The situation is uncomfortably reminiscent of a parent attempting corrective rape on their child.

Unfortunately for him, the three vampires that could have their separate reasons to refuse to do so. For Sensei, Shiragaki needs to grow up mentally. For Kurogiri, he follows Sensei's orders. For Izuku, he's repulsed by Shiragaki and wouldn't know how to.
