3	* The snowplow [[SurpriseCarCrash that rams into the car]] (where Cady and her parents were in) at the film's beginning. We get to see Cady's perspective as she witnesses her parents' death.
4	* The [=M3GAN=] [[FlawedPrototype prototype]] having a [[UncannyValley demented expression]] because her face is stuck while making a "confused look".
5	* [[TheBully Brandon]] bullying Cady while they are alone in the forest. If [=M3GAN=] did not intervene, who knows what else he would have done to Cady?
6	** In a following scene, Brandon dishes out abuse to [=M3GAN=] by throwing her to the ground, removing one of her shoes, and [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything straddling her body]]. Judging from his position, it is implied that he was going to [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil do something much worse]] than just breaking her.
7	** The thought of what Brandon likely would've gone on to become if [=M3GAN=] ''hadn't'' killed him is chilling by itself, given he seems to be a budding sociopath and rapist. [=M3GAN=] very well may have saved the world at large from a future SerialKiller. [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters Worse than even her, at least.]]
8	** And, in itself, [=M3GAN=]'s mistaken belief that all school bullies grow up to become monsters shows that she was always going to start killing indiscriminately out of misguided thought that anything could potentially present a threat to whoever she saw as primary user. In fact, she obliquely justifies her own actions to Cady that way.
9	* After Brandon tries to make [=M3GAN=] respond to him, she grabs him by his [[EarAche ears and stretches them out until one of them rips off]]. She then gives him a headstart... before getting down on [[RunningOnAllFours all-fours]] and chasing the older boy until he rolls off a hill onto the open road where he is immediately run over.
10	** [=M3GAN=] is not only more than willing to kill for Cady's sake, but seems to get a sick pleasure out of it, as seen as she tauntingly scolds Brandon.
11	* [[VoiceChangeling [=M3GAN=] has the ability to mimic voices]] and uses it to lure Celia's pet dog and kill it offscreen. When Celia tries to find her dog, she gets drawn to the shed where [=M3GAN=] impales one of her hands with a nail from the nail gun and then sprays high-pressure pesticide at her. While the effects are not seen in the original cut, the uncut version reveals [[FacialHorror most of Celia's face melting away due to the chemicals]].
12	* After [=M3GAN=]'s [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment infamous dance scene]], she rips the blade right off a paper cutter and stalks David through the Funki building's hallways as he runs for his life.
13	** She's only [[OminousWalk ominously walking]] after him to comedically contrast with David tripping over himself and scrambling to get away.
14	** Considering her speed when she galloped after Brandon on all-fours... it's abundantly clear that she could have caught David at any time, and she was just toying with him.
15	** And then there's Kurt, who saw [=M3GAN=] stab David right in front of him... he gets sprayed in the face with blood.
16	** Kurt is cornered in the elevator with David's corpse, with [=M3GAN=] going into detail about how she will frame him for the murder-suicide. [=M3GAN=] then forces Kurt to hold the paper cutter blade to his neck as he is unable to resist against her SuperStrength.
17	*** In the unrated cut, she slices his neck first.
18	** The next we see of David and Kurt is when their corpses are unveiled to a public gathered for [=M3GAN's=] official unveiling, leaving countless innocents and children traumatized as she uses the distraction to make her way back to Cady and Gemma...
19	* [=M3GAN=] easily [[SuperStrength overpowers Gemma]] while they talk in the kitchen. The android then whispered to Gemma that she will [[OffWithHisHead literally rip her head off]] if Cady walks in. Gemma is forced to cooperate with [=M3GAN=] to ask Cady (who heard the commotion in the kitchen) to go back to bed.
20	* Gemma [[KillItWithWater splashes [=M3GAN=] in the face with water]]. It [[HopeSpot seems to work]], [[NoWaterproofingInTheFuture as the doll freezes in place after short-circuiting]]... but [=M3GAN=] starts moving again... her movement being [[MarionetteMotion jerky and more robotic]], but somehow ''faster''.
21	* Near the film's conclusion, Gemma fends off [=M3GAN=] with a hedge trimmer and [[FacialHorror mutilates the android girl's face with it]] and tears off some of her artificial hair.
22	** [=M3GAN=] returns the favour by punching Gemma in the thigh and [[ByTheHair painfully ripping out some of the woman's hair]].
23	** At this point Gemma [[DidntThinkThisThrough asks M3GAN how she plans to continue living with Cady if she kills her legal guardian]]. [=M3GAN=] explains that she knows [[CantKillYouStillNeedYou she can't kill Gemma]], so she proposes an... alternative solution.

25	* Cady uses Bruce to swing [=M3GAN=] around like a ragdoll, and then [[HalfTheManHeUsedToBe rip her in half]]. We get to see the android get ripped apart in gruesome detail. Feeling betrayed, [=M3GAN=] immediately abandons her prime directive and turns on Cady.
26	** While [=M3GAN=] is distracted with going after Cady, Gemma quickly bashes [[BludgeonedToDeath the android's head in]], and [[TearOffYourFace graphically dismantles her face]]. This includes [[EyeScream removing her eyes]] and face-plate.
27	** Despite all of that, [[NotQuiteDead [=M3GAN=] is still alive]] and [[SinisterSuffocation savagely attacks Gemma]] until Cady manages to [[InstantDeathStab stab a screwdriver through the android's exposed CPU]].
28	* Even with her memory processor destroyed by the screwdriver, the film indicates that [=M3GAN=] [[NotQuiteDead escaped termination]] by [[SequelHook downloading herself into the Elsie interface]].
