Since [[spoiler: Lilly]] is trapped in the bowels of one of the most evil buildings in the world, this is [[FateWorseThanDeath unlikely to ever happen.]] It's implied that [[spoiler: Lilly's]] only other option is to hang around long enough that [[spoiler: she]] loses [[spoiler: her]] sense of self and fades away.

It's hard on the corpse, though, and tends to speed up the process of decay.
