However, one of them later says that she doesn't go to this school, so where's friend number three? Remember there was an extra monster: the one in the new Nugget Cave that Bob fends off. We see him at the end of the day, so we can safely assume that he won and that that monster was slain, doubly so since we don't see an extra student walk out. So Ozzy still lost a friend because of all of this.

10	* After knowing how Bob is aware that there's a monster that he tried to fight off on Monday during ''Creature Feature'', when you think back to the ''A Tale of Two Janitors'' mission, you might realize [[NiceJobBreakingItHero you've killed the only]] [[TokenGoodTeammate benevolent faculty member]] in the entire school since the principal planned to take over all the other schools with mutated children. And Bob was the only one who was still aware of the monsters.

12	* At the end of ''Cain's Not Able'', you receive a chemical you're told is a key ingredient in the pills that Applegate is addicted to; indeed, you use it and a classroom chemistry set to make pills in ''Breaking Sad''. The first game establishes that a key ingredient of those pills is a chemical secreted by the weird monsters in the Principal's basement. Either Applesoft is cultivating those monsters, or they figured out how to synthesize it, which would still require them to cultivate them for a while to study it. And if it's the latter, what became of the monsters afterward? The final mission in the first game establishes that they are not easy to kill.
