1	Ma Beagle hatches a plan to inherit Scrooge's fortune by faking a marriage to him.

3	* AdultsDressedAsChildren: After Ma Beagle embraces being Scrooge's wife, Big Time, Burger, and Baggy get roped into wearing sailor suits along with the triplets. Later, the three are wearing the triplets' usual clothes and are stretching them out.
4	* BecomingTheMask: At one point it seems Ma Beagle has fully embraced being Scrooge's new housewife. This will not last though.
5	* ConfirmedBachelor: After having to put up with Ma Beagle as his wife, Scrooge loudly says he this for the rest of his days.
6	* DoNothingHousewife: Ma Beagle is initially this, portraying herself as a "hard-working housewife" while doing nothing but spending Scrooge's money and trashing the house. However, she starts acting like an ''actual'' housewife after she hears Scrooge's lawyer explain that if Ma slacks off on the housework, she won't get a sent in the divorce.
7	* EnemyMine: After Ma Beagle successfully cons the court into thinking she's Scrooge's wife, she and the Beagle Boys merrily spend his money and trash his house, reminding him that if he wants them gone, he'll have to give her half his fortune in a divorce. However, when she overhears Scrooge discussing with his lawyer that if she doesn't behave like a typical HouseWife, he can divorce her without giving her a cent, [[BecomingTheMask she cleans up her act and forces the Beagle Boys to act accordingly as well]]. The Beagle Boys soon tire of [[MyBelovedSmother her smothering ways]] and team up with Scrooge to trick her into admitting that she lied about being married.
8	* EurekaMoment: It's Scrooge remarking that he's stuck with Ma until death do them part that gives him the idea to fake his death.
9	* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: After Ma Beagle gets arrested and taken away, her boys run after her and promise to break her out as soon as possible.
10	* FakingTheDead: Scrooge fakes his death to have Ma Beagle finally confirm she isn't really Scrooge's wife after she gets accused of having murdered her husband by the police.
11	* GoldDigger: Ma Beagle fakes a marriage to Scrooge so she could be legally entitled to half of his fortune if he divorced her.
12	* GoneHorriblyWrong: Scrooge tasks Ma Beagle with a bunch of hard work that she has to do as long as the two of them are married, hoping that the stress of it makes her fed up and admit that she faked their marriage. Instead, it leads her to BecomingTheMask and liking the idea of seriously being a couple with Scrooge, something that horrifies him, his family and her sons.
13	* JerkassBall: Scrooge grabs it in the beginning, as the triplets drag him around the town to buy things for Mrs. Beakley's birthday, and he buys seeds instead of flowers, a Halloween card that was cheaper, and a gross cake. When the triplets say it's in an awful shape, he says that Mrs. Beakley is in an awful shape too.
14	* KarmaHoudiniWarranty: Every previous time she appeared, Ma Beagle was able to avoid getting arrested, however here she is finally caught and sent to jail. She remains there for the rest of the series too.
15	* PetTheDog:
16	** Baggy is genuinely worried when seeing Scrooge so miserable when Ma Beagle BecomingTheMask.
17	** Subverted when Ma Beagle thinks Scrooge is dead. For a bit she is sincerely distraught over his supposed death, though it soon turns to greedy glee when she realizes she now has his fortune.
18	* PricelessMingVase: The Beagle Boys use a Ming Vase as a baseball bat, of course breaking it in the process.
19	* RosesAreRedVioletsAreBlue: Burger Beagle does a poem based on this during the episode.

29	* WouldRatherSuffer: See ShoutOut; Scrooge would rather kiss a whale than Ma Beagle.
