4	James C. Burns (born February 25, 1959) is an American actor best known for playing Master Sergeant Frank Woods in the ''VideoGame/CallOfDutyBlackOps'' series. He generally plays gruff military men but has range outside of the type. He was sadly replaced in ''VideoGame/CallOfDutyBlackOpsColdWar'' (most likely due to its TroubledProduction which led to it hastily being rebranded as a ''Black Ops'' title developed by Treyarch), but took it in stride, wished his successor, Damon Victor Allen well, and took the time to focus on [[https://www.youtube.com/user/Sgtfrankwoods his YouTube channel]], Sarge's Corner, of which grew significantly with the controversy.

23	* SmokingIsCool: Downplayed. His Buddha head icon has a huge cigar in its mouth and he's usually seen with the same kind of cigar in his mouth, but he actually rarely smokes and mostly just decides to chew them.
