An RPG made by Super Writer using the RPG Maker 2003 engine and based off of WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic, featuring an original story set primarily in the griffin kingdom of Albatross. It is seemingly cancelled, and the blog that once provided update is since deactivated.

The story follows the Mane 6 and Spike, who are sent to Albatross to bring back help after Equestria is taken over by the mad scientist Steam. However when they find the kingdom frozen, under the effects of 6 towers, they must first save Albatross before they can save Equestria.

Joining them are Derpy Hooves, who may not be what she seems, La Tormenta, a shady sahuagin luchador, and Hawkeem, a washed up old griffin who used to be Albatross's greatest hero. Joining them are many allies, including Zecora, the Cutiemark Crusaders, Trixie and Shining Armor, along with plenty of {{Original Character}}s.

!''Curse Of The Lost Kingdom'' provides examples of:

* AdaptationalBadass: Most of the playable cast.
* AntiHero: Beanseh's shaping up to be one.
* ArchEnemy: The Conductor to Applejack.
** SitcomArchNemesis: What's been hinted
* BigBad: Steam
* BigBadDuumvirate: Steam, Dr. Horo, Sweet Dream and one other.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: A number of special moves and comments by characters like Pinkie Pie and the Conductor.
** The playable Royal Guard is self aware that he's just a background character, and is mostly treated as so.
** Discord doesn't have a part but is the narrator of the story.
* CrossOver: A number of the roster will be guest characters from other franchises.
** Also the {{Original Character}}s of other bronies. Mjolnir and the Nightmares from VideoGame/{{Story of the Blanks}} have been confirmed.
** Sheriff Dagwood, a character from Super Writer's future project the Cursed Planet will play a role through stories spoken of him.
* DarkerAndEdgier: [[DownplayedTrope But still keeps the more light hearted nature of the show.]]
* DownloadableContent: Of a sort. After Lost Kingdom's release, there are two expansions planned; an arena sidequest and a paradox mode.
* DreamWalker: Luna picks up this role, as well as the benevolent if dangerous ParodySue Princess Cosmos and the dream assassin Sweet Dream. The dreams are of Hawkeem's, who needs to remember mundane events from his past.
* EnemyMine: The Conductor while normally antagonizing the party will occasionally join forces against common enemies.
** Also a number of the show's villains are also against Steam, and help the party out to reach their own goals.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Bits and pieces of the game's plot have slowly been creeping in.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Beanseh ignores his own wrong doing while accusing both Princess Celestia and Shining Armor of being evil.
* KnightTemplar: Beanseh.
* KnightInSourArmor: Hawkeem is hinted as being this. La Tormenta less so.
* LargeHam: Beanseh.
* LighterAndSofter: Contrasting the above trope, it's been stated the game used to be much darker, but a sense of humor was brought in to avoid making it {{too bleak|StoppedCaring}}.
* {{Mana}}: Each character has a pool of Destiny Points which function as this game's mana system
* MultipleEndings: The game will have multiple endings depending on how many side-quests you complete over the course of the game. There are also some joke endings scattered throughout the game's chapters, as well as at least one NonStandardGameOver.
* NominalHero: Hawkeem's been promised a large sum of Equestria's treasure for his services.
* OriginalCharacter: A myriad of playable characters, supporting cast, and villains. Most notable are Hawkeem, La Tormenta, and Skylord Czar.
* ParodySue: Princess Cosmos is every such trope in the book, but played up as a dangerous paradox you must put up with.
* PunnyName: Super Writer claims to have gotten the name Hakeem from a wise man name generator, and added the "w" to create the pun in Hawkeem's name.
* ScheduleSlip: Originally due to be released in November 2012, the sheer scale of the game has caused a slippage beyond the foreseeable future.
* TheScrappy: In-universe. Hawkeem's hated by most characters and the universe itself. Super Writer has even described him many times as the game's scrappy. Most of the hate he get's is well earned too.
* ShoutOut: The game's intended to be a love letter to the Brony community.
* SissyVillain: Hagen
* StylisticSuck: Princess Cosmos is a collection of all the worst traits commonly found in a bad SelfInsert. Perhaps leaking into SoBadItsGood. She's also considered one of the main characters.
* TragicMonster: The TITAN unit were ordinary ponies or other animals turned into brainwashed cyborg assassins. Dr. Horo wants to indoctrinate Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Steam
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Many ideas never happened, such as the entire story being a computer simulation.
** A much darker version of the story had a depressing scene that gave a DisneyDeath to the entire main party and disguised it as a BadEnding.
** Beanseh and Steam were once two personalities of the same pony.
** Skylord Czar was at one point the real main antagonist of the game.
* ZombieApocalypse: Averted. Husk ponies are a problem in Albatross, but have not become a threat to civilization.
