1''The Singles Ward'' is a 2002 romantic comedy film about Jonathan Jordan, a divorced member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and stand-up comedian, who eventually became less-active. Members of his singles ward[[note]]Singles wards are congregations specifically for single Mormons[[/note]] try to reactivate him, but Jonathan resists their efforts. However, he suddenly becomes interested in attending church when he meets a young woman named Cammie at a ward dance.
