3	Robert Tinkler (born May 12, 1973) is a Canadian actor, writer and comedian born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is often credited simply as "''Rob'' Tinkler".

5	Robert Tinkler is one of the most prominent voice actors in the Toronto talent pool, with his versatile voice range and strong deliveries making him a highly in-demand name for cartoons and anime dubs produced in Canada. While his list of characters is nearly endless, his most noticeable roles arguably include Max in ''WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfSamAndMaxFreelancePolice'', the title character of ''WesternAnimation/{{Pelswick}}'', Delete in ''WesternAnimation/{{Cyberchase}}'', Howie in ''WesternAnimation/AlmostNakedAnimals'', Gingka Hagane in Creator/{{Nelvana}}'s dub of ''Anime/MetalFightBeyblade'', and Rubeus in the Creator/DiC dub of ''Anime/SailorMoon''.
