* Intermediate God, borderline Greater God
* Symbol: The Crime Sorciere symbol
* Theme Song: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTQ7u57rE8k Rakuen No Tou]]
* Alignment: TrueNeutral leaning heavily towards good
* Portfolio: TheAce, AllLovingHero, VigilanteMan, TheArchmage, InsecureLoveInterest, formerly BrainwashedAndCrazy
* Allies: The ascended members of Pantheon/FairyTail especially '''[[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Erza]]''', [[Pantheon/SpiritualAndMentalPowers Jean Grey]], [[Pantheon/OffensivePowers Cyclops]], [[Pantheon/BetrayalMotivation Zuko]], [[Pantheon/{{Hair Styles}} Luke Fon Fabre]],[[Pantheon/{{Physical Attractiveness}} Shinya Kogami]], [[Pantheon/{{Attitude}} Tusk]], [[Pantheon/SpecializedNarratives Yu Narukami]]
* Enemies: [[Pantheon/MagicalItems Zeref]], [[Pantheon/{{Categorism}} Acnologia]], [[Pantheon/{{Contempt}} Mard Geer]], [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnLife Embryo]], [[Pantheon/ItemsAndObjects Shinnok]], [[Pantheon/FieldsOfMagic Quan Chi]], [[Pantheon/ExtraterrestrialAbilities Babidi]], [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnLife Apocalypse]], [[Pantheon/OtherPowers Hisoka]]
* OddFriendship with: [[Pantheon/{{Costumes}} Date Masamune]], [[Pantheon/SupportPowers Lucario]]
* He first ascended after being invited by Erza, his childhood friend and his [[WillTheyOrWontThey not girlfriend]]. However, quite a few gods opposed his ascension after seeing his actions in the Tower of Heaven.
* It's been revealed that he was actually brainwashed by when he caused those things. However, despite this, he did do terrible things and some gods believe he should be punished. After seeing that he did break out of jail.
* He has befriended Zuko, Thor, Cyclops and Jean after they too committed terrible crimes while under the influence of evil except for Zuko, who was simply naïve.
* He occasionally finds himself in rather awkward and suggestive situations with Erza. Many gods are amused by this seeing some of the skilled mages getting so flustered especially [[CantActPervertedTowardALoveInterest Erza]], who normally [[ShamelessFanserviceGirl very comfortable]] in these situations. It's notable that she once strutted around drunk and naked around the pantheon. She then sobered up rather quickly after she saw Jellal.
* He absolutely despises Babidi, Loki and Apocalypse. As he knows the horrors of being brainwashed.
* He is a very powerful mage and as such quite a few members of the GUAE Malum Magia such as Quan Chi has tried to lure him over to their side by saying things like he'll never be forgiven for his past transgression. He refused, saying he didn't care and that he will atone one way or another. So Quan Chi took a few mages with him in an attempt to "convince" him. After a long battle, he single-handedly took out Quan Chi and his associates.
* Haru and Elie had initially confused him for their former enemy Sieg Hart and he looks [[ReusedCharacterDesign very similar]] and the fact that he's also a very powerful [[TheArchmage archmage]].
* He's also joined to stop Zeref once and for all.
* He's noticed that quite a few gods [[Creator/DaisukeNamikawa sound ve]][[Creator/RobertMcCollum ry similar]] to him. Some of his relationships are better than others like Hisoka, who wants to fight him after hearing how he curb stomped Quan Chi and the mages he brought with. He probably gets along best (sort of) with Kogami. As they tend to exchange information about the various criminals in the pantheon.

* One-Sided Respect: [[Pantheon/{{Transformations}} Sephiroth]]
* Enemies: '''[[Pantheon/TimeManipulation Shulk]], [[Pantheon/FriendsAndCompanions Dunban]]''', [[Pantheon/HandwearAndFootwear Melia]], Reyn, [[Pantheon/RevealsAndTwists Fiora]], all of the good ''VideoGame/SuperSmashBros'' Gods, [[Pantheon/CyberneticsAndEnhancements Cyrax]], [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions Genos]], [[Pantheon/{{Slaughter}} Vlad III]], [[Pantheon/PlotAdvancingItems Rex]], [[Pantheon/SwordsAndSabres Pyra, and Mythra]].
* Opposed by: [[Pantheon/AntiVillains Egil]]
* Throughout his "career" Metal Face has violently impaled no less than three people ([[spoiler: Fiora]], [[spoiler: Zanza/Arglas]], [[spoiler: Emperor Sorean]]) and then [[spoiler: got himself impaled, leading to his downfall]]. Several gods found this darkly amusing and saw to it that he ascended to be the God of [[ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice Impalement]]. For a long time, despite [[spoiler:being defeated with Shulk and leading to be impaled to death]], Metal Face enjoyed his position and being a scum to anyone he met. There were also other Gods that thought he was taking his position for granted...
** However, his time as the holder of the Impalement God came to an end when eventually he encountered an aspect of the Pantheon's Dracula, [[UsefulNotes/VladTheImpaler Vlad III.]] Still thinking he was under the thrall of Dracula, Metal Face taunted him... and it ended with him facing the full terror of what true impalement would look like, Kazikli Bey. Impaled throughout his metals, [[spoiler:Mumkhar]] received a panic attack reminded of that one time the Monado cut through him and it ended with his own impalement, he ran off in terror, not even looking back as Vlad claimed his throne and was a lot more welcomed. The same Gods that ascended him found his panic attack amusing and was reminded that it took that long for him to be beaten by the Monado after awhile being able to withstand and terrorize Shulk more before his demise. And so, a new house was given to him.
* Metal Face spends most of his time flying around, looking for fights to spectate, being the carnage lover that he is. As such, he's usually seen hovering over the House of Combat.
** He's also prone to interrupting Smash Brothers tournaments to heckle the fighters and occasionally attack, especially if [[Pantheon/TimeManipulation Shulk]] is there.
* Shows respect (or the closest substitute) for Sephiroth, for his methods of impaling others.
* The GUAE is wary of contacting him, as he's not particularly loyal to anyone, rather whichever path pleases him at the time.
** Seeing Metal Face's priorities potentially aligning with his ideal world, Senator Armstrong has extended an olive branch to Metal Face. After the senator's nanomachines proved too tough for Metal Face's claws, the Mechon tentatively agreed to the alliance.
** His former master, Egil, was not pleased that him of all the Faced Mechons had ascended and is going off on his own. However, the Mechon could care less of what he thought.
** For now, he has settled on Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfDestruction. Time will tell if he backstabs Nekron if things turn south for him.
* His gleeful path of destruction has caught the attention of [[Pantheon/ActsOfWar Sundowner]]. Sundowner was also surprised to find that Metal Face [[spoiler: was a cyborg the whole time, just like him]]. The two plan on going on a joint business venture.
* Certain gods find something [[Creator/NorioWakamoto familiar about his voice]] that makes it hard to completely hate him (provided said gods are not from Bionis).
