3	Victor Troy Duncan is a newspaper reporter who likes reading about the ComicStrip/DickTracy[[CaptainErsatz -esque]] comic-strip hero ''Troy Hart'' (who Vic believes is his [[DisappearedDad missing father]]), and otherwise doing things that aren't really working, including watching {{Anime}} shows online (particularly '''Jyrinia: The Dimension Jumpers''', an anime series about the alternate world of Jyrinia and its populace), as well as [[GeorgeJetsonJobSecurity trying to avoid getting fired]], trying to start up a relationship with the cute-but-[[SassySecretary spunky secretary]], and avoiding the local TechnoWizard [[ScienceIsBad like the plague]]. As a newspaper reporter, he often finds the strangest stories; otherwise, he [[NewsParody writes his own stories]] [[ForTheLulz for his own amusement]], [[FictionalDocument not to be published]]. He also has to deal with snarky rivals and newfangled technology.
