Set some time in season 5, many glee members still live in New York, Rachel's still rehearsing for ''Theatre/FunnyGirl'', and the Gods have returned. Rachel is at first skeptical, but then Kurt becomes Bragi. Suddenly New York becomes the centre of the new Recurrence, and as more and more of her friends ascend in turn, Rachel starts looking into this god business a bit more.

The author left [[https://archiveofourown.org/comments/156289854 a comment]] stating it was due to a combination of burnout and real-life events making some of their story plans feel uncomfortable, but also provided a brief summation of said plans and how the fic would have ended.