* Flowey wholeheartedly approves of the Mechon's warpath, and Metal Face is pleased to hear that. [[spoiler:However, he is more interested in the Fallen Child, more specifically, [[EverybodyDiesEnding the path of Genocide]] that leads to them]].
* Due to him mocking Shulk and Dunban about [[spoiler:Fiora's death]] when he was mortal, he has taken interest in the Pantheon/GUAETrollkaiger.
* He sees Ridley as a kindred spirit since they both enjoy all the killing and violence. [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBros They even join right into the fray when they feel like it]].
* Thanks to the events above, Metal Face avoids Vlad III like plague, at least Shulk delivered unto him a normal death, not something that mind-scarring and agonizing! He dreads the day Shulk gets on the good side of Vlad...

** Phoebe: [[Pantheon/SpeechNtoZ Scott Steiner]]
* Complicated Relationship: [[Pantheon/WitchesAndWizards Sabrina Spellman]]
* A temple resembling a small house from San Francisco is the home of the Halliwell sisters, consisting of Piper, Phoebe and Paige. All three sisters were the daughters of Patty Halliwell, though in Paige's case she was the result of an extramarital affair. Their mother tragically died in their childhood, leaving them to the care of their grandmother. It was shortly after her death that they discovered that they were descendants of the Warren line of witches and that if three of them existed they can conjure the Power of Three, the most powerful form of magic in their world. [[spoiler:Prue was the oldest of the sisters with Phoebe being the youngest. Her tragic death forced Piper and Phoebe to find a new long lost sister; Paige Matthews.]] Together, they continued where their mother left off and vanquish demons and warlocks who threaten others.
** When they applied for ascension, the title they received was a rather embarrassing one. The Court of the Gods noticed how many times the witches tried to use their powers for personal gain... only to fail all the same. The three accepted the offer in stride, but figured that they can at least teach their followers not to repeat their mistakes. There were still a couple caveats with their ascension. For one, many gods were not happy with their treatment of Cole Turner's attempts to do good. While he did end up being evil, many good-aligned gods believed they could have done more to redeem him. Phoebe and Paige also received accusations of [[TookALevelInJerkass jerkiness]] and {{idio|tBall}}cy respectively. Nevertheless, they gained enough support to all their stay.
* As the three sisters deal with evil magic users on a daily basis, they became familiar with the work of Quan Chi, God of [[BlackMagic Profane Magic]]. The Outworld resident decided to dispose of the newcomers himself. While he gained the upper hand, he was forced to retreat when they used the Power of Three. His new mission is to separate the sisters so that he can pick them off one by one. Cashing in on a favor, he managed to convince Shang Tsung to do the task. Disguised as Phoebe, he sought to steal the soul of Piper first when she least suspected it. Thankfully, Phoebe's premonition was able to sniff out the attempt.
* Among those most familiar with their work is Willow, ally of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. While the redhead has been around longer, she nevertheless was a big fan of their arrival. Likewise, the sisters believed that Buffy's popularity helped convince others to look into their stories. The two series even had respectable comic book runs. It wouldn't take much to get the sisters to help out the Scoobies. The Winchester brothers were also happy to see them in the Pantheon proper. Their series debuted the year before ''Charmed'' ended. [[ChivalrousPervert Dean's disappointment at the three's unavailability aside]], the two groups have an amiable relationship. The brothers appreciate the extra firepower that the sisters provide.
* The three had a tumultuous time when it came to relationships, but all three sisters eventually found loving husbands for themselves. Samantha just had to invite them all over to dinner. The Charmed Ones were initially nervous, knowing Samantha's whimsy tendencies, but the dinner itself turned out to be a fun experience. The only issue being a couple of Quan Chi's followers thought it would be a good idea to crash the party on their own. [[CurbStompBattle They were swiftly thrashed afterwards.]]
* While not in the Hall of Witches and Wizards, they made sure to feel at home there, though they had to get used to the terminology being based on gender instead of morality, all with the caveat of dealing with allies and enemies alike:
** The sisters love Zatanna's style as well as practical use of her powers as a magician. In a way, they wish they could have though of using their powers that way. Also side with Rinoa as their heritage works somewhat similarly. Their powers pass down genetically while Rinoa's come from her species. Meanwhile, they seek to contain the menace that is Nine the Phantom, though they did promise Jubei to keep her alive for him to try and redeem her.
** It was revealed that Piper helped secure the [[Film/TheWizardOfOz ruby slippers]] Dorothy used to get back home. In response, the Wicked Witch of the West decided to pay her a visit, demanding to know where they were. Piper responded by [[TimeStandsStill freezing her in place]] and sending her on her merry way.
** Don't know what to make of Sabrina Spellman. In a way, she reminds them of their younger selves... especially in the ways she tried to make personal gains out of her powers... to the same amount of success. They hope to teach her how to make better use of her powers.
* Got a bit nervous when they found out that Freya was in the Pantheon. Thankfully, this Freya hails from a more traditional form of Valhalla than the beach island hidden by magic that they're familiar with, and isn't one for kidnapping living heroes to maintain secrecy, so no need to fear a repeat of a certain incident where Leo was given to the Valkyries and kept as a champion to test their warriors.
* Exclusive to Piper:
** It was initially thought that her powers involved slowing down time, but it was later revealed that she actually freezes the molecules in one's body. It would explain how her other ability involves combusting her enemies in flames. It makes her one of the toughest magical beings to approach in a direct fight, to the point she's been called the most powerful witch in her universe (at least in terms of offense). That said, it is possible to resist the effects and the Power of Three is still preferable when push comes to shove. Piper is also prone to be over reliant on her abilities, as she has the least experience fighting hand-to-hand.
** Was glad of her adept chef skills, as they came in handy later when it came to making potions. She remains the best sister in that regard.
* Exclusive to Phoebe:
** The unassuming Phoebe may lack any offensive abilities but she makes up for it in other ways. For one, she can gaze into the future, which makes tracking easier while making it difficult for anyone to add her. She also learned how to fight before she got her powers. This and the fact that she has the highest resistance against magic makes her a formidable adversary against mages. Phoebe also gained the ability to levitate which only adds to her fighting prowess.
** Before Paige, it was Phoebe who was the rebellious little child, notoriously nicknamed 'Freebie' for her [[ReallyGetsAround sexual escapades]]. Luckily, those days are behind her and she wants things to stay that way.
** Believe it or not, Phoebe, along with Prue, actually defeated two WCW wrestlers including Scott Steiner in a match once, in the midst of saving an old flame of Prue's from being turned into a demon via a conversion academy the WCW guys helped with. Steiner still remembers being pinned into that hellhole, but after seeing Phoebe again in the Pantheon he thought it would be more worth his time to turn her into one of his freaks than to try to kill her. Either way she remains disgusted with Big Poppa Pump, calling him an ignorant meathead who only thinks about sating his own lust and ego and that he's the last thing she wants in a man. Her husband Coop then showed up and she began singing his praises as a considerate, caring man who's all about love. Steiner then acknowledged that she's "one of those girls that like romance," so instead offered Phoebe and Coop a chance to wrestle him two-on-one, or even one-on-one if only one of them wanted to go in which case they could use their powers. Phoebe declined the idea of taking him on for sport, saying it would only be worth her time if he got involved with demons again, but that she would vanquish him as one if it came to that. Surprisingly, the Genetic Freak nonchalantly accepted the cold shoulder and walked away, but she's still watching out in case he gets in one of his mercurial fits and tries to attack her husband.
