Doofenshmirtz would naturally be Perry's nemesis, but later on decided to stay in Dimmsdale as well for a bit of rest... but eventually finds himself getting none and instead enlisting his nemesis for help.

Meanwhile, Candace discovers Trixie's secret passion for comic books and become friends, and Perry has to foil Dr. Doofenshmirtz's evil scheme of using a mind-controlling perfume.
