A character wants to feed, drug or poison someone else, but the target is not having any of it. So, in order to make the target consume the desired substance, the perpetrator pops some of that very same substance into their own mouth and kisses their mark to force it down their throat.

For some reason, the perpetrator never seems to suffer the adverse effects of putting potentially harmful substances inside their mouth, although this may be justified if the drug in question is beneficial in nature (e.g. food or medicine), or is encapsulated in such a manner that it would only take effect after being digested.

Given the intimate/seductive nature of the process, this could characterize the perpetrator as TheVamp or a FemmeFatale. Meanwhile, helpful transfers frequently overlap with IntimateHealing and invokes ShipTease between the parties involved.

Sister trope to DruggedLipstick. Compare SleightOfTongue, in which the kiss is used to transfer a lockpick, weapon, or some other object to a captive hero that would help the latter free him/herself.

* Towards the end of Manga/ZeroZeroNineOne, Mylene is captured by the Eastern Bloc. She manipulates the guard into kissing her. While their lips are locked, she tongues a CyanidePill into his mouth. After he falls over dead, she picks the locks to her restraints and escapes.
* In TheMovie for Manga/AhMyGoddess, a younger Urd uses this technique to force her sister Belldandy to swallow a "medicine" that will cause her to forget her mentor Celestine and the crimes he committed. Urd not being affected my well be justified, as it's long established that spells and such in their world can be deliberately crafted to specific individuals, meaning the LaserGuidedAmnesia would only happen to Belldandy.
* Towards the climax of Manga/Arisa, The King pretends to reciprocate Tsubasa's affections, then drugs her with a pill when they kiss.
* Manga/ArmedGirlsMachiavellism: Nomura suddenly wakes up while Satori is still on top of him during her FrameUp scheme, so she immediately puts a drug on her tongue and force-feeds it to him with a kiss.
* Manga/BladeOfTheImmortal: When Makie is on the verge of collapsing due to her tuberculosis while being surrounded by Kagimura's men, Manji swoops in and kisses her after drinking some tuberculosis medicine, allowing her to recover and immediately kill her opponents.

* The titular character of Anime/CrossAnge is tricked into drinking water that is laced with a laxative. One kiss later, and Rosalie, who placed the laxative in Ange’s water, is stuck on the toilet for quite a while.
* Anime/Danganronpa3TheEndOfHopesPeakHighSchool: during the final murdergame, Ando and Izayoi come across what seems like a door leading outside the building, only for Ando to use the kiss to slip a macaron into Izayoi's mouth, thus triggering his Forbidden Action, and by extension, killing him by doing so. He's completely fine with it, though, but she did do it because she thought that they were going to activate ANDO'S Forbidden Action, thus forcing her to do it because she thought it was going to save herself from death.
* Manga/DeliciousInDungeon: Played for laughs when the orc captain helps to heal the wounded party. She force-feeds the unconscious a grotesque Healing Potion made of ground-up frog legs, tentacles, herbs and other unknown ingredients, and it does seem to revive them a bit. When Marcille's turn comes up, she desperately tries to convince the captain that she doesn't need any medicine... but is too weak from mana loss to stop her from getting the same mama bird treatment.
* In the Ancient Egypt arc of The Doraemons Special, Nobita faces a BrainwashedAndCrazy Cleopatra and is told to either give her a medicine that will undo the brainwashing or shoot her. Cleopatra won't take the medicine (being brainwashed and all), but Nobita can't bring himself to shoot her, so he takes the medicine himself and gives Cleopatra a kiss to administer the medicine.
* Anime/FushigiYuugi: In episode 18, in order to prevent Tamahome from leaving her to go back to Miaka, Yui forces Tamahome to consume the kodoku pill from her mouth while he is restrained by her servants.
* Futana from Manga/FutabaKunChange kisses Futaba so that she can throw up in his mouth because the toilet is too far away. Did we mention Futana is Futaba's older sister? Yeah, she's a Jerkass. She also does it again to her fiancé in one of the late stories.
* Literature/HighSchoolProdigiesHaveItEasyEvenInAnotherWorld: Through a kiss, Lyrule passes a piece of food to the weakened Tsukasa so he can eat.
* In Manga/Itsuwaribito, Gin finally reveals his true nature to his fiancée, Rurihime, by embracing and kissing her, then forcing her to swallow a small explosive that would blow up at any moment, before pushing her off a tower.
* Manga/TheSevenDeadlySins: Ban's backstory involves both him and his love interest Elaine being mortally wounded by a demon. Ban insists that she drink the Fountain of Youth, thus gaining immortality and saving her life. She does so and gives him a kiss... forcing the Fountain into his mouth at the cost of her own life while he gains the immortality that he has for the duration of the series.

* Fanfic/ElementalsOfHarmony: From My Little Praetor: Phthisis is Magic: "Instill Infection", talking about kisses:
--> , there have certainly been worse over the history of the Multiverse. There have certainly been better ones as well, many because one kisser's tongue didn't sprout a stinger or inject the other kisser with a potent narcotic.
* Fanfic/VoyagesOfTheWildSeaHorse: [[spoiler:Lilith kills her former slave-master, Princess (and Marine Commodore) Eveline Kubera, by obediently kissing her and then vomiting so much venom into Kubera's mouth that her stomach bulges from it, killing her through a mixture of poison and suffocation. She even subtly lampshades afterwards that demanding a kiss from somebody Animorphism able to turn into a spitting cobra was being TooDumbToLive.]]

* Anime/PrincessMononoke: After Ashitaka is injured to the point of almost being unable to move, San tries to feed him some dried meat so that he can regain his strength but, even then, he's too weak. This leads an annoyed San to chew the food and feed it to him mouth-to-mouth in one of the more tender moments in a brutal story. Possibly justified in that San was literally RaisedByWolves and this might be the only way she can understand to do this kind of thing without any notion of the significance of mouth-to-mouth contact between humans.

* An episode of Series/CSINY has a man drop dead after sinking a winning shot during half-time at a basketball game. A few years earlier he'd mocked someone else whose name had been pulled. [[spoiler: The killer is a FormerlyFat woman whom he once started a chant to "eat a salad" (which blew up and ruined her life) when her name was called. To get even, she'd gotten in shape, become a cheerleader, taken the antidote to a poisonous plant, rigged the lottery, and spat the poison into his mouth via a kiss.]]

* Implied at the end of the music video for Music/BrownEyedGirls' "Abracadabra". Narsha's character, having placed a poison candy into her mouth, approaches Gain's character, takes her by the chin, and leans in as if to kiss her.