* Exclusive to Paige:
** Contrary to her rebel past, she was HappilyAdopted to loving parents prior to their deaths. It was then that she discovered her true potential. There were worries that being the SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute would bring down the show. Instead, her arrival would mark the Golden Age for the series, avoiding the fate of bring TheScrappy of the series.
** Paige developed telekinesis from former member Prue, but with some differences. Namely, she can only teleport objects into her grasp through orbs of light, similar to how Whitelighters teleport themselves. She has later learned to make more creative uses for these powers. She also gained some Whitelighter abilities such as orbing, hovering and even healing. This is due to the fact that [[spoiler:she was conceived from Patty's affair with her own Whitelighter]].
** It could be said that she had the same issue with the Mother in gaining popularity in a show well into its run. Nevertheless, both succeeded in their roles. It also helped that Paige helped her fend off some troll followers of [[Pantheon/GUAETrollkaiger Trollkaiger]]. The two became friends shortly afterwards.

* Receives Interest From: [[Pantheon/{{Cultures}} General Nikita Dragovich]]
* An officer in the Germanian Army's special unit, Lt. Colonel Arnold Berkman is a rather amoral individual. First introduced spying for the Germanian Army in the neutral nation of Westlia alongside his subordinate Rickert, it turns out he has a completely different objective from the Germanian soldiers accompanying him on the train. Placed within a special capsule is a girl who is later revealed to be the witch Izetta. Due to the classified nature of both the capsule and Izetta herself, Berkman ends up killing his own subordinates [[HeKnowsTooMuch for knowing too much]]. Unfortunately for him, Izetta, with help from Fine, later escaped from the capsule during a transport flight to Neu-Berlin. Worse still, Izetta sided with Eylstadt and soon began taking out entire divisions of men, planes, and tanks, crippling the Germanian Invasion Force.
* The Kaiser, having believed his soldiers' tales of a flying girl tossing tanks aside like toys, immediately called to Berkman and the rest of the Germanian Army's special unit. He gave them the objective of looking for any weaknesses in the new White Witch's powers, and for a way to take Eylstadt's new hero down. For this, he allocated to them an unlimited budget, and access to the Germanian Army's design division facilities in Neu-Berlin. Sure enough, Berkman and his men did their jobs quite well, managing to uncover long lost secrets regarding the original White Witch of Eylstadt from a combination of archaeological sites found within Germania, to analyzing Izetta's fighting styles and potential weaknesses from observing her in combat against Germanian forces. This ultimately ended in Berkman and his compatriots helping to create a perfect clone of the White Witch of Eylstadt Sophie, who without second thought sided with the Germanian Empire once fully revived, in order to exact {{revenge}} on the country that had once betrayed her and left her to die.
* With Sophie's help, the Germanian Army easily overran the Eylstadt defenses, crippled and briefly captured Izetta, and finally captured Landsbruck, the capital of Eylstadt. For his contribution to the Germanian war effort, Berkman was given a promotion to Lt. Colonel. However, the Kaiser, having already seen him outlive his usefulness, "reassigned" the newly-promoted Lt. Colonel to be part of the Germanian occupation force in Landsbruck, in order to uncover any remaining secrets relating to the White Witch and Izetta. Working with the Empire's SS, he helped them one last time in attempting to capture Archduchess Fine. However, knowing the SS had orders to execute him once he fully outlived his usefulness, Berkman made on step ahead and ended up killing his SS compatriots first. With no other choice, he ended up being forced to aid his Eylstadt captors in infiltrating a conference in Westria between the Allied Forces and Germanians. However, after being discovered by his former compatriot Basler, he ended up [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere fleeing his captors and former countrymen]] [[DirtyCoward out of a desire to survive]]...only to end up getting shot in the eye by Basler. However, it is revealed he survived, was captured by the United States of Atlanta, and ultimately [[KarmaHoudini escaped any severe punishments]]...[[DownplayedTrope save for the loss of his right eye.]]
* In the Pantheon, the Nazi leadership under Johann Schmidt, realizing that advanced technology and wonder weapons alone won't be enough to win their renewed war against the Western Allies and Soviets, elects to summon a new "Champion" capable of combatting even the most powerful deities that the Allies have to offer, and maybe even finally kill many of the non-aligned monsters also hampering their operations.
** To achieve this, Schmidt ends up recruiting several of HYDRA's best spies and assassins, and sends them to scout alternate versions of WWII-era Germany to look for an ideal candidate. One of these agents, Heinz Kruger, ends up in Berkman's home universe. He ends up infiltrating both the governments of the Germanian Empire and the United States of Atlanta, posing as a DoubleAgent for either side, but keeping his true allegiances secret from the rest of that world. Through the chaos of the immediate postwar period of this universe, Kruger manages to recover surviving documents, photographs, and even blood and DNA samples from the ruins of the Neu-Berlin facility. Among the artifacts recovered by Kruger was one half of the Magic Stone, a red PowerCrystal that allowed Sophie unlimited use of her magic regardless of location, which was found off the coast of northern Thermydor. After successfully sending the recovered intel back to the Pantheon, Kruger heads to the United States of Atlanta, where he manages to find and eventually convince Berkman to come with him, telling him that the US of this world will simply toss him aside once they have what they need from him, and that the organization Kruger works for can not only guarantee his safety and asylum, but also reinstate his rank and command. Berkman ultimately agrees, and leaves Atlanta with Kruger in tow.
* Upon their arrival back in the Pantheon, Schmidt greets the former Germanian officer, telling him that he is a huge fan of his and the Germanian Empire's work. The Skull then gets straight to the point: help him and HYDRA bring the White Witch Sophie into the Pantheon, in exchange for everything Kruger had said to Berkman prior. Berkman agrees, but also tells the HYDRA Leader that, in order to get Sophie to fully side with their cause, they must also bring the Principality of Eylstadt into the Pantheon as well, as Sophie's main wish and goal is to see that country destroyed by her hand, something she had failed to accomplish in their universe. Schmidt agrees, seeing the alternate Austria as free real estate for the growing Reich. Schmidt then keeps his end of the bargain, not only restoring Berkman's rank of Lt. Colonel, but even giving him a new right eye, and his own squad of Valkyrie Jager troops to accompany him. He also provides Berkman with an unlimited budget and access to HYDRA's best equipment and resources.
