Auguste Isles. They take Azrael along with them to help her recover. At the same time, Sariel is hired by a shark hunter named Martin, and is tasked with eradicating the shark menace that threatens the tourism in town. Meanwhile, Sandalphon and the crew opens a seaside café in the area. Unbeknownst to all of them, the sharks prove to be a greater menace than they anticipated.

5	The event is "split" into two parts, with The Maydays 1 happening for the first three chapters, and The Maydays 2 for the latter three. To complete the gag, finishing the ending turns the event banner into The Maydays 3—even though there are no chapters left to play.

In Sandalphon’s case, his skin received new art and doesn’t touch on the event of The Maydays, reflecting on his general Cafe Millenia work.

While Halluel and Malluel fit right in very quickly, both Sandalphon and Azrael tries and fails to sell their preferred food to the populace due to being out of season. Sariel also manages to fit in, albeit through sheer blind luck, when he finds himself an employer who trusts him and ignores his weird quirks.
30	* GrowingWings: A meteor suddenly gives wings to all sharks in the second half of the event.

33	* NeverTrustATrailer: Played for laughs. At the ending, we are treated with a {{Cliffhanger}} complete with a TitleDrop of The Maydays 3. Since it's the ending, there aren't any chapters left to play out. Even [[CoversAlwaysLie the event banner]] changes the title number accordingly.
34	* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: According to one of the voice lines of Sandalphon at the end of the event, he dealt with the SharkMan without so much a fuss.

41	** In chapter 5, Halluel and Malluel are unable to spread their wings due to the sunburns they got on their backs.
42	* TheStinger: The event ends with the SharkMan attempting to invade the islands. However, Sandalphon took care of it off-screen.
43	* SwallowedWhole: Old Bruce swallows the skipper, Azrael and Lucio alive. They get better.

45	* UnexplainedRecovery: Used a lot. While Lucio's and Azrael's recovery can be handwaved as part of their primarch powers, it doesn't explain how the Skipper survived after being swallowed by Old Bruce for an entire day.
46	** Martin also comes out unscathed twice despite attempting to blow up the sharks. This is lampshaded by Malluel in one of her event voice quotes.
