Jon Taffer goes to Country Club Hills, Illinois, where he finds a team of managers unable to work together and an owner unable to reign them in.
!Episode Tropes:
* AchievementsInIgnorance: Jon Taffer points out Irma somehow managed to double freezer burn her food.
* AerosolFlamethrower: A bartender is seen using one of these for theatrics during the relaunch.
* BrilliantButLazy: Bobby sat around most of his shift, but when push came to shove, he proved to be the most competent and knowledgeable manager in the building.
* GargleBlaster: Pro's Punch was basically 8 ounces of alcohol in one glass mixed with grenadine.
* HeelFaceTurn: Bobby was a LazyBum sitting around during his shift not managing anyone. When he sees how badly his laziness is affecting his friend, he turns around and proves to be a valuable employee, earning himself the position of general manager.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Irma points out that Bradley can't get respect if he doesn't command it. She continues to abuse his leniency even after firing Nina, then plays the victim when Bradley commands respect by firing her for stealing a beer.
* IncompetenceInc: Not as overt as examples like "O-Face" and "TJ Quills", but the staff clearly had a lot of trouble functioning as a cohesive unit. There were five managers who were at odds with each other, Nina was disrespectful, Irma managed her kitchen poorly and couldn't cook catfish properly, the drinks had a copious amount of alcohol, security was overly aggressive, and Bradley was simultaneously lazy and micromanaging.
* InformedFlaw: Keshia was described as failing in her attempt to prove herself as manager. She actually made about three times the revenues as Lauren and only a little over one hundred less than Bobby, who had put on a clinic.
* LaserGuidedKarma: A double example: Sarah stands up for Bradley after Irma abuses Bradley's leniency to get a free drink. Bradley fires Irma and allows Sarah to be trained as a cook.
* OnlySaneMan: Keshia is the only worker who doesn't abuse Bradley's leniency and fully recognizes what needs to change.
* TastesLikeFeet: Jon's recon spies compare Pro's Punch to gasoline and lighter fluid for its high alcohol content.