* With a final plan settled, Berkman begins working alongside his Nazi German counterparts in recreating the White Witch once more. While initially lacking the actual machinery needed to begin the cloning process, thanks to Heinz Kruger's earlier actions in Germania, top Nazi scientists like Dr. Arnim Zola and Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse are able to create their own versions of the cloning technology through the help of the captured documents and photographs. In fact, the machines they end up producing prove to be more efficient, no thanks to having experience with similar experiments prior, as well as the Pantheon having more advanced cloning technology that HYDRA can simply pilfer and reverse engineer.
* In order to ensure the cloning process is improved and perfected from the Germanian Empire's own, Berkman begins spying on various other deities and houses, specifcially those housing the aforementioned cloning technology, those that house witches similar to both Izetta and Sophie, and those housing researchers similar to Berkman himself. Luckily for him, there are plenty of all three in the Pantheon.
** The Hall of Clones and Counterparts provide the Lt. Colonel some much needed lessons with regards to cloning, specficially in the case of Bizarro and the Grineer. Wanting to avoid the CloneDegeneration of the latter and the distortions of the former, Berkman makes it a point for the planned "perfect" clone of Sophie to be given access to as much witch's blood as possible. While a vial of Izetta's blood is already in HYDRA's possession which would allow Sophie to regain her genetic memories, in order for Sophie to regain her full strength and powers, more vials of witch's blood would potentially be required. This is easier said than done, however, as, while there are dozens if not hundreds of witches to choose from, very few, if any of them, would be willing to provide someone morally bankrupt working for an evil organization even just one drop of blood.
** Fortunately for the Germanian officer, he manages to find the perfect candidate willing to offer blood to HYDRA's cause, one that had, in fact, been observed by the organization for some time: Tanya von Degurechaff. Using his Germanian Empire affiliation, he's able to become one of her political allies and close friends in the Pantheon, even telling her about the White Witch that had been very similar to Tanya herself. Eventually, he manages to convince Tanya to help a fellow Imperial, and she willingly provides him vials of her own blood, in exchange for the Nazis and HYDRA providing to her some of their own research and technology. With this, he now has the knowledge, experience, and tools needed to recreate the Weiss Hexe cloning project in the Pantheon.
* Unlike most members and affiliates of HYDRA who have no issue working or serving alongside members of the SS, the same cannot be said for the Lt. Colonel. In his universe, the SS, the personal StateSec enforcing Kaiser Otto's will, ended up betraying and nearly killed him. It's for this reason he has a shaky relationship with members of the organization, and would rather work with fellow Army officers instead, such as General Franz Vahlen or Major Erwin Konig. On the other hand, while also [[{{Ghostapo}} involved in researching the supernatural for the Germanian Empire]], he's rather conflicted regarding the Nazis with supernatural ties. On one hand, while he does dislike their affiliations with the SS, he does end up sharing his research both with Milleneum and the ascended members of the LDO. In fact, both organizations become interested in the revival of the White Witch project for their own personal reasons, Milleneum wanting to use Sophie to help spread further conflict in the Pantheon, and the latter for unspecified agendas. So much so, that they also lend their help in the project personally, even providing additional funding to the cloning technology.
* In addition to aiding the Nazis in their plan to bring forth a new "Champion", Berkman also aids several of the Nazis' and HYDRA's archaeological expeditions, he himself having helped uncover the full story of the White Witch Legend in his universe. Working alongside people such as Dr. Rene Belloq and HYDRA scientist Werner Reinhardt, he helps them analyze various ancient artifacts, myths, and legends found in the Pantheon, helping them to decipher the true meaning and nature of these other tales of old. Among the Lt. Colonel's favorite passtimes is to watch the ''WebVideo/BedtimeStoriesYoutubeChannel'' series, having become interested in the show's hosts, and their numerous episodes showcasing, among other things, ancient Nazi conspiracies and wonderweapons, as well as tales of aliens/monsters that could possibly have roamed the Earth. Through watching each episode once, he's able to decipher most of the stories, and finds out the truth behind many of them, even anonymously sending messages to Richard While, telling the British narrator that he's thankful for entertaining him in his free time.
* Unfortunately for Berkman, news of his ascension and existence in the Pantheon is eventually found out by Allied intelligence, who think he's part of a [[StupidJetpackHitler wonder weapons project]], which, technically, is true. The problem is that the Allies are partially WrongGenreSavvy, immediately assuming that "Projekt Weiss Hexe", as it is now called, is related to some sort of jet aircraft or missile project similar to the weapons and vehicles developed by General Heinz Böhm. Unlike the Allied Forces of his universe, who were willing to take him in in exchange for military secrets, the Allied Forces in the Pantheon aren't so forgiving. In fact, Lt. Karl Fairburne and Lt. Mike Powell, two OSS agents often working behind German lines, are tasked with either capturing him, or killing him and gathering any important intel he's currently holding, in order to decipher the true nature of "Weiss Hexe". Berkman himself becomes interested in the Super Soldier serum after Schmidt tells him about it's existence and what it does to those who take it. To this end, he contemplates on giving Sophie's new clone the serum, seeing it as a possible solution to the CloneDegeneration the one the Germanian Empire version of her suffered from, with it's HealingFactor preventing any death from magic overuse, and boosting her physical strength and intelligence even more. Again, with help from Schmidt, Zola, and Kruger, Berkman begins researching on Dr. Erskine, the creator of the original doses of the serum, and one of the men responsible for Captain America's creation. He even contemplates taking the serum himself, knowing that as a regular human he would stand no chance in physical combat against more powerful deities.
* Due to Berkman's access to multiple wonder weapons projects, Soviet General Nikita Dragovich also ends up interested in recruiting, capturing, or killing Berkman and stealing his research. To this end, the Soviet General deploys Spetsnaz troopers against him, with plans on raiding his known locations for anything relating to "Weiss Hexe", which Dragovich also hopes to use against his own enemies not unlike with Project Nova.
* With Berkman's existence gradually becoming more known, the Germanian Lt. Colonel also ends up becoming the target of interest for a couple of deities out to deliver the punishment he had successfully escaped in his universe. These two deities are Nemesis and Spectre, who have dedicated themselves to punishing people like Berkman. The Lt. Colonel himself isn't surprised at this development, and makes measures to protect himself, stepping up his personal security when in friendly territory, and moving incognito through the Pantheon as much as possible in both hostile and neutral territories.

* Once just a common criminal in Camden County, Earl Hickey was hit by a bus after winning the lottery through a ticket he brought with stolen money. Afterwards, he saw a interview with Carson Daily and learned about karma, well, a simple version of it. He then made a list of all the bad things he ever done so that he could make amends. And surprising, it worked as his life has gotten better. But if he ever stray far from the good path, Karma is ready to bitch slap him back in line.
* When Earl ascended, he was baffled at the fact there were certain deities who [[KarmaHoudini some how escape karma's wrath]]. Especially those who have done far worst then what ever He ever committed as a criminal. However, he thought that meant Karma sent him here to act as "karma's fist" and punish them.
** Opposes the most is Obito Uchiha who many feel got off easy despite what he done.
* Was sadden when he found deities who did nothing wrong but had [[TheWoobie worst luck in life for one reason or another]]. Shinji Ikari in perticular who seems to be the [[CosmicPlaything cosmos' plaything]] and no matter what he does, it will always go wrong. Because of this, he tends to hang out with these type of deities and give them some small dose of good karma.
* The pantheon found a very interesting fact about Earl; get him drunk enough, and he be able to dance the robot. It happens more often after becoming friends with Homer Simpson as they go to Moe's bar.
* Actually completed his list in the mortal realm and was able to sell the rights of his experiance and it was made into a movie. The House of Theater are trying to find a copy of the film and find out how his journey ended.
* When Earl ascended, there were reports of a portly man trying to enter the pantheon. Turns out it was his brother, Randy. The Court of the Gods allowed Randy to enter as Earl's herald since with out Him, he wouldn't be able to complete his list.
* As a reformed criminal, Earl pretty much oppose most deities in the House of Crime. However, he is friends with the more lighter shade criminals like Isaac and Miria. He also likes to be with Robin Hood who steals from the rich to give to the poor.
** Earl also doesn't care too much with Mr. Burns as he is reminded of Chubby, another mean rich person.
* It came to a surprise that there are a few other people who had to deal with bad luck throughout their lives. There was one boy who lives with bad luck throughout his life. As such, Milo Murphy has to be prepared at all times. The boy gave Earl some equipment to deal with his own karma.
* Even though Earl is in the straight and narrow, he has done some bad things in the pantheon, by accident. Like accidently crashing the Batmobile and using Uncle Scrooge's lucky dime to buy a can of soda. He always makes it right in the end however.

* Hans Landa was one of Hitler's best agents. A member of the SS, he was known as "the Jew Hunter" for his ability to hunt and find Jews, stating this is because he doesn't simply hate them and can think like them. He was an important figure in helping the Nazis fight the Basterds and could easily detect a liar, however he's hardly a zealot of their ideology and at his core he's an opportunist. When the winds turned against him he would collaborate with their plan to assassinate the Nazi high command, under the conditions that [[WrittenByTheWinners he would be whitewashed in the history books and his own crimes ignored]], with him retiring to Nantucket Island. [[AlternateHistory The assassination worked]], and Hans would go on to solve a series of murders as an amateur master detective. Of course, Lt. Aldo Raine refused to let him get away scot-free, [[LoopholeAbuse and while he couldn't kill him there was another method of inflicting karma]]. [[MarkOfShame Something he couldn't take off]]...so a swatiska was carved in his forehead, branding him as a Nazi. He will constantly be afraid of what people will say about or do to him in response.
* Could be described [[NoHistoricalFiguresWereHarmed as a less influential but just as Machiavellian Reinhard Heydrich]], [[ExpyCoexistence something he's remarked on]]. He was just as ruthless and cold-blooded, though rather than be assassinated he managed to do what many folded into Operation Paperclip achieved. A KarmaHoudini [[KarmaHoudiniWarranty albeit not entirely]], Hans Landa [[LoveToHate has been well-remembered as a villain]] and so he was in consideration for a position in the Trope Pantheon. As he would get a special punishment via LoopholeAbuse, despite his earnest attempts to escape justice, TheVillainMustBePunished was decided for him. Personally Hans considers being in the Trope Pantheon a punishment; he's now in an environment where [[ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight people will refuse to let him off the hook despite the arrangement he got]]. And the Basterds are waiting for the moment he slips up [[PayEvilUntoEvil to go all out on him]]. [[Pantheon/BetrayalAndTreachery Starscream]] has quipped that he should expect to visit his house a fair bit since he's not going to get much trust from the evil gods either.
* Hans' ascension was among the ascended Nazis, seen as contentious. He was involved in Hitler, Goebbels, Goering and other Nazi high command's assassination in his universe, proving himself perfectly willing to abandon the ideology if it's for his benefit. However, few if any of the high-ranking Nazis that ascended ever held genuine loyalty to the Fuhrer, and they hold the idea above the man. Despite recognizing him as an opportunist, Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse saw in Hans a man that was still useful to the Nazi party and made it clear that Hans Landa will be offered a handsome reward for ensuring the ascended Nazi's triumph...but he's on thin ice and [[FateWorseThanDeath he will wish for the Basterds if he pulls the same turncoat stunt on them]]. Hans Landa was reluctant to agree with this, but ultimately did so as his reputation precedes him, or in other words he already had so many angry eyes on him that siding with the Nazis again would increase his allies list.
* The Red Skull has quite the love-hate relationship with Hans Landa. Though he makes no secret [[TheStarscream he sought to become Fuhrer]], he's usually written as a genuine believer so he doesn't respect Hans' "flip-flopping". And Adolf Hitler was not just his personal idol, but arguably [[ParentalSubstitute a second father]]. However he cannot help but respect Hans' cunning and effectiveness, citing that if he held genuine conviction and loyalty in the cause [[VillainousFriendship they would be close friends]]. Landa respects the Skull's determination and own cunning, however [[EvenEvilHasStandards he is not a fan of]] his BadBoss tendencies. Amoral he may be, [[AFatherToHisMen Col Landa has affection for his adjutant]] and was outraged to see the Basterds shoot him. The Skull gave him a positive review to HYDRA, admitting he'll fit their organization as a detective and intelligent agent like a glove. Since HYDRA is more broadly authoritarian than its Nazi roots, they are a lot more accepting of him. The various Waffen soldiers and groups in the Hall of Enemies are rather distrustful of Hans, but they are quite open to him proving himself. [[AFatherToHisMen Hans cares for his subordinates]] and coupled with his excellent charisma and communication skills, serving under him is a ''market'' improvement to [[BadBoss serving under the Skull]].
* While he is seem with skepticism by many Nazi deities, along with those tied to and working with the Nazis, there are some that get along with him swimmingly and overlook his {{Turncoat}} actions. Franz Vahlen has his own ambitions independent of Rommel and Hitler, and he plans to become Fuhrer himself. As a general he can give aid to Hans in areas he's lacking. General Heinz Bohm is a cunning [[TheMole mole]] who met with the two over some strudel, pointing out he is well-aware the pantheon's Nazi elite has their own internal power plays and schemes for and against one another, so the fact they're able to be friendly with one another will likely be a boon. They've met privately to discuss assassination plans on some of their own allies in case they prove to be a "liability", the details of which are a tight-knit secret but nothing out of the ordinary for the Nazis more skeptical of Hans. For now, at worst Hans Landa is a reliable traitor. He's still got significantly more respect than the Four Libertines, as while the Waffen-SS aided and guarded them they're considered degenerate, [[EvenEvilHasStandards and not from a racist perspective either]]. Hans will give them asylum [[TheFriendNobodyLikes but doesn't enjoy their company one bit]].
* On the other side of the proverbial coin, there are those that Hans Landa is quite critical of. He is flabbergasted that Millennium is still given the go ahead by the more traditional Nazis, pointing out they're insane. [[HypocrisyNod Yes he's aware he's not exactly a loyalist to the cause]], but he's not wrong feeling Mr "[[AxCrazy I like]] [[BloodKnight war]]" might be more trouble than they're worth. Adjacent to the cause, there's Sergey Taboritsky and the Aryan Brotherhood, who he's glad aren't proper associates due to how off their gourd they are. He's surprised the OTL Sergey was allowed to be part of the Nazi party, citing [[BoomerangBigot he's a Russian monarchist with a Jewish mother]]. Pointing this out only caused the Blessed Regent to go on a rant of "[[MadnessMantra I AM NOT A JEW I AM NOT CAIN!!]]" On a lighter note, he's bothered by the attention that Cartman has given him. Cartman thinks he's "super kewl" and wants to be involved, albeit with some cognitive dissonance to ignore the fact he helped with Hitler's assassination in his timeline. Col Landa accurately finds him an annoying little brat and doesn't want his attention. On yet another note, back when he had an idealized view of the Nazis Jojo Betzler used to admire Hans as being this cool and stylish figure, but the Nazis have become a major BrokenPedestal and he now wishes never to become like him. Col Landa sees this as more of a shame than anything, though he muses [[MinionWithAnFInEvil he never really had the stomach for it]].
* It is debatable as to how much of a PoliticallyIncorrectVillain he is, as his affinity for Nazi ideology is debatable. He compares Jews to rats, but unlike other Nazis this is not meant to be an insult. Rather, it's a weird, if offensive compliment as he points out that rats are resourceful and cunning animals. He's very good at rooting out Jewish families in hiding, so this and his other crimes prevent him from being seen as anything other than an enemy by Jewish deities. And for those that directly suffered under Nazi oppression like Sophie and Magneto, no amount of FauxAffablyEvil charm would dissuade them from wanting to cave his skull in. As Magneto was able [[PayEvilUntoEvil to give a personal vengeance to Red Skull]], a punishment so bad [[IgnoredEpiphany he almost ended up rethinking his life]], the "Jew hunter" lives in fear of what he might do to him. One non-Jew that Col Landa is on red alert for is B.J. Blazkowicz, though he does hold some VillainRespect for him; his crusade against the Nazis is one that rivals, if not even surpasses his arch-enemies, the Basterds.
* Many feel that the Basterds "went easy on him", though that's only because they could not afford to kill him. The Phantom Thieves of Heart don't plan to kill him, but they do plan to make him actually re-evaluate his life [[HeelFaceBrainwashing by stealing his heart, and thus force him to feel guilt for his actions]]. Landa muses "I wonder if [[FateWorseThanDeath I'd prefer execution]]...not that I'd ever want to test that, of course". Night Raid considers him someone to go after for his crimes regardless of red tape. Light Yagami plans to write his name in the Death Note, [[KnightTemplar though with less savory motives than most out for his blood]]. Hans Landa has rightly surmised that [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist his goals are more about power and pride than serving justice]], insulting him by saying "[[NotSoDifferentRemark I feel you would fit quite well with fascism if you were in the forties]]". And of course, there are the many Allied soldiers of WWII who want his head due to being a Nazi SS agent, even if it's not on the same PayEvilUntoEvil level as the Basterds. For bonus points the Red Viper of Dorne wants him to pay, as he's incensed by how he got away for the most part even if he had a karmic punishment.
* Most Allied soldiers still think it's BS that he managed to make a deal. It doesn't matter how ideological he is, he is a Nazi and even if the other Nazis refused to take him back, he would still be no less of a Nazi. The UsefulNotes/{{OSS}}, the very organization that spawned the Basterds, counts Lt. Patterson, Powell, and Manon Batiste among their members. Patterson and Powell have noted that Hans is [[EvilCounterpart a Nazi foil to them]]; they're highly intelligent and skilled officers serving as part of their countries' respective elite units. Manon Batiste sees Col Landa's actions as hitting close to home as she's a French Resistance fighter that personally fought members of the Waffen-SS. She even infiltrating their castle in Wewelsburg, Germany, stopping members of the SS from blowing up Paris during the Liberation of the city of light in 1944. She also personally killed a Resistance DoubleAgent who was working with the Waffen-SS. Whatever prejudices he may have, Hans is no fool and considers her one a formidable enemy.
* Lt Fairburne has been ordered by the UsefulNotes/{{SOE}}[[note]]the British equivalent of the OSS[[/note]], who he worked with during the Battle of Berlin, to capture and interrogate him for information. With his disgust and contempt for the Nazis as a whole, he'd trust a hungry shark before he'd trust Hans. To bring out the fear of God in Hans he's got a close associate of the Basterds on the phone; Private Robert Zussman, of US 1st Infantry Division. A German Jew captured by the Waffen-SS during Battle of the Bulge, forced to become a laborer, tortured, starved, beaten, and nearly executed by an SS officer? Yeah, you'd get why he'd, [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle to paraphrase]] [[Pantheon/RegretAndShame Omni-Man]], want to make Col Landa eat his own heart. Right behind him is [[Pantheon/MilitaryTechnology the Crew of the Fury]], who fought members of the Waffen-SS during the Battle of Germany in April 1945 (so around Hitler's death OTL). Their leader and tank commander Sgt. "Wardaddy" Collier in particular hates the Waffen-SS (implied to be due to the Malmedy Massacre that was committed by the 1st SS Panzer Division), and doesn't hesitate to execute their officers in cold blood as revenge, especially if said officers are guilty of murdering children and old men who refuse to fight for the dying Nazi regime.
* Hans Landa has a friendship with [[ANaziByAnyOtherName the somewhat but not quite Nazi]] Arnold Berkman. Major of the Germanian army's special unit, Berkman is a cunning figure who is ultimately more of an opportunist [[ItsAllAboutMe who's loyalty is to Numero Uno]], and got away unscathed. He's even more of a KarmaHoudini than Hans, [[EyeScream though he would lose an eye]]. The two enjoy swapping stories and participating in the finer things in life. Orson Krennic is another friend of Hans, as he's a well-dressed and [[FauxAffablyEvil superficially friendly]] fascist. They have different specialties though, as Hans is more of a detective/intelligence agent and Krennic develops military technology. [[Pantheon/OutlooksOnLife Tarkin]] was disappointed by their friendship as he had hoped to associate with Col Landa, but his own heated rivalry with Krennic causes just too much friction for that to be the case anymore. On the flip side, the obvious similarities with the Germanian army's ideology makes him a clear as day enemy of Archduchess Eylstadt as she' been subject to captivity and threats from the Germanian Empire. Coupled with his reputation and friendship with Berkman, she instantly hated him. By extension, Izetta hates him due to his association with the Nazis and HYDRA, who have tried to experiment on her following her ascension into the Pantheon.

* After more than a dozen years spent robbing other criminals, and thus gaining a reputation as one of the most badass and notorious criminals to ever walk the streets of Baltimore, his [[DroppedABridgeOnHim surprisingly sudden death]] sent shockwaves throughout the underworld. No one could believe that he died in such a mundane manner, and a GossipEvolution effect began, making his already legendary deeds even more amazing, turning his death into an epic LastStand, and his name became worshipped by street criminals for a generation to come. As [[ShroudedInMyth his legend grew and grew]], it caused his spirit to ascend to the Pantheon.
* Ever the thrill seeker, having the chance to steal from the greatest criminals of all time only excited Omar, and now he eagerly pits both his clever schemes and ruthless brand of FlawExploitation against some of the most successful criminals in history. Even immortal [[DiabolicalMastermind Criminal Masterminds]] with the powers of gods have learned to be afraid when they hear someone shout "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmtuRRhtGQw Omar Comin'!]]"
** ''[[MemeticMutation Oh indeed]]''. It's even gotten to the point that he once went to the House of Food for [[TrademarkFavoriteFood some Honey Nut Cheerios]] in nothing but a turquoise silk bathrobe and pajamas. Just the sight of him walking around, even in that getup, caused everyone within a fifty foot radius to run for the hills. And ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40Uf_bk-iqk he wasn't armed]]''.
* Never does any crime on Sunday Mornings, and makes time time to go to church with his grandmother (who raised him as a child) once a month. He is also famous for [[WouldNotShootACivilian refusing to ever steal from or harm someone who is not involved in the criminal underworld]], and for [[FriendToAllChildren his fondness for/generosity towards children]]. If anyone claims to be a follower of his and violates those principles or harms children in any way, Omar's wrath will be swift and merciless. As such, he is a valuable ally with more benevolent deities in the House of Crime as well as a thorn to others. Getting on his good side could make the difference for a new deity if they want to have a good time in the Pantheon. Oddly enough, this has all gained him some sympathizers from the House of Faith, as well as the respect of Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner. As he says:
-->'''Omar:''' [[EvenEvilHasStandards A man has got to have a code.]]
* Out of the main three gods, he is most amiable towards Carmen Sandiego who he finds as charming, even if he doesn't [[StraightGay swing that way]]. He refuses to do business with Moriarty and is not above helping detectives foil his plans. With that said, Moriarty has done a good job of making sure not to get into Omar's crosshairs or to make things personal between them, resulting in both Moriarty and Omar seeing Omar's raids and Moriarty's counter strategies as [[NothingPersonal just business]], or "It's all in the Game", as Omar would put it. Omar is said to be somewhat indifferent to Jack Sparrow, because while the two have occasionally found the other to be useful business partners, Jack's piracy is simply a very different criminal specialty from Omar's urban based street crime.
* Out of those in the House of Crime, his favorite target is Walter White. The drug maker has revolutionized the industry, keeping clients high and addicted, thus making Walter a very rich man... and a lucrative target. Omar has been ruthless in robbing Walter's street level dealers and raiding the safe houses where Walter's famous blue meth is stored so he can profit from it himself. White has tried to retaliate with equal force, but Omar is notoriously difficult to track down, and even hardened mob assassins [[TheDreaded have been known to balk at the prospect of getting into a gang war with Omar Little]].
-->'''Omar:''' Frankly, when you been in it as long as me, you do the thing on your name.\
'''Detective [=McNulty=]:''' Anybody who's gonna come after Omar, they gonna know that [[TheHunterBecomesTheHunted Omar is gonna be coming after him]].\
'''Omar:''' Oh, ''indeed''.
* His most famous feud with a figure from outside the House of Crime is undoubtedly Tony Montana. The two have battled each other many times over the years, and the sheer force of will of both individuals means that their confrontations are always brutal, long-lasting, and will always result in the loser vowing to regroup to fight another day.
* He also sees the deities from the ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAuto'' series as a disgrace to the business. With his clout, he has created swathes of territory that his criminal rivals are reluctant to enter or to challenge him, especially since violation of these areas would be met with a harsh reprisal. Trevor Philips in particular has been eager to declare war on the man, which continues to this day.
* On the side of justice, [[Pantheon/LawAndJustice Judge Dredd]] keeps him on a short leash, not really one to use him as an acquaintance. Some others in that House are just as fine with that.
** No matter how much Dirty Harry tries to avoid it, he seems to have a knack with teaming up with Omar Little. He comes in a long line of {{Cowboy Cop}}s that have to team up with criminals in order to catch greater foes. He knows that Omar can be helpful, he just wishes that he and his followers would not end up with them. Anyone who tries to write [[HoYay any subtext with him and Omar]] will earn themselves a bullet to the face.
** At least he has Carmelita to speak about his dealings with criminals as she has to do the same with Sly Cooper.
** Of those who oppose him, Miko has been the most persistent. But without her Paladin powers, capturing the slippery KarmicThief has been difficult.
* Likewise, the Dark Judges savor the thought of hanging Omar for his actions when they get the chance to take over the House of Pantheon/LawAndJustice. Unfortunately for them, Dredd tolerates the thief more than their methods of 'justice', and has been willing to protect Omar from them.
* One of the oddest alliances in the Pantheon has been between Omar Little and Vito Corleone. Omar sees much of the Corleone family business as not truly effecting him or harming his community, and Vito, somewhat surprisingly, has developed a certain fondness for Omar. Given Omar's independent and mercenary operation, Vito Corleone has paid Omar on numerous occasions to either steal from or harass various opponents of the Corleone Family, and Omar has thus far (mostly) refrained from targeting Corleone holdings, both out of respect for Vito's truce with him and due to how lucrative this alliance has been. With that said, Omar does not trust Vito's son Michael. He knows that Michael is more ruthless in his dealings and would turn on someone who gets in his way or [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness outlives their usefulness]] in an instant. Omar has plenty of experience with such types, as for example he frequently worked with [[TheChessmaster Proposition Joe]] (a criminal/drug kingpin [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder to whom double dealing and multi-layered plans are almost as natural as breathing]]) as a mortal man, but he recognizes that Michael is a very different and much less sentimental/honorable sort of criminal than Vito.
* Wholeheartedly supports Robin Hood's thefts, even joining in with the thieves of Norwood Forest.
* Has taken a fond liking to the street rat Aladdin, as Omar also grew up on the streets as a young man with crime as his only choice to avoid going hungry and avoid complete destitution. The Arabian is a bit wary of hanging out with Omar, as Omar has always been much more willing to use force and other harsh methods than Aladdin ever was, but nonetheless Aladdin appreciates the backup.
* Omar has been known to work either alone or coordinating with a small and efficient crew of similarly minded thieves. When working with others, he is known for pulling off especially daring (and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJFr8Q1Tx10 frequently hilarious]]) heists of well guarded and protected targets.
* As charming and sympathetic as Omar is, it's important to note that while he usually avoids killing if possible, he is perfectly capable of being violent and using force in his thefts. On several occasions the first indication a target got that Omar was there and robbing them was [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq-IJ5VGTJ4 a bullet in the leg]] before Omar made a grand entrance. Furthermore, his main motivation is the money - while Omar decided early that robbing innocents left a bad taste in his mouth, he targets drug dealers and crime syndicates in large part because he lived in a WretchedHive, and in such conditions the only people you could guarantee it would be worthwhile to rob were the criminals who were prospering under such conditions. While Omar arguably [[DefaultToGood Defaults to Good]], as he did during a TenMinuteRetirement and certain other occasions, he doesn't rob criminals out of a disgust with crime, but because it's worth his while and he do it without [[UnintentionallyNotoriousCrime accidentally becoming a major target for law enforcement]], a fate that once befell Omar's older brother Anthony.
* Also resides in the House of [[Pantheon/{{Thieves}} Crime And Transgressions]].

* Orson Callan Krennic was the director of the Imperial Military's Advanced Weapons Research, a group designed to develop new weapons for the Empire to use like the virus that sterilized Geonosis. Strong-arming his old friend Galen Erso, he was one of the chief architects of the Death Star. Though Tarkin was in charge, Krennic was determined for it to be recognized for his achievements. Ultimately [[HoistByHisOwnPetard he would die at the hands of his own weapon]], due to his cruel and grandstanding actions backfiring and ultimately allowing the weapon to fall at the Battle of Yavin.
** According to the novelization he spent his last seconds going through the design of the Death Star in his head, then realized the "insignificant" exhaust port Galen insisted on putting in. [[OhCrap Then cursed him before being vaporized]].
* When learning of the internal rivalry between him and Tarkin, [[NiceJobFixingItVillain helping undermine the first Death Star]], Palpatine was furious. Krennic immediately tried to put all the blame on Tarkin, Palpatine responded with Force Lightning on ''both'' of them. While Tarkin got off with "a mere scolding", Palpatine used the Force to throw Krennic around like a rag doll and tell him not to undermine the Empire's superweapons in the Trope Pantheon, or he'd do what he did to the designer Bevel Lemelisk in Legends continuity. That being torture him to death, clone him and keep doing it [[CruelAndUnusualDeath in inventive ways]]. Krennic got the message immediately.
* Above everything, Krennic is ambitious and self-entitled, seeking favor with the Emperor himself. He will do any cruel act if it means [[AmbitionIsEvil he can advance his position]], leading to a bitter rivalry with Tarkin. Unfortunately for him he lacks the charisma and is too much of a SmugSnake to back it up, all while he demands the respect he believes he deserves. He's seen as a lightweight by [[Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfEvil the GUAE]], despite designing the Death Star. He feels a certain kinship with Walder Frey as they are scumbag opportunists who insist on respect [[HateSink and prove totally contemptible]]. Though at the very least Krennic [[VillainousValor is no coward]], something he ribs [[DirtyCoward Frey]] about.
** Insists he is in charge. [[Pantheon/FightingAndCombat Bane]] scoffed at the BigBadWannabe [[Creator/BenMendelsohn who reminds him of John Daggett]], [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3C_BubeBU8E asking if he felt in charge]].
* One of his research team's biggest blunders was Project Blackwing, an attempt to revive necrotic tissue in an experiment to achieve immortality. Instead, it was a virus that created zombies. He seeks to make up for this by researching the Hall of Pantheon/{{Diseases}} and the House Pantheon/UndeadAndPhasmata so he can get the project to work. It hasn't worked, and the Emperor has warned him not to waste his time with the defunct project. The Hall of Pantheon/{{Healers}} have nothing good to say about this or the biological weapons he helped develop.
* He hopes to control [[Pantheon/ObsceneActions the Infested]] as it's a pretty versatile bio-weapon that can infect robots and ships along with people. He also wants to try his hand at modifying [[Pantheon/SpecializedNarratives Gore and Shagaru Magala's Frenzy Virus]]. It hasn't gone anywhere.
* Further incensed at Palpatine's preference for Tarkin, Krennic entertained outlandish ambitions he could one-up the Stormtroopers. How? By studying and experimenting with the Grineer for better Clone Troopers. This hasn't worked out for him either. Decided instead to focus on taking out [[Pantheon/{{Siblings}} Leia Organa]] and [[Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} Luke Skywalker]] since they took out the Death Star. He was surprised at how pissed [[PapaWolf Vader]] was at this and his defection [[Film/ReturnOfTheJedi four years after Krennic's death]]. Though at least it means he wouldn't have to answer to him anymore.
* Upon seeing the Death Star fully operational in the Pantheon , he immediately tried to get control of it. Tarkin rebuffed him, fueling his hatred of the man. He died knowing that by Tarkin killing him, it meant he wouldn't know of the weakness and at the very least could take comfort in the Moff signing his own death warrant. Palpatine told him to stop acting like a child and fix the exhaust port, pronto. Probably after he shouted to Tarkin [[Memes/RogueOne they were standing on HIS achievement, not Tarkin's]].
* Seeks to make a superweapon on his own accord. Something just like the Death Star, but more effective and can only be credited to him. He was interested in Abaddon for this reason, however, it begins and ends with the superweapons. The Galactic Empire is about [[LawfulEvil enforcing order]], [[ChaosIsEvil not the insanity of Chaos]]. Marvin's planet-destroying dynamite was intriguing because of its comical simplicity for a doomsday device, but [[EveryoneHasStandards even Krennic thinks his motives to destroy Earth are "cartoonishly petty"]]. Besides, [[AwesomeButImpractical he prefers style over substance]].
* Sees the destruction brought upon by the Death Star onto Jedha as "beautiful", and wished he could've lived long enough to see Alderaan destroyed. He was fascinated by Mogo due to being a planet with a Green Lantern ring and hoped to unravel its mysteries to create something far more devastating than the Empire's superweapon. The Empire feels Mogo is a major threat to their superweapon projects. Neither has been allowed to get that far by Mogo.
* To help his projects, he plans to do what he did to Galen Erso and force people in the House of Pantheon/{{Science}} into helping him. Given what he did to Galen Erso, this hasn't gotten him any friends. Professor Utonium particularly because of how he was used and abused by Dick Hardly, and Alphys given her own past. He did get along with Dr XXX due to being an evil genius, or Plankton due to desiring respect and having a massive ego.
* Having overseen a planet destroyer in the Hand of Omega and almost using the Moment, the Doctor has nothing good to say about Krennic. Davros is somewhat impressed by the effort but feels he has a lot of work to go for. Krennic has been making weapon transactions with Davros to save his own neck in the field of weapons research, and also so the Emperor can keep an eye on his Kaled rival. The director considers the Reality Bomb beautiful for its ability to vaporize down to the atomic structure. It's another sign of [[AwesomeButImpractical putting style over substance]] since it needs to steal ''entire planets'' to work at maximum capacity, and its main function [[OmnicidalManiac is to destroy the rest of creation]]. [[EvilVersusOblivion The Empire would rather have that intact]].
